Epic sledding place. Ride is super fast and safe at the same time. Staff is outstanding - we were half hour late for our session, but they extended our time!

Best winter and spring activity ever! Perfect venue and activity for large groups. Took my company here as well as a birthday party, and it was perfect! There was food and drinks available for purchase, a nice fire to stay warm by, and a wonderful patio area with picnic tables. The tubing lanes are awesome and the magic carpet makes it easy for everyone to get as many rides as they want in. 10/10 for me and the groups Ive brought here.

Fun! Fun! Fun! Great staff! Clean. Beautiful views. Conveyer belt to the top makes it easy and there is more than one track to close from. My kids were nervous at first and the guys at the top never pressured them to try anything! Loved it!

Super fun! Close by seasonal fun. A little expensive but totally worth it. They also have discounted early morning/night pricing. I really like how they limit how many tickets they sell for the time blocks so it never gets super out of control busy.

Dont miss the surprise. Read this entire review: Total blast. Took the grand kids and just had more fun than we ever expected. Tubing was great, safe and exciting. Staff was great and very friendly. But, get this, even better. Somehow, when i made the reservation and bought the tickets online, I was unable to get the military discount on their website. Probably my mistake. But then, several days later, after getting my survey back via email, they credited my credit card the amount that I missed on the military discount. Who does that? No one that I have ever known before. Without asking, they gave me back $10.20. These people are great. Generous and care about the details and the experience. They are true Idaho Ambassadors. We went tubing this morning and had blast. Fast hills and who doesnt love a Magic Carpet ride to the top? The staff is always friendly and accommodating and the fire pit a warm and cozy spot to take a break. Its the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors, have some fun, and burn off the kids energy!

Our family went there this past Sunday for our grandsons 4th birthday, and had an absolute blast! Although the weather wasn’t cooperating, and it was raining, it didn’t dampen our fun! The entire staff was amazing and we will definitely be back! P.S. My other half accidentally gave a 3 star rating when it was supposed to be a 5, so I wanted to correct his error and apologize for it as well. You all are AMAZING and so is the tubing hill!

Awesome place to go tubing locally. Staff was extremely friendly. Reasonably priced. You can go down with a child on your lap and there are no age or height restrictions (unlike Bogus Basin).

Tubing!We showed up to the tubing hill without a reservation on a day that they intended to use for hill improvements. The guys operating the hill were nice enough to allow us to ride the hill despite us being a burden on their work! They are incredibly nice and great people over there and I want to thank you all so much for your accommodation!!!

People who work here are absolutely wonderful. It was my little sisters birthday and we showed up on Monday night without a reservation. The tubing was closed and people there were building some improvements.Nevertheless, they let us tube for as long as we wanted! It was very nice of them even though we were clearly a nuisance. Thank you guys for giving our family such an amazing time!

This is a fabulous place for family fun. Made even better by the friendly, helpful people who run it. Our grandchildren had so much fun!!!

Its a great tubing place for families with kids. Because the slope is not too much steep like the one in the Bogus.

We have been before a couple years ago and had a great time. However, this year was definitely a poor experience. My daughter went up the hill with her grandpa, aunt, and uncle who were all planning to be connected and go down together (which had been successful and fun many times prior). Apparently at the top there was confusion regarding how everyone would be connected and rather than being patient and understanding the employee at the top thought it would be appropriate to send all 3 adults connected down the hill, leaving my daughter at the top alone, scared, and crying. This could have been easily remedied by radioing down to the employee at the bottom of the hill, where I was standing with her 3 other family members, to ask one of the adults they let go early to come back up and ride down with my daughter. Rather than do something like this, the employee thought it was appropriate to tell my crying daughter she had to go alone and push her down the hill. During all of this the employee at the bottom of the hill was great and called up to the top employees to ask that they please be careful to not separate groups, especially with children to which the top employees response (unaware I could hear the conversation) was laughter along with its fine shes on her way down and crying. Unacceptable. On top of all of this when I spoke with a manager I was blown off and told the employees are just teenagers.

Awesome day of fun with the family! The little ones loved the tubing hill. Best part is the staff! They are outstanding and make sure you are having fun! Not like the other tubing hills, they let you enjoy your time as you wish!

Really fun. Just not much time for the kids.

Last year my grandson was 2 and a half year old and he had an horrible accident there. He fell from the conveyor belt and scraped his face badly. Thankfully, he didnt have permanent scars but he was afraid of snow tubing. Worker at the place was really helpful and calm and really did everything possible to help us and we want to thank him! This year we were back, we were a little anxious but when we arrived, it was big surprise! Conveyor belt have a fence now! My granson was so happy, he immediately forgot his fear and jumped from joy! The guy who helped us las year recognized us immediately and taljed to us like he is a part of our family! I want to say thank you Ryan (I think there are 2 Ryans working) . Thanks for your kindness and help, people like you make this world better!

Great time snow tubing.

We went as a group of adults, and we had just as much fun as if we were children. There was a little mix-up about the pricing, make sure you reserve a spot an hour in advance if you are hoping to pay $15, its 20 at the door. Other than that we had a wonderful time

We had a great time here with the grandkids. We stayed for hours and never tired of it. All of the staff were very kind and helpful to the little ones. Very much appreciated!
