Its great to finally have a Movie Theater in the area again...So far its really nice. Ive only been in the Dolby theater so far.. The picture and sound are great! Food is ok, but as with all Theater food, its a little over priced. My only complaint...The seats are really comfortable but I the leg rests dont all the way up. All in all, this is my new go to movie theater.

Thankfully we have new life in the place that housed the aged Sears brand.I dont know whats up with the negative reviews. The place is gorgeous, modern, & sleek. The theater seats were comfortable. The spacing between the seats in front of you were the best Ive seen. Even the front row seats were a decent distance from the screen.The food was overpriced, but pretty good. Id expect a bit of price inflation at a movie theater. The delivery was timely & everything was presented nicely.Im so happy that there is now a legit - actually great - movie theater nearby. No more trekking to Deer Park Regal.

Great location! The food and drinks were good. If you don’t want to wait on the long concession line to order food, you can go to the bar to order (you just have to purchase a drink). The theater was spacious and the seats are heated!They just opened Thanksgiving week so I would give the staff some time to ramp up before fully judging their service. I will say that a part of my seat was wet so I had to wipe it down before I sat. Will be back though and edit this once they have settled.

So this place is really nice food was goodThe seats are heated and 2 step chair like u can adjust the back rest and the feet separate. . I ordered a burger and they brought it to my seat . Its a nice place because its all new. In 2-5 years things may change. They serve pretty good standard fare right to your comfortable reclining seat with a built-in table which is an awesome idea. The only negative so far is the painfully young clueless staff who wait on you to take your order. Theyre like molasses uphill in January. Ive been to this theater 3 times already and have found its as if all of them are on their first day on the job - every time! If there wasnt 15-20 minutes of useless previews before the movie, I wouldve missed the beginning all 3 times just by standing on line. Hint: get there an hour before to reduce anxiety!

Extremely nice! Very comfortable seats with power reclining and heat. You can order food and have it brought to you. I didnt check it all out but it was really nice. And a standard movie the screen was quite big. Me and my son were very pleased with our experience. I will definitely be going back!

Awesome experience!! Sound system was incredible, food delivery to seats and food overall quite tasty. And those seats?? Quite comfortable and the reclining and foot rest were a nice treat. And the seats vibrate with the bass??? Awesome!!

Do not go here if you are expecting reclining seats and a true dine in movie experience. They also DO NOT have a ticket booth to purchase tickets. They only offer those computerized kiosks. More details as follows.When you first walk in you are offered 3 computerized kiosks straight ahead with an elevator to the left and an escalator to the right of the kiosks. Many people go up the escalators expecting to be able to buy tickets at a ticket booth up stairs but there are NONE. We asked and they said they might offer 1 in the future. This is not very friendly to many older or non computer friendly individuals. Also there are certain risks with entering a credit card into an unsupervised kiosk that could be tampered with. I like to pay cash so this was greatly discouraging. At the top of the escalator to the right is another 3 kiosks to purchase tickets followed by a large concession stand.Now I have become a connoisseur of movie theaters and restaurants. I have over 5 million followers and viewers. I know what an AMC DINE IN movie theater is supposed to be and this is not it. I feel bad for anyone not in the know to think this is one. They are not place your order at the concession and they bring it to you places. That would not distinguish them from say a Bow tie theater or most others. They have actual waiters and waitress assigned to theaters to take your order from your seats. Whether you just want a small popcorn and a soda or a bbq flat bread pizza. They take your order they walk it up the stairs to your seat. They ask is they can refill your drink. They get tipped for their efforts. At this theater none of that happens. All they do is bring it to your seat. I saw one couple end up having to leave the theater and miss part of the movie to go back to the concession area to fix the order. I would want another ticket to see the 20 plus min. Of the movie I missed. Thats why they have the staff in the theater. Patrons do not miss the show they paid for because of a mistake. If you want to see the whole movie just wait at the concession for your order. Make sure it is right. Take it to your seat yourself.Next lets start on the seats!! Although plush they are not as wide as Bow Tie or Regal or most others. They are NOT RECLINERS. Sure the back goes down but the legs only go up about 2-3 inches. My feet were still pointed on the floor. They offer heat but it was off and mine never worked were as my fiance was on but he could not get it to turn off. Waste of money. Give us true recliners! The trays to eat on are very small and because the seats are not that wide you have maybe 6 inches to squeeze around the tray to sit in the seat. Not cool!! Bet they did not take the lack of seat width to the tray into consideration. Yes you can move the tray to right but it still does not allow you to sit straight down. They do have a small bar area near the concession.I and my whole large family were excited and would have purchased A list passes but not after this. You lost the patronage of about 10 people today and you just recently opened. This is either going to be a teenage drop off/hangout and lets be honest they dont spend money and tend to discourage other people from attending or will not be around long unless they fix these issues.

I love AMC in general and this one is the most disappointing in terms of service. I know the staff in the counter are young, may be teenager doing their part-time job so its great that they do that but at the same time please show us that you have good customer service, as least as good as other AMCs customer service in the city or other cities. I had the A-list so I went to the A-list line to order food. There were about 4-5 people waiting on the other line and 3 staff were working. Usually, at other AMC, if there is A-list member I see they always have a priority counter to serve those members as you advertise to us no waiting in the line. Though I was fine waiting a little because I understand I came after other people so it is reasonable if I have to wait a little. But then, all 3 staff, served all the customers in the other line, didnt even look at my line even once...It was so bad that the new guy came after me in the other line was so nice to feel bad for me and yield me his spot...And the young lady at the counter seemed to not understand why I was mad at that moment, giving me an attitude too. Seriously if its not because I promise to get popcorn to my friend I wouldnt wait that long. I love AMC so please improve it please so we can keep being with AMC! Please! Youre working in the service industry. I didnt come for a favor so please!

The movie theater was good. They need improve the area more with seating when you come in the lobby. The food was ok but the bar was good I had a beer there. They need more help clearing the theaters. We need one here but there is a issue with the stuff. They are hiring more people. They need a customer service desk to answer all questions. No one answer any phones calls. They are no mangers are around to answer the questions. When they scan any movie gift cards it will not work.

It looks great from the outside but as you enter there is a large lobby with an escalator. There is no seating in this lobby. Feels weird and unwelcoming to not have seats in this area.Again once upstairs it looks great, very clean and modern. Our show was in theater #2 .The movie we saw was only on its second week so we were shocked at the small room and disappointingly small screen.The recliner while heated was not a full recliner experience.Worst part was that there seems to be a large amount of teenagers at this location. In our showing there was a large rowdy group that talked thru the film and played on their bright phonesThe AMC IN HUNTINGTON has much better recliners and the screens are much bigger in the rooms.I’m not going back

First time coming to this location since I’ve noticed it opened. It was ridiculously nice. I wasn’t expecting to see a bar in the back of the lobby Where one of the managers an I had a nice conversation about the actors in the movie we were about to see. Overall it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a movie theater in a very long time.

My family went the day after this theater opened and we were very impressed with how accommodating and friendly the staff was! They went out of their way to help my family in every way they could. After reading the above reviews, I have to say that I am shocked at how one reviewer said he had a terrible experience. He must have visited at an off time, perhaps when they were still setting things up because I could not disagree more. I don’t think that reviewer is being fair. This AMC theater is beautiful and impressive! The Dolby Cinema is an awesome experience! We loved the reclining seats and personal trays, for food. Speaking of food, we did dine in, and the chicken tenders were really really good! Go see and movie here for sure. You will have a great experience!!!

Experience was good. Food took a little long to get to seats. My burger was a little cold and my wifes entree was a little salty. Overall it was good but might skip the dine in option next time.

Its the best theater ever.

I gotta say the place itself was really nice. They had a great menu and the bar was really cool. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. When we got there all the doors were locked so everyone wanting to go into the building was standing outside for 10 minutes in the freezing cold. A staff member finally showed up saying they didn’t know how all the doors were locked. We then got on line to order food and there were 3 kids standing there working on one persons order not even paying attention to the fact that there were a bunch of people on the line waiting. Someone on the line eventually yelled at them and they took other people’s orders. We then got to the area for the girl to scan our tickets and she was having trouble scanning us in. When we finally reached the theater we got to our seats and although they were nice they weren’t super comfortable because of the position they decline in. I REALLY wanted to like this place but unfortunately the young staff and lack of customer service ruined it for me.

Tickets were expensive but I didn’t mind because I THOUGHT I was going to a luxury movie theater, only problem it wasn’t luxurious. The seats where small and do not recline like in other movie theaters. The mark up for popcorn in most theaters is outrageous, but AMC must laugh at other theaters because their markup was extremely outrageous. When I went to get the popcorn I had to wait because the one person in front of me had a long order. There were four people behind the counter but only one was working. The picture and sound were very good which worked for me because I usually get a headset to assist with the hearing but they couldn’t get them to work. Overall it was a bad experience and I will not return unless they make some changes

Clean facility.. Friendly staff.. Love the nachos and cheese. Popcorn was fresh. Comfortable recliners with heat built in to the seat. Highly recommend.

First time at this theatre, the food is amazing, I can’t believe how good of food they have. Better than most restaurants. Super impressed and can’t wait to come with my other girlfriend.

My experience at this establishment was horrible. My friend’s seat would not work. He had paid to have a reclining seat but the heating and reclining would not work, in fact none of the buttons would, it was immensely uncomfortable. Because he had purchased a front row seat he had relied on it reclining to view the movie. Because the seat that keep in mind was supposed to recline would not he was stuck at an uncomfortable angle viewing the movie during the more than two hour long duration. I spoke to a manger on his behalf before the movie had started about the problem. He came in right as the movie started and could not fix it because the movie had already started. He had informed me that we should come after the movie had completed to the concession stand. He did not elaborate further. I assumed that this meant my friend would receive some sort of consolation because after all he had paid for a reclining heated seat and that was not what he received but no. The staff at the concession stand was clueless and started saying that our story didn’t make any sense however that’s not or fault. They said we could’ve had our seats changed but they manager hadn’t told us that. After all our troubles conveying our story to them we received no consolation and they simply informed us that they would look into the seating problem and they thanked us for bringing it to there attention. My friend was cheated out of the seat he paid for and the experience of an otherwise great movie (that beating Knives Out) was ruined. He has said he hated and experience and no longer intends on frequenting the theater.

Other that the food is super expensive, its decent. Excellent popcorn. Dolby Cinema has excellent audio and video, though seats are cramped. Regular rooms more comfortable. Staff courteous.

An experience to have, but of course not economical. For be prepared to spend over $100 for the movie and dine in food. Menu is limited and food is like a little lower than applebees quality.

Seat was broken. Bad service. Would not recommend. Staff didn’t do anything about the seat and said to get help after the movie but after the movie they said there was nothing they could do.

As a regular movie theater, this place is fine. As a dine-in option, I was pretty disappointed. The food was expensive trash and I will not be ordering anything other than popcorn from here from now on. It was also a long wait to order food and drinks. It would be better if they took your order at your seat and served you during the movie similar to Alamo Drafthouse.

3 for 5 on the subwoofers/rumble being turned on in the Dolby theater, and Dolby is the only reason I go here. Ill update as I see more.Otherwise nice recently renovated theater.

Glad we have a new local theater But the HVAC system inside is either too hot or too loud. Theater #7’s fan is blowing hot air so loud...louder than the movie’s quiet parts, very distracting.

Dont like this theater, its nice & new but the seats dont recline and are uncomfortable. They need to replace them with actual reclining seats and then we would go there all the time.

Brand new! Escalators lead to second floor where ticket kiosks and consessions are. Theaters have extra wide aisles. There is a full service bar on premises. You can order food, snacks and non-alchoalic beverages to your seat. If you want to purchase tickets in advance they also have kiosks downstairs when you enter. Family friendly atmosphere with live screen TVs that broadcast local tv stations in the main hall.

Terribly run, staff did not seem to have things under control. Seat which was supposed to recline wouldnt recline and everything is way overpriced for the quality. Would not visit again.

The place is very nice and a good place for kids to go spend a night at but there are many issues that need to be resolved about this theater. Our movie played in theater 2 and throughout the entire movie we would here people from outside because the doors werent sound proof and left open for some time after movie started. The $12 vanilla shake was just as boring as the Mr. Rodgers Movie. The whole dine in menu is over priced and there are extra fees added to it. Place is basiclly ran by kids. The bright side of this theater is that there is free parking. The seats in this theater did not recline fully such as other theaters. The WiFi and phone reception in the theater was terrible which made my online tickets take 10 minutes to load. If your going to see a popular movie I recommend to come here but if not go save some money and go to Elwood Cinemas which is 5 minutes away. It was a fun evening with my son even with all the problems.

This theater is brand new and has everything you can want. Dolby cinema is better than imax and the added amc prime room means twice the movies on a given day with excellent sound and quality.

I have never been to a theatre where people used their phones this much. From 2 separate groups of people using the FLASHLIGHT on their phones to find their seats 15 mins into a film. To people consistantly pulling out their phone during the film record it to just general phone usage. Also the volume is rather quiet and I can hear people texting on their iPhones. They need to enforce the no phone rules. The smell of the fried food is highly distracting. Also the drunks are also annoying coming and going to buy more booze.There is a heated seat option? Are they planning on making it freezing in the summer?My stomach hurts... I only had soda. Why does my stomach hurt?Clean bathroom & projection though.

Very Dissappointed. The reclining chairs do not recline all the way. I ordered my tickets online and when I went upstairs my tickets wouldnt scan. The tickettaker asked me if I checked in downstairs. I asked why? I bought them online so I dont have to do that. I thought it was alot of space wasted, not a real dine in experience. Overall would not go back. Sticking with AMC in Huntington where the reclining seats are awesome.How do you spend so much money and get the worst reclining seats- fire that person who made that decision!

It’s not a dine in theater like Alamo or Nitehawk. You have to stand in line at the bar to order from the menu. But if you want popcorn/candy/everything else, you’ll have to stand in another line. It’s false advertising.

This is a very nice theater. The service at the snack bar was great. The selection of movies is extensive. My biggest complaints were the seats. The seats did not go back far enough and the bottom part did not swing up high enough. I hope they fix this. It was hard to watch a two hour movie.
