Meg and her team do an awesome job! You won’t find a frame shop that can beat their quality, creativity, or professionalism. They’ve also got an old school approach to customer service that is hard to find these days. Very highly recommended!

They did great work for our school out at the College of Idaho! You can see their work in the Student Union Building, or McCain as students call it. We cant wait to work with them more!Everything was so well made and sturdy, which is sorely needed with a roudy bunch of young adults. And the glass was clear and allowed the true beauty of the pieces to come through. I myself as a lover of art and chairwoman tk the SUB Committer highly recommend their services!

Called in with an urgent request and was not disappointed.The team had everything printed and professionally framed within 2 hours. Of course they had it wrapped and protected also - that was nice.Was able to fed-ex the art same day to a client thank goodness. Was nicely greeted upon entering the store and wanted to stay longer but had to leave. The staff were soooooo nice. They are so freakin nice - it was so refreshing.

Sorry, but I have to wonder if ANY of these reviews can be believed. To be honest, I smell a rat. For example, the glowing 5 star review by Emily Peters fails to mention that she is the daughter of the owner of Finer Frames, and has been an employee of the business. And the 5 star review by Tia doesnt mention the close business relationship between Tia and Meg.By the way there has now been a flurry of six new 5 star reviews in a very short time frame. ???

Ive used Finer Frames for personal conservation and corporate office framing for nearly 18 years. There are frames and frame shops...then there is Finer Frames. My first experience was with a very expensive and large photograph purchased in an art gallery in Sun Valley. I knew it was the right place when she put on cotton gloves... before even touching the rolled photo.I would recommend Finer Frames for anything important to you. There are few specialists in the conservation and fine art services across the country...much less in our backyard of the Treasure Valley. Meg & the Finer Frames team have the experience and expertise I trust to refer.

What a nice frame shop and gallery. I had a large canvas framed there for the first time. I picked it up yesterday and didnt realize what a wonderful job they did framing my painting until I got it home. Every detail was added to ensure safety and stability of such a large painting. I cant say enough good things about the shop. Five stars for the shop.

Did not honor raffle won for $50 off on purchase but said they would for $5 off but never followed through. Claimed $50 off raffle was for discount on framing services only yet raffle did not have this wording stipulated on it.Said they could re-frame something and they couldnt. Said they could fix a frame and they made it worse.
