My 18 months old daughter had a great time. She was able to free-range bounce and climb. The padding around the trampolines are in good condition and made it safe and easy to walk around.

Clean! Fun! Safe! Place! To bring my 5 little kids! We always have a great time jumping and climbing! The staff is wonderful and very helpful and friendly! We had a birthday party ! The staff was wonderful! It was the easiest party ever! Love Elevate East Peoria!!

I enjoy bringing my kids here on days when Im working from home to let them burn off some energy while I work. I would highly suggest having outlets for parents to work or leaving the one outlet open for parents to work. Itd be something Id do much more often if I could use the outlet to plug in my laptop. The two most recent times Ive been there, theres a laptop and papers sitting there the whole time Im there with no one at the table and I wasnt able to work once my laptop died. I asked if I could use it and the girl working told me no. Just a suggestion to help parents during this time.

Perfect place for everyone in the family?! Yes, the adults get to play as well!! Tons to do for all ages, spread throughout the facility . Soft, squishy and virtually boo-boo free. Definitely the best place Ive found for my 10 year old son to come play, socialize, and burn off all that energy. Highly recommended

All of the children had a blast at my granddaughters 5th birthday party on 9/20/20. We didnt have to wear a mask since it was a closed, private party. But you do have to water one there when its open.

The resone why put it on 4 starts is because it so much that you can do there I recommend this for jumping and playing it is cheap for how fun It is.

Love love love this location! Its always so clean and the manager is amazing! Its never over crowded and the slushie selection is my sons favorite part! We havent been there for almost 3 months and the manager still recognized us so its just nice to feel so welcome! Will definitely continue going there!

Awesome place for the kids to blow off some energy! Pay by the hour, 2, or even 5 hours...they provide non slip socks that you must wear (and remember to keep them for your next visit), and then you just turn em loose! Theres plenty of things to keep them occupied-balance beams surrounded by cushy foam, slides, swings, rings and bars, Rick climbing walls, even mini American Ninja warrior runs! Theres a snack bar, birthday room, and clean bathrooms. The employees are great, and we saw them sanitizing all the surfaces right before they closed. Big plus? The munchkin slept like a rock! Highly recommend!

So it’s teen night right? We went outside a couple of times to get some fresh air because how packed it is and we were messing around with our buddies and some lady in a blue shirt yelled at all of us and told us if we left we weren’t welcome again. If there staff is working with teenagers they should be kinder and respect that we payed to be here and we should be able to get some great air.

We just had our daughters birthday party there and is was amazing. The staff was phenomenal and helpful. The place is clean and well organized. Definitely will be back to jump and most likely another birthday party

Kids love this place!! Great place to take kids with special needs. (Mornings usually are slower than the evenings). Price could use some work as I feel it is expensive for a family but it is a great place to have in the area.

I have been here with my kids dozens of times and we love it here. I appreciate the cleanliness and safety of the facility. There are a lot of staff on site and they keep an eye on everything to make sure kids are being safe. Concessions are very reasonable as well!

Great trampoline park! Lots to do. Their waiver is quite ridiculous though, including making you allow them to record or take pictures of you for promotional reasons(not ok in my book) and waiving different lawsuit stuff which is probably standard.

Clean compared to other parks in the area. Ive seen them cleaning out their foam pits on multiple occasions, while other parks Ive been to seem like foams been in them since they opened.

Hands down better then the Peoria one. All of the staff was nice, polite, and would not let un safe shenanigans happen from kids. We were there for a party. The parents all commented on how good the pizza was compared to what we had as a kid from the place were a mouse was its mascot. Highly recommended for kids all ages.

Well to start, apparently every school was even though I am a teacher and took a special day off for it. They then charged me double. My 3 year old son was jumped on and then was just told he was okay. This customer service was horrible. If this place starts losing customers I know why. Also the staff put their hands on my daughter because she wrestled my son but assumed they weren’t siblings because my daughter looks different

Good place for kids to run off some energy.

I highly recommend Elevate in East Peoria for all ages! This location has many new fun and challenging attractions. Some of my favorites are the awesome zipline over a foam pit, and the big rock wall in the back! Staff is always helpful, and the snackbar is reasonably priced. Saturdays do seem to be the busiest day at this location with birthday parties, but the parties are very organized. Waivers from the Peoria location do not transfer, but a heads up is posted on their front door to help save guests time in line. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone of any age if you want to experience a new kind of fun while getting some exercise in.

More ninja warrior type stuff here than on Allen road but significantly smaller. Still good time. Wish it was a little less pricey or we would go more often. 34 bucks for three jumpers for an hour.

If youd like to spend a small fortune on a lackluster party, enjoy incompetent and rude staff members, complete lack of fulfillment on every contractual obligation on their part, PLEASE COME TO ELEVATE :) I typically wouldnt share such an experience, but if a birthday party here can be avoided so the child could have a happy birthday, it is all worth it. I am disappointed to say that the display of how we were treated so shabbily on this day has cost them 13 birthday parties so far. Management did nothing to correct this when approached about it.* I use the Owners Response as further example.* Our problems were merely minor in their eyes. manager never called me back by the way.

I am happy that it is not crazy busy today! love that its not identical to the Peoria location. Lots of obstacle type things, very fun for the kids!

The kids have fun here but if your middle aged dont and I mean dont ever jump because this is the worst thing for the back and spine! Or maybe just mine because I hurt so bad after jumping here before. Felt like I shrunk from the shock of jumping up and down. Dont ever get old is what my grandfather once told me. Well hes no longer with us so I guess he was right..

Much cleaner and a lot more to do than the Peoria one. My 2 year old had a blast and the prices are really good. Deff will be making it a weekly thing.

Lot of funs, the air system was extremely powerful which provided really clean and fresh air even there were many of jumpers.

GREAT place for the kiddos. I just wish they had a place for the big kids so they dont trample the little ones

This trampoline parks layout is the best I have seen. Many different activities. The coolest ones are the timed ninja warrior courses.

This place is so much fun especially because I love to tumble and twist the only problem is, when I go to tumble on the long track a lot of little kids run up behind me, they and I get hurt so there needs to be more supervision on the jump mats!
