Very unhappy with the quality of service. The two guys helping us didnt give us any direction on what to do or how to handle the game, or that some games were harder than others. We went here for my brother birthday and we had never done this before. I am sad that we didnt get to have a full experience for the amount of money that I paid. This would have been fun if there was more direction on what to do. Felt that the guys acted like we should know what to do,even though we told them we never had done this. Felt like we got a little ripped off with our experience and the money spent.***** After posting this review I was contacted by the owner and they apologized for their unsatisfactory visit. They issued a refund for this visit, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for responding to my concerns about this visit. I hate that the experience wasnt what we expected for my brothers birthday, and hope we can try again at a later time with a better experience.

We were so disappointed in our experience. We brought my son for his birthday, the two guys didnt act like they knew what to do. We told them we had never did VR before, they offered no help or direction. I only wanted 15 minutes, charged for 30, most of time they couldnt get VR to work and coordinate with my group so we could play together. Very poor customer service. Wasted our 37.00 sadly.******Thank you for quick response and we appreciate your attention to our experience. We will try again and hope for a better experience.

This is one of our favorite things to do that is kid friendly and fun. The place is well maintained, staff are top notch. Very accommodating and helpful. You will not be disappointed for sure.

My husband and I booked 2 hours tonight for his birthday! The owner was unbelievably patient with me (who doesnt understand how to play video games, let ALONE a virtual reality unit) He was always there if either of us were having issues with the audio or getting a game started! Everything is COMPLETELY sanitary from a restroom to wash your hands in, hand sanitizer, a UV disinfectant unit for the gear between uses, and didnt come near either of us without a mask on!! We paid $90 for 2 hours for 2 of us which is a STEAL of a deal since A) We never really have 2 hours to deliberately play games in the first place and B) buying a personal unit is 10 times the amount we paid!We plan on returning soon for part 2 of the escape room we did!!

This is a good fantastic place for Easely SC. My family and I love it. Price is not bad at all, and its the perfect family activity when you just dont know what to do with the kids. We have been around 8 or 9 times now. We will keep going for as long as we can.

Took my 12 year old and 16 year old. They had a great time and begged to stay longer! Staff was very helpful. Tons of games and experiences to choose from. We will definitely go again soon!

We took our 3 kids and their friend here for something fun to do on Sunday and it did not disappoint! All 6 of us were able to play in the same game with each other as well as branch out and play on our own! Awesome graphics, awesome games, and awesome staff there to help with any questions and to give a quick tutorial to maximize playtime! We will be returning for more family fun!
