Love the Eagle Luxe Reel Theatre. Great local theater. Amazing popcorn always perfectly cooked. Ridiculously comfortable reclining seats and the best part is you get to pick your seat.

Easy to spot from the road. Smaller theaters with big, comfortable, adjustable chairs. You choose your seats, when you buy your tickets. Also, there are a few small restaurants in the same plaza.

The seats are bigger and spaced further apart so you get elbow room. It is nice and fancy. The seats are electric recliners. Very nice very fancy theater.

Great new theater! Loved the seats so much and got to watch the Empire Strikes Back. Will definitely go again.

Great theater. My son and I were in theater 7 which was small but full reclining seats including the headrest. Reserved seating all around and the seat numbers and isles are back lot making finding them easy. Sound was great, very loud and you can feel the bass. Great screen clarity and bright. This will be my go to theater in the future.

Just watched Hocus Pocus had a great time good prices only two sets of people in the theater very clean reclining seats how many people tables for your food and popcorn definitely going there again great family experience

We took our daughter to see Frozen 2 for our first time at the Eagle Luxe Reel Theatre. We were very impressed. We felt the prices were very reasonable for the tickets and the food. The theater offers food combos that made going affordable! The theater was very clean with comfortable reclining seats with individual trays. We will definitely be going back!

This place is awesome! Ticket pricing is very competitive, and the seating is the best ever, better than Edwards, better than the Village Cinema, they are perfect. And no, I dont work for them nor, am I affiliated with them in any way, Im just super impressed. Im not overly impressed with the concession costs, for a large popcorn, 2 large drinks, and 2 small boxes of candy was about $32. Maybe if since they are such high profit margin items, if they lowered the price, patrons would not only be inclined to make those purchases, but in todays America of over indulgence, they would purchase more, heck, I would.

Went for the first time last night and wanted to give it a chance. Online tickets went smoothly. Seats were great! A few things still need work. Sound was WAY too loud. No-one taking our tickets or directing people. There was popcorn everywhere! Movie got out and there were 4 young men behind the concession counter. 2 were looking at their phones and one grabbed a handful of popcorn and was eating it. Give those boys a broom!

Luxe Reel Theatre is open now, and we love it. The seats are fantastic and the picture and sound is as good as it can possibly get. I appreciate the smaller yet roomier screening rooms where there isn’t a bad seat, and it is nice to have a reserved seat with the family.We were grateful to learn from the LOCAL(!!!) owners that they worked tirelessly and risked some problems in order to do a “soft open” for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Our family had a fun time together. I love that they are family owned and will with hard to make things right and give us a nice place to go in Eagle.

The line for the concessions can be a little crazy and we would have missed part of our movie if we waited through the whole line so we opted not to buy any snacks.The seats were quite comfortable and everything was kept clean. Love how close it is to home...makes it a little easier when youre leaving your newborn at home just knowing that you are close.

To bad its closed temporarily, I love going here. However, the two reel theatres in eagle and boise are still open.

Saw Star Wars here for our first experience at this new theater. I liked that you buy your ticket and food at the same place. Something new. They were out of Cherry Coke which my partner was sad about. But over all it was clean , the seats were comfortable and the food combos were within reason for a movie theater. Will definitely return.

Love this theater. No frills or over the top lights like the other theaters which I liked. Their seats were super comfortable, and not too close to others. The tickets were cheaper than anywhere else in town and the concessions were waaaaay cheaper than anyone else in town. Their popcorn really sucked tho, that is my only complaint. Will definitely be back

This was a great experience. I love the seats, the room you have. I didnt feel crammed next to someone which I always feel in normal theaters. The recliners are amazing and even better they have adjustable head rest. The sounds was bar far the best I have heard in any theater. Will be coming back again and again.

The location is great and the red leather seats are amazing.For me the popcorn is usually better than the movie but this is the second time that the popcorn was room temperature.Today I wasnt looking forward to seeing the new Star Wars so much as the crisp, ice cold Coke and hot salty popcorn.As I left, I was wondering if the giant mound of popcorn they made before opening will last the whole night.

So excited to try out the Luxe tonight and it did not disappoint! We showed up 5 mins before the 4 and found our feature sold out, no worries they got us into the next one. (I’ll buy online next time since the more intimate theater sizes sell out fast).. So many yummy places in the same complex, ate dinner and came right back. Was shocked to get a popcorn and drink for only $6! Crazy good deal. The theatre was well laid out and easy to find our screen and seats. The seats are gorgeous red leather and recline to a super comfy position. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the self refill soda station. We will be back!

I’ve been to this theater a few times since it is so close to where I live. I love the vip system they have, its amazing to get back some of the money I spend at the theater! All the seats recline in EVERY theater which is absolutely amazing! The sound to the movies I’ve seen make me feel like I’m personally in them and I just can’t get enough of it. I can’t wait to come by again and get more good deals on snacks and candy!

Loved the fancy seats and friendly staff. The snacks and popcorn is still insanely expensive.

Last night we took our family to the Luxe Reel Theatre to see Frozen 2. Since it was Thanksgiving night, I anticipated that it would be crowded so I pre-ordered our tickets online the day before. Ordering online was super easy and we were able to pick really good seats. We didnt tell our kids anything about this theater or what to expect, so when they walked to their seats and saw that they RECLINE, they were so stoked. The movie was awesome! On the drive home, my oldest daughter said, That was the best movie theater experience Ive ever had. I had to agree with her. What an awesome place and I love that its only 5 minutes drive from our house. Im so glad to have this luxury theater open in Eagle. We plan to be back again soon!

My family is thrilled to have this beautiful theatre just down the street. What a fun gathering place for Eagle! Every chair is a recliner and the sound system booms! Prices are competitive. We couldnt be happier. We went twice last week over Thanksgiving break and loved the movies. Thanks Reel friends!

Wow! Best theatre I have seen in a very long time, with great staff members that are not only attentive but soooo polite. I watched one young man help an elderly women to her seat, and then he came back when the movie ended to help her out as well. The seats are insanely nice, LUXURIOUS red recliners with head and feet adjustments. Then, the best part... REAL BUTTER! Also, very clean as soon as you walk in. Love this theatre, have been well over ten times now, and it just keeps getting better!

One of our new favorite theatres here in the valley. In addition to reserve seating, they have reclining seats in all theatres. The prices are much more reasonable than other options. We highly recommend.

Great Tuesday price, fantastic seating arrangement, and comfy seats that recline! We saw the last Star Wars movie here and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean everything still was! Its so easy for movie theater floors to get sticky and unpleasant! Lets hope it stays this way, we will definitely be back!

The new Eagle Luxe Reel Theatre is my new go-to place to watch first run new releases. I do not feel like a sardine packed into a theater, instead it is roomy, every seat is a good view. I love that the theater is owned by local people, who live right here in the Treasure Valley, are invested in the community, and provide fun entertainment for families.I will definitely be back!

The good thing about Luxe reel theater in Eagle is that it is so close and convenient... however, close and convenient does not offset the negatives in this theater. . This theater is a dimly lit large box broken into smaller boxes for the theaters they made it as inexpensively as they could and it shows ...the lobby and and check in and serving counter were so dimly lit that it definitely did not evoke a happy feeling ...the gal that waited on us to get our ticket and to get a drink was grumpy and didn’t smile or even say thank you ...it was not clean where I was getting my drink.. on the counter was sticky buttery popcorn and someone’s strand of long hair.We will forgo the close and convenient site and opt for the Village.

This theatre is amazing. Locally owned and operated. Atmos sound and laser projectors. AMAZING seats. Self-serve soda refill stations (no standing in concession lines during the movie) and tons of close parking. The best, most comfortable, most convenient theatre in town.

Liked the theater. Reclining seats were a surprise. I dont like the ticket purchasing experience. I prefer being able to buy tickets separate from concessions.

My family and I recently moved here from Seattle.This was an amazing theater. We have never been inside a theater with reclining chairs.Very impressive and comfortable.

Great new theater. The theater we were in was small which was great. The seats are nice and recline electronically but slightly uncomfortable for me but my wife loved them. I would go back.

Most disappointed that they don’t have kiosks that work well. They don’t have enough of them. Staff is undertrained for quickly assisting when the lobby is packed with people and machine or machines are down. There has to be a way to make checking in a lot less difficult.Ordering tickets on line....have been to this theater 4 time. One time tried to order on line and it kept kicking me out. Never was able to purchase.Love the chairs and theaters. But arriving to that magical door is difficult. Come on Luxe I want you to be awesome from start to finish.

We had a great experience! Very comfortable recliner seats with tons of leg room in each aisle. The staff was very polite and helpful. Well for sure be back!

Hands down, my new favorite theater to go to. Same luxury set-up as others but same cost as Reel. Newer movies as well.

Wonderful theater. Seats are recliner seats with no one behind you to kick them. Prices for concessions were really pretty reasonable.Overall, great experience and clean theaters.

Positives:- New theater.- Picking up online tickets was quick.- Drink refills are available to fill yourself, haven’t seen that in a movie theater before.Negatives:- No usher scanning tickets so anyone could walk in if they wanted.- Concessions stand was pretty dirty with popcorn, paper bags, and grease on the floor on the employee side.- Recliners were not that comfortable (probably based on personal preference, height, etc).- Online tickets have extra $1 fee.The negatives of the lack of an usher and concessions in disarray can be attributed to the theater being new which means employees don’t have much experience which will be fixed with time. As of now, my favorite theater in the area is the Village Cinema.

Our first time here in this new Luxe Reel Theater. We werent too impressed when we first walked in. Floors werent swept cleaned or vacuumed, because there were popcorn everywhere! No one took our tickets or guided us to which room the movie was playing. We felt the pricing of the tickets and concessions were expensive, more so than the Village Cinema. I guess our expectations were alot higher than we thought. One positive note though, the seats were nice.

The seats were so comfy! So comfy in fact I fell asleep watching the movie! I didnt want to but was really replaced in reclining seat. LOL. The theaters are smaller too so you dont have to have a bunch of people in there with you.

Nice theatre, the recliners with the tray tables are comfortable and nice, almost feels like watching a movie at home. The popcorn was just ok, had a lot of husks on the kernels. Overall though, great experience, would go back again.

We realize the staff is still in a training mode but it was obvious they are not getting the proper instruction. Hotdogs were semi-warm but bun was hard and inedible because of improper cooking in the microwave. (May I suggest wrapping in a paper towel and cooking at a lower temperature for less time....?) There was popcorn all over the floor because they were not instructed to scoop AWAY from the tipped down lip. We did, however, appreciate all the friendly and smiling faces and the wonderfully comfortable seating and will be back in the future.

I went to this theater after reading all of the negative reviews just to see how truly horrible of a movie theater it was. Unfortunately, I have to disagree with them completely. Walking in, the set up overall is very nice! The theater we sat in was on the smaller side but the seats were phenomenal! The only thing I would have to say Id like to see happen is for a wider array of food options since they do have tray tables connected to the seats. I felt like I needed to be snacking while watching the movie. Aside from that, I will definitively be returning and would reccomend this theater to people that enjoy kicking back and truly relaxing while watching a movie. Great experience.

The Eagle Lux is a great big little theater in Eagle Idaho. If you love the reel theater in Garden City this is a bit grander with nice reclining seats and assigned seating. Not currently on fandango so the easiest way currently is to buy tickets is in person.Love how dark the hallways are and theyre significantly spread out that you dont have light or people chatting outside the theater carry into the spot where youre.Great popcorn with unlimited refills for anything large or more. Lots of soft drink options with unlimited refills. They have icees. And lots of other yummy food options.Its not a dollar theater but at $11.50 its beyond well worth a good movie going experience.

Their seats are great. They seem to be a little short on help as bathrooms were messy and they need to install toilet seat covers. I loved the recliners.

Such a great theater! They have several different size theaters.. so screen size will be smaller in those theaters. We saw star wars at the largest one .. it was a great experience. Seats are comfortable and can adjust to your liking even better then those at the village. The other theaters might be smaller but still great for other non action movies where you dont need it.. ie romantic comedies. For the price cant beat it. A medium opcorn and drink 6.00... really good popcorn too! Being that its so new.. it was super clean.

First time here and not the best experience. Going to the movies is supposed to be about the experience so they have a lot of work to do.1.) The ticketing process was terrible. They sell tickets online--and charge a fee for purchasing online--but you still have to stand in a long line to have your tickets printed at the ticket purchasing counter. This should be an easy fix, just put a QR code or bar code on the tickets purchased online and place a QR or bar code scanner at the ticket check kiosk.2.) The inside and outside was filthy. When we were entering the theater trash was blowing past the front door. When we entered, the lobby floor was covered in popcorn--some crushed, some full pieces. Entering our movie was no different, there was crushed popcorn all the way down the hall and up the stairs. I stepped out to use the restroom and saw someone vacuuming so I was optimistic that the lobby would be clean when I got out of our movie. Unfortunately, upon exiting the movie we saw the lobby was still covered in popcorn. At this point it wasnt even a surprise that the trash was still right outside the front door too.3.) Seats were comfortable. They did an excellent job on the seats. This was certainly the best part of the movie theater. I just hope they can keep the seats clean but I am not optimistic seeing how much they struggle with the floors.4.) If youre planning dinner and a movie, eat dinner elsewhere. No hot food other than popcorn, hot dogs and nachos. If this theater is really trying to be luxury, they should get better food choices.I really wanted this to be a great experience because this theater is much closer to us than The Village. At this point we will be returning to The Village for the foreseeable future.

I haven’t even been to the theatre yet and I’m already not a fan. The website won’t load show times (yes my internet works just fine) and I call and you can’t contact anyone. We got a gift card there but I’m already feeling like the Village is a way better option. Kind of frustrating and disappointing.My wife went in last week to get a gift card and said Popcorn was everywhere and not what we expected for Eagle. As a business coach, these things drive business away rapidly. A few tweaks and we could have this place thriving.

The seats all recline and have trays for food. The movies sound phenomenal with Dolby Atmos (speakers on the ceiling). Overall a near perfect movie watching experience.

Beautiful theatre, sound, and friendly staff. however one of the employees named “Gavin” was easily slacking on the job and sleeping in one of the bathroom stalls. Thankfully I woke him up and he resumed working, someone give him a broom!

There was no usher to take my ticket—basically anyone can just walk right in. When I went to the theater it was a mess. There was still popcorn everywhere and the trash was full. They didn’t get a cleaning crew inside until a patron complained.

The new Eagle Luxe Reel Theatre has comfortable seating with recliner and adjustable headrests. The tray attached to each seat is an obstacle and very difficult to see and/or getting around when the movie starts and lights are dimmed. My greatest concern was for my hearing, the sound was so loud that I needed to cover my hears with both of my hands, The sound decibel levels were so high that the vibrations shook the room. My hope is that management will make some adjustments with feedback.

Great theatre. Incredible seats. I don’t ever.want to go elsewhere for a movie. I hope they get the revenue needed.

Shame they totally blew this. Bad movie experience walls too thin. You constantly hear loud sounds from other movies on both sides.Other than that they completely missed the mark on designing something special for the richest city in town the Boise area.

Great location but...line for concessions is ridiculous. Don’t plan on getting popcorn or anything unless you arrive at least 30 mins early. Theaters are small but I don’t mind. Good picture and sound. The theater and building are dirty all the time. We’ve been three or four times now and there is always old popcorn everywhere, floor, entry, hall, and the seats. Just had to clear off old popcorn to sit in my seat. Seats are great though. Staff are meh at best. Suggestion to owners: hire more competent and caring people and clean up.

Very nice seats but you can hear the bass from the theatre next to you and the screen needs to be bigger.

Small choices for food and the prices are a bit high for some things but its a nice little theater that has very comfortable seats (even more than the village cinema) and I loved going here. The sound was really good (immersive but not too loud), place was clean and employees were very nice. Will definitely be coming back more often.

Recliners had adjustable headrest so you can sit in front rows and watch the movie comfortably.

Watched Frozen 2 with comfortable reclining seats, great speakers, small crowd, and friendly workers. Whats not to like? Excited that I no longer have to drive down Eagle Road to watch a movie.

Saw Onward in auditorium 1, which is Dolby Atmos equipped and was thoroughly impressed. This is, hands down, the best theater in the Treasure Valley. The Village theater has one of the most painful-to-listen-to sound systems that Ive ever had the displeasure to hear and the Regal is mediocre, but at least drops a hint of bass here and there. Eagle Luxe Reel absolutely nailed it in this area. The Dolby Atmos system is perfectly calibrated and theres just the right amount of bass to give the movie depth without being overwhelming. The Dolby Amaze trailer really flexed the systems capabilities and it was nice hearing an Atmos system that had an actual subwoofer array as opposed to The Village in Meridian, which boasts Atmos, but skimps embarrassingly on bass. The projection itself was crisp and bright while also preserving the right amount of contrast to make each image pop. I will definitely being going here as my default while saving the IMAX in Boise for event movies. Even then, I might skip a few blockbusters at the IMAX for the more precise and and intimate experience this theater provides. Definitely treat yourself to a movie here.

52 people in line and two attendants were working selling concessions 80% of the time while we waited for tickets. Cashier complaining they are working too many hours. Well that is a management problem along with filthy popcorn strewn floors. And then paid moviegoers are requiring concession service disrupting the sale of tickets.. Ownership is forgetting we have other choices for spending our movie dollars.Fool me once but not twice.

Really disappointed they do not have closed caption glasses. What kind of movie theater doesn’t offer cc??? Another review mentioned it already, but the staff here seems very confused and disorganized. There is still popcorn on the floor everywhere. We live so close but unfortunately we probably won’t be returning unless we hear they get their act together.

Popcorn had lots of cernals that were not edible. Tickets are over priced. Less price at the village. Seats very comfortable.
