They were consistently cleaning after people got off the rides. Never got crowded the entire time we were there. My daughter was able to ride everything multiple times without having to wait much. Would visit again during this pandemic due to limited capacity.

This place was soo on it with social distancing and cleaning! Great job to the management and staff!! You guys really were awesome! There was a young lady who worked the bowling station who gave me the best customer service! There was also two other gentlemen I believe who were managers or key holders who also gave us great service! Keep up the Great work Funplex team.

I went to East Hanover park. My kids enjoyed it because this was their very 1st outing since covid. Plus kids love the water. I enjoyed myself as well until it was time to eat. I feel like spending money on the food is a nig total waste of time and money!!! Its horrible! I wouldnt feed it to a starving person. My pan of pizza I ordered that was way too expensive had dog or cat hair on the funnel cake was burnt and had burnt residue all mixed in with it. The sugar powder was very very hard. Like how often do you guys change your oil. And why the powder sugar rock hard that is disgusting. I will NOT be purchasing any food from there any more. We will eat before coming and just buy drinks there. Other then that it was fine. Oh and 1 other thing they are NOT doing social distant standing on the food line and going on the water slides. I had to complain because people were standing right on top of one another!!!!

Not that much varieties of rides available. My daughter liked go kart that was fun. Bowling is good here $30 per family 5 people for 1 hour good deal. However I was surprised to know that $20 is just shoe renting charge. Over all okay however not that much exciting place. Arcades are just like chukie cheese.

This place has expanded...they have a bowling alley, go-kart, laser tag, and a bunch of other games & rides. I even saw a mini Rollercoaster. Definitely a good place to take the kiddies!

It is small and I wouldnt have took a 1hr and half drive if I know it was smaller than mount laural. I spent over 300 dollars and even though they say the inside is open most of the rides are still closed. Waist of time and money I should of went to the closer one despite of the inside being closed it still had a lot more to do there.

My family had a blast!!!.. We was the first people there. The food is pricey a little bit but its always good!! Will be back soon!!

Social distancing is in effect, which is great. The rides that are available are good for an indoor location, so temper your expectations accordingly.

I took my kids to the water park. Of course the kids enjoyed it, but I didnt. When we got there. We were looking for a locker, a young lady told us the lockers were in the ladies room and they were doing some work in it. We asked her if there were other lockers, she said no. We waited 10 minutes before she directed us to the back where there were additional lockers. Then, after paying $10 for the locker, it wouldnt open. We called someone to help and Adam showed up. Hes the only reason why Im giving it 2 stars. Later, I bought 2 funnel cakes, they looked like they gave us crumbs. They need to do better.

Great place for family time. Not too crowded. Masks wore by patrons and staff alike.

This was my first time going to this place. It was my cousins sons birthday. This place is big. There is so much fun to do for the kids between the bumper car to the laser tag. They have a food area where you and you family can have a good meal. Its just like most fun place but with more of a carnival feel to it. It is a bit far away if you live in the bronx, you would need to have a car to drink out to the place but it is a great place to bring friends and family. I will be back again with the kids.

The staff was very respectful and patient. They were constantly sanitizing the games and the food was good. 10/10 would visit again.

Laser tag and go kart racing are the best you’ll find here, it’s very fun and bowling was great as well they know how to keep the fun going in there

My kids love this place! We’ve visited for birthday parties and hosted our own here- they have a great variety and the party host makes it really fun for the kids. My kids love the laser tag, virtual reality rides, ballpit/ course, bumper cars, go karts, and the arcade games! Wristbands are the best price if you will be there for a while or visit on an off day/ time while when they discount to save some green

All the rides are free! (Including some games) up until you leave. That is, unless you buy a card that you use to swipe for said rides and games.Very enjoyable for people of all ages. There are 3 different roller coasters that children can enjoy, accompanied by a go-cart and a bumper cars track. In the outside, there are plenty of slides fit for a water park, but thats all the information I have.

It was fun for a lil amusement center need more rides but its a good family place to go to and have fun with the family took my granddaughter there for her birthday

Due to Covid restrictions, laser tag, bumper cars, climbing part and the restaurant were closed. We were not warned how little is open. I was forced to pay admission for myself, even though I was only supervised my kids.

The place is awesome! There was a power outage before we were about to leave, they were very nice and helpful and treated us very well!

Fun and clean

Pleasantly surprised, nice place. Great for the kids to get away on a hot day. Friendly staff and plenty to keep kids busy. Cabanas are available which is convenient if you dont mind $150 during weekdays. Comes with 4 bottles of water cups llates place to lock up valubles, fridge and a tv. Has a few tube slides and a few body slides overall good place.

Best place ever took my family there had so much fun

Place was ok, but due to COVID, all of the indoor rides were closed and this was NOT advertised on the website. I would have taken my daughter to the Mt. Laurel location had I know this. After the water park, there was nothing else to do except a few random games inside. Go to Keansburg Amusement Park and Waterpark instead.

Although they claim they have limited capacity, it seems as though that place had way too many people there during this time of social distancing. We went there yesterday 07/18/20 & the pool was packed! They have signs that clearly state keep social distancing 6 ft apart even when in water but there was so many people it was impossible to achieve that, I noticed they were letting in some families in bunches (10 or more people) so Im not quiet sure what the point of reserving a time to go there was really about simce I didnt see much if a limited capacity of people in the water park other than to avoid long entrance lines, they didnt have the usual amount of seating available so large famoily groups would be hovering over other groups and also taking up seating areas that are only reserved for eating. Also, they still have not been able to effectively carry out the express lane designated for people who purchase refillable cups to get their free refills as the set up still combines the other people in the other lines to come together at the counter, causing long wait times to get get your refills. They dont have enough people preparing food orders so the lines tend to get long and you can expect to be on line anywhere from 10- 20 min. The people staff preparing the food always seem bothered and rude. So it seems there is still a few things that should be improved.

Very enjoyable, took my kids there. They did laser tag and go cart, but wish for more variety of rides. The entrance fee is a lot, so you expect more. But overall I recommend

A lot of fun things to do for the kids! Had a great time bowling. If you buy the all inclusive package get on the go karts early as it is very popular and the lines get long.

I did a reservation for my 7 years old boy, yesterday some guy name Thomas was the one who when over everything with me before I paid for the birthday package, he told me that they was going to have a spa for me ready outside by the water park, ther was two tables no decorations, I was by the gate with the kids waiting to get in for half-hour, no bady was by the door to open, when they told me to be there 15th minutes earlier, I have to call so they can send someone to open they open the door at 11:40 and the party was supposed to be from 11:30 till 2:00 the was supposed to give us 2 pie of pizza only gave us 1, unlimited drinks only gave us 10 cups, 11 cupcakes only gave us 10. And at 2 pm the kik us out like we were animals, the said we have to leave, after the man told me that the party was over in two and half hours but we can stay at the water park, I did not have a good experience from tha place.

This place is really amazing for the kids I even had fun . The only reason it’s getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the day we went the ball room wasn’t working properly and no one seemed to care about it nor did the employees seem to know what to do . Other than that everything else was pretty awesome . They offer lots of activities from rides , games and even hosting an event there .

Attended a private corporate event for adults. Had a great time! The food was surprisingly good. Typical bowling alley/bar food, but everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly. We even got reserved parking for the event. Overall a good venue.

Save your money. Most of their park is closed and the arcade is so small that it is not worth the price of admission. I requested a refund since my boyfriend & I drove 1hr & 30 mins to be told over half the park isn’t operable. I was denied. Don’t go during COVID. Again, the arcade is small & the only other thing was bowling. The owner says it’s clear on the website but it’s not. I’m highly dissatisfied & disappointed.

When you visit this place, do not expect a full own waterpark. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable experience for the size and location.

Funplex has almost everything indoor rides, go carts, 4D theater, laser tags, and arcade so its full entertainment package. For little kids we avoid crowded hours and choose weekday because place is clean and staff is friendly. Overall we had fun at this place so I will recommend this place.

Love the Water Park here! The private Cabana is awesome! The kids also enjoyed free rides for a birthday party I attended. Very fun place, I love that they have mini pool areas in case your interested in relaxing vs getting on water rides. Great place to have Party! They are very accommodating, nice staff assured party flowed properly

My son absolutely LOVES this place! Came here during the summer twice! Their pools were clean! Their private cabanas were wonderful, with a waiter and all! The arcade and indoor playground was awesome! The food was good, a great time was had by all.

If a 3+ child can go on a Go Kart with an adult (BTW the only ride for 3+ Y.o.) then why not on a bump car with an adult ?!. Most rides are for 6+ or 6+ with adult. Very Average food. Few options like pizza by slice, burger, fries and hot dogs. Foam park cleanliness is an issue. Arcade games fun for young kids. Theres the splashex but havent been there yet due to reviews about over crowding. Funplex was Not over crowded on a Thursday night it was decent. Staff was Friendly. $25 per person gets unlimited rides 7 to 10pm weekdays. Dont like the Arcade games are not included in it. Overall Good for a visit or 2 in the summer time.

This place is amazing for parties. Any child will enjoy it and have a good time. The stuff is amazing the party planner Tom and bri are awesome they were able to host my party at the very last minute. They were sweet understand and kind. The customer service is fantastic.

Im from 5hrs away near Pittsburgh and was visiting a buddy in the area. We were just googling places to go to have fun before the drive back and found this place. Its like a Dave and busters but on steroids. Prices were all fair and there was alot to do. Its also a little more family oriented than Dave and busters.

I was here for a Birthday party, my family rented the VIP Cabana and it was fantastic, it was worth it. One of the managers Tom was all the time checking that everything was fine, and addressed immediately any concern we had, excellent customer service!!!

Funplex offers different wrist bands for unlimited Indoor rides. So many video games are available. Bowling is there $25/ Hr during weekdays and $35 during weekends ( Sat and Sun). No entry fee. Cafeteria is there to have some coffee, Pizza, Pop corn etc., Kids will enjoy all the rides. Sunday Early Bird Band (Between 10 am and12 pm - Unlimited Indoor rides at $ 27) is price worthy.

Your kids would love it and everyone else too. Its a nice place to take your kids too.

The full-day pass is the way to go if you plan to get there early and stay for a while. Plenty for the kids, and parents, to do while there. Good time, whether youre into indoor games or water slides.

This is a good place for Weekend activities and birthday parties for your kids.I went there 2 times. In Summer and in winter. Both my experiences are ok.You should go at least onetime.

I visited for a birthday party in fall so I didnt do the outdoor park. The I door area however was awesome. For a kid it would be heaven. Lots of arcade games to play, bumper cars, a monstrous ball pit/play area and loooottts more. The best part is, adults can enjoy the rides and activities as much as the kids. Overall, I would recommend this to someone, not ideal for adults, but for kids. 100%.

Really nice. Small and fun . Definitely recommend it for kids up to 14 y/o. The waterpark very secure meaning adults can chill while kids have fun and the games inside fun as well. One of the excellent points is how affordable is and the food is good. For good price. Definitely coming back with my kids

Place is great for a family days out. Go-Karts, bowling, arcade and even VR with multiple options which was really great. Theres even a designated area for smaller kids where they can play around in the balls. Highly recommended.

Dont take pass options. It is totally waste. Go straight away and buy credits. So you can use all the games. Otherwise you can use only some selected rides. Passes doesnt cover games and we are not getting any credit points.

Came here for our family reunion. The kids had a ball! Very nice place. Food was pretty good, not too expensive. Small so youre not so tired throughout the day. I would come back!

I think it’s a perfect place for older kids ranging from like 4-12. There are arcade games and bowling. I prefer to go later in the day when it’s not as packed. It’s also a good idea to purchase an annual pass because it’s cheaper in the long run.

Great Water Park and Clean

Good clean fun. Short driver from NYC about 40 minutes once in NJ. When you arrive to the location dont stop at the first entrance of the building, but continue around to the right and stay left, going around the building to the main entrance that is on the rear of the complex. Go on during the weekday to avoid crowds. Lots of games to play and some rides. Be mindful that most riders must be over 40-42 inches to get on rides, and lots of toddlers would be disappointed with the lack of availability for them. Several rooms for parties are available. Didnt go to the snack area but did see some food options. My favorite was the 3d simulator shooter. Laser tag might be more suitable for children than adults as its harder to hide for a full sized adult. Chuckie Cheese type tickets for prizes. Look on groupon for great deals. Going mid fall/winter the go cart and water park Is closed for season. Had a great time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be back again. Thanks for the fun memories.

What a waste of time and money. Paid 80.00 bucks for nothing, what a disappointing day. Anything my kids wanted to play was extra. Foam frenzy which is included should be renamed toddler time, so unbelievably overrated. Was told my kids could go on 7rides well that was also disappointing because they could only go on 4. The arcade was off limits as were,go carts and bumper cars. Which is ridiculous since I had to pay for them. Also with the arcade 4out of 7arcade games were not available because they were broken. your money people and drive to Englewood and go to Xtreme Energy. Worth the drive and the price trust me.

Great place! The water park was so much fun, the kids loved it! Then the indoor rides and games kept them entertained after the water park area closed. We spent 10 hours at Funplex having FUN!

The place has lots for kids to do but I feel if youre going to pay $40 a head for the extreme package you should be able to play every single game and ride Instead , you have to pay extra on top of what you already paid.

The place was amazing, everything was really fun! I didnt get a Nintendo switch which was a bit sad, but everything was great!

Ive seen the sign on Rt 10 and never really thought about it as being much more than some kinda video arcade inside a metal warehouse. Was I wrong!!! This spot is incredible! Discreetly it is a massive space that houses video games, go carts, rides, obstacle courses and sponge bowl play area for kids, bowling and a great private event room that has 8 bowling lanes!The staff not only was hospitable to adults but were also positive and engaging with the youth.Ill be back ... and let you know if this experience was a fluke!
