Tiny Town is a must if you find yourself in the Easley area around Christmas. Opens Thanksgiving day. Drop by for leisurely stroll through a miniature history of toy figures both commercially manufactured and handcrafted all displayed in tiny scenes.

Nostalgia is the word that comes to mind. Tiny town is a chilly walk through time, with antique toys, a roaring bonfire and cups of hot chocolate. They love that built this place over 40 years ago can still be felt as you stroll through the lights and view all the neat toys from yesteryear. This place holds special memories for many adults that come back and bring the next generation. Absolutely worth the drive over to Easley, SC to experience for yourself. Please remember to grab some cash, while Tiny Town is free, donations are excepted and much appreciated.

Last year, some friends introduced us to this Star of Easley that folks have apparently been flocking to like wise men for decades.Never been before? Heres how it works... Its free. Of course, donations are appreciated because it cant be cheap to create a visible glow of Christmas spirit that can be seen a half a block away. The only expense (I believe) is paying for hot chocolate, which is optional, but who can resist hot chocolate by a bon fire large enough to hold smoldering, full grown trees. Prepare to be amazed by display boxes depicting the joy of the season using dolls and toys that will remind 80s and 90s kids of a better time.Im very glad I went last year because I dont think any of the displays had been touched in the past 20 years, which gave it this nice Christmas creepiness that you cant not love. However this year, there are new displays and old ones have been rearranged to look cute and Christmasy.Go to Tiny Town with the mindset of a child at Christmas time--overcome by twinkling lights, Santas workshop, and hot chocolate. Otherwise, you may realize that you watch too many horror movies as you look into the eyes of the dolls, realize that they are definitely conduits harboring play souls, and shriek Dont touch that!! to your child.Obviously, I watch too many horror movies. In all seriousness, this is a great place that you must add to your Christmas tradition list... especially if youre on a budget. Fun for the kids. Fun for the kid in you. Just dont make direct eye contact with the dolls.

This is a traditional visiting place. My dad&mom took us as kids so now we take ours and our gradchildren. They all just love the thought of going to Tiny Town. Parking can be tricky and dangerous so be careful and very watchful if your children near that road. So thankful for this joyous & loving memory that my dad left for us. His favorite part to it all was sitting by that big fire with nothing to do but drink his coffee. Dont forget to throw some change in that wishing well just after you cross the bridge. (My husbands favorite part for the kids.)

Just like every year it was great. If you dont like to get along with people, have a great time, have a good talk with people you dont know, see Santa claus with your kids, tell people about the years of fun and happiness it brings to you. Then this place is not for you. But if you like having fun for free. Then this place is for you. If you dont go to tiny town and check it out, then you will never know.

This was a hidden gem that I cant believe Ive gone so long living in the area not knowing about! My five year old totally fell in love with it and still asks to go back! It is delightfully creepy while simultaneously warm and fuzzy so it manages to give you the Christmas spirit while also a bit of a Halloween horror thrill. Unless youre really weird and love scary porcelain dolls missing their eyes and clowns.
