Excellent work . Work done in a timely fashion. Owner is pleasant and readily available

Went to drop off diploma to frame, owner wasnt there. Went to pick up twice during open hours to find that there was nobody there. Framed diploma looked ok, but wasnt what I had envisioned. Would have been helpful to have the person there when dropping it off. Frame came out decent, but probably wasnt worth what I paid. Would have consulted with the owner, but she wasnt there when I went to pick up. Overall pretty dissatisfied. Only giving 2 stars because the frame came out ok.
