Fantastic hotel, a short drive to downtown Palo Alto and really well located for work in the Silicone Valley. The rooms are good size, not massive but bigger than your average room. The ones facing out towards the bay, on the higher levels I was on floor 10, have great views. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the entire stay. The gym is above average for a hotel gym. They also have a spare, restaurant, and coffee bar. I didnt use them but some co-workers did and said positive things. Overall, 5/5 would stay there again.

Ocean front Luxurious resort! Very nice staff and service and amazing views.Stayed 2 nights and had awesome time with family. Felt like I was in Hawaii! The rooms are on smaller side but clean and well decorated. The beds were too soft and hence uncomfortable for us!Somehow when we got our car keys back, it was missing our house and other keys! We noticed when we reached back home. But apart from all these small issues, still a spectacular place to stay.

I am very impressed with this hotel. They provided great customer service. Loved the living room area with a queen size bed. The room was very clean and loved the appliances it included. Their complimentary breakfast was also impressive with many options to choose from. I definitely will book this room again when I am in the area.

The Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley at East Palo Altis located right next to the Staples Center. Came here for a mini weekend getaway for a concert at The Forum in Inglewood. From the moment we arrived everything was first-class. The valet helped us unload our bags before taking our car, Peter at the concierge desk checked us in and offered us champagne and asked if we wanted any other beverage to drink, and Edwin escorted us up the elevators to our room which was upgraded to a Junior Suite at no additional charge in order to give us a room that was available right away. The room was so big and clean upon entry. It had a king-sized bed, a separate sitting area with a large couch and coffee table, a tv, and even another separate little office area. The view was great too overlooking the freeway and toward the ocean. We needed a few extra toiletry items and there happened to be a housekeeping cart right outside our hall. Marla was very nice and gave us the things we needed and told us to make sure to ask her if we needed anything more. Our room had club lounge access so we checked that out too for some afternoon snacks. Cameron and Nathan were very friendly and helpful. We went back there the next morning for a little breakfast bite too. So nice and convenient with lots of great options.Overall, this was an excellent experience and was certainly worth what we paid for - which, to be honest, wasnt even super expensive! Amazing service all around and wonderful staff who were incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. Will be back here if Im ever in LA again!

The details! They welcomed me, new my name, gave me a welcome card, took care of all my needs/requests via text and they were very accommodating. I had a spa appointment prior to arrival and they allowed us to check in early so I could enjoy my spa treatment and my partner and puppy could be settled in the room! Everyone was so so nice and helpful. Puppies stay for free and they get pampered! It’s one of the best hotels experiences yet. The spa was amazing! I do hope to go back to this hotel and other four season hotels elsewhere. I’m a fan!

Gave us change for the vending machine (which work by the way) and for tipping. Clean pretty much everywhere we looked. Pretty quiet rooms, decent television and windows open for fresh air which is nice(non-smoking environment). I was on the 4th floor not much of a view but what can you expect when I the heart of LA (koreatown) comfy bed. House keeping everyday fresh toiletries nothing from my things was moved out of places. I know some would say its outdated but I found it to be suitable for the price and location.

I have had in the past had really good dinners at this hotel. Im not sure what has happened recently though... I think maybe traffic to the hotel restaurant may be down when and they are trying to save money? i was there and we were the only patrons in the restaurant... we were eating early so that may be why. There were no specials offered that night and i have had *much* better meals there in the past... something has changed either with restaurant or hotel management that has affected food options and overall quality. I hope the can change, i have had one of the best steaks of my life there. Service was excellent.

The Spa coordinators at the front desk are professional and most helpful! They do everything they can to make your visit to the spa enjoyable. The spa amenities need some investment from the hotel. Steam room is always closed / undergoing maintenance. Locker area is a tight squeeze where you’re bound to be elbow to elbow. Snacks are minimal (almonds) and you’re not permitted to order food to the lounge.

Went on Dec 22 for their Apres-Ski chalet experience. Felt like we were at a ski resort minus the skiing part. Food was pretty good but it was mostly fun because of the cool experience sitting outside by the fire pit (they provide blankets) while enjoying a drink and some bites. We loved the cheese curds, salmon potato cakes, and apple fritters (similar to beignets).

The hotel is austere but we’ll decorated and in line with what you would expect from Four Seasons. We ate at the restaurant twice and enjoyed both of our meals. The rule of not allowing children under 16 years old after 4pm to go to the pool is understandable but this should be relaxed on weekends. My 12 year old son and I were disappointed that we couldn’t go swimming.

Extremely professional and accomodating staff. Had a staycation here for my birthday weekend, and they even remembered the occassion the day after I first mentioned it to them! Got a free upgrade, from deluxe to premium king. Also awesome how there is no resort fee, compared with what most hotels charge nowadays. Rooms are spacious, and bed is extremely comfy. However, the “memory foam” pillows are a bit underwhelming for sure. They have 3 peloton bikes in the fitness center, which is fun to give a try if you havent used one before.Overall, I would definitely come back if the price is right for a relaxing staycation!

A very convenient place to get to being in between two major airports. It is usually packed during the weekday as it is more business centric. Caters more to weekday business flyers so there is more availability during the weekend unless there is a conference going on. The room is a typical hotel room until you look into the bathroom area. Great size and comfortable moving space. We were upgraded to a king bed room and looking over the front of the hotel: a beautiful area with water fountains and lights. Rates are a little high if just for personal use.

Customer service is excellent. Always prompt response. Room service food is always superb. We had mentioned that we were there for an anniversary and received a small decorated cake compliments of the hotel. We thought it was a very nice touch. Also had received a upgrade to our room as well. Merek at the desk had included a hand written note with the cake. To be honest the only negative to the visit was that the minibar didnt work... although I received a complimentary beer with dinner, and the offer if another fridge for the room if I wanted it. All in all a very nice stay..we will be there next year.

They lobby and restaurant are posh but thats where it stops. The room that we stayed in was not up to standard with other Four Season we have stayed at. The wood whats chipping and unpolished, the ornamental decor was scary movie propish. The staff and lobby attendees were very welcoming and always greeted you. They made the third otherwise it would be two.The pool is lame, very crowded things and filled with seating as if its ready to host a competition. Too much cant when get a view of the water. Though drinks can be delivered. It was a weekend gateway for my birthday that my fiance planned which unfortunately has made her feel bad because it was expected a four season we got the rainy one. Thanks k you for the stay.

Completely unreasonably priced cocktails at the bar. Easily twice as much as you would pay at any upscale lounge in downtown Palo Alto. Really, truly not worth it. The food at Quattro is very good, but again I would expect a six course tasting menu at any other equal quality restaurant for what we paid for three courses here. The service saved them from a two star rating. I feel like they are taking advantage of their guests.

The location may not be the best in terms of proximity to the freeway, as some of the lower rooms may get a little noise pollution; however, everything else is in keeping with the Four Seasons experience. This review is for the Apres winter lounge. I made a reservation for this place at 7:30 four days in advance. I showed up half an hour before my reservation and was told that all the seats were taken for the night because it was first come first serve. They did not tell me about this policy when I booked. There were other parties that had this same issue. The whole system is flawed and theres really no point in making a reservation if theyre not going to honor it. Completely ridiculous, I left work early to go to this and it was pointless. It was a huge waste of my time. I recommend that you do not waste yours.UPDATE: I spoke to someone from Four Seasons about a month ago. He said that he would email me to invite me back. Never received that email. Therefore, my review remains the same.
