Every other machine is turned off for 6ft social distancing. The casino has opted to be a non-smoking facility. They do have designated areas outside for smoking. They should consider vape pens because the smoke is odorless and evaporates instantly. Maybe a dispenser for electronic devices and cartridges. They did have the drink station open but it is not self serve anymore and the staff will get you a drink. The bars were open but the wait time was long. The service at the machine is faster. The food was great. We had tacos for breakfast and steak burgers for lunch. Promotions are not being offered right now but hopefully soon they have a little something for the guests. Overall the machines were paying and I would recommend a visit to this casino if you like to win big! They are my favorite casino. The progressive jackpots are always updated and they always pay at this casino.

I spent two days at the casino I won a little and lost a little. I didn’t really care that I lost me and my wife just want to relax and have some fun. We need to playing a game called short quick for several hours and had a blast. They are installing a brand new monopoly slot machine that I did not get to try and would like to go back to play. The location was clean and the staff was friendly.

Had a good time...must wear mask! They have new games..and good food. They no longer have free water bottles. You can purchase one for a dollar. But they still have free soda and coffee.

It was really clean. They have some machines offline to take care of the spacing. We went on a Tuesday so their was very little people and slots werent paying out. But overall there was a lot of good health measures in place, everyone is wearing masks and theirs no smoking, which was great.

Lots of fun on any slot machines and we win money and we lost some but we try to always even out so good luck to all of us who try to win and best of luck to all .

It is class 2 gaming. Nothing but bingo games. Good space. This casino has been closed and is opening up non smoking on Oct 1st 2020. You have to pay for alcoholic drinks if you smoke, enjoy comped drinks and class 3 gaming, this bingo parlor will leave you very dissatisfied.

Hotel/casino was clean and they took measures for Covid. There was staff sanitizing the slot machines when unoccupied. Room was very spacious and the stand alone tub was great. The bed was memory foam and I didnt feel my partner moving around. Great night.

This staff deserves massive props. Of all the hotels I have stayed this one is by far the best when it comes to sterilizing!!!! They have a dedicated person sterilizing the elevators after each guest. Not to mention, how extremely welcoming and helpful and polite. San antonio could and should take lessons from this hotel

This place aint what it used to be. Most machines pay out very little unless you hit a jackpot or something. I wont be coming back. Old machines were more fun n payed out reasonable winnings not now. Boo kikapoo

During this chaotic times its always good to have a place to go where it doesnt remind you of the chaos around us. Wasnt crowded during the day and time we went, Friday afternoon. Many places to clean hands. Machines were cleaned and spaced out. Food areas were still open. My only issue was the soda and coffee machines were closed for complementary drinks but you could still order from bars.

Enjoy my trips to Kickapoo... it is a small casino in comparison to others.. but I have to say it strives tobe competitive. It DOES have a lot of freebies... and just like all casinos you get the MOST earned by points.They have suffered a loss due to COVID and because they are located in a less populated area unlike other casinos that have larger surrounding cities.Rest assured I will be supportive and continue to Go ... Winstar offers free rooms but you wind up paying a 21dollar fee !!!

Overall its clean but I am upset due to our comps and free play. I understand we are not getting comps till next year, drinks are 5 bucks (they didnt just go up a few cents but a buck and a quarter, and the no smoking its like they are telling us we are not welcome. We all went through the pandemic we go try our luck to see if we can win. They act like they are the only ones we as everyone are struggling to make ends meet. They could of open before but decided to wait and then took our free play,birthday, and smoking privileges it sucks. Rather go to LA or OK.

Casino was very clean and smoke free, sanitizers stations were set up all over the casino, few machines were paying good money but no jackpots, love going there glad they finally opened up again. To far to drive to Louisiana.

We stayed at the Hotel. As going into the hotel 2 of my sisters got stung by bees. So we asked for some type of First aid kit and of course they didnt have anything for that. Even though there was hundreds of bees inside and outside the hotel. The Staff from the Restaurant IHOP had told us we couldnt not wait inside of the waiting room but aloud others to wait there. So no, our stay was not good at all. Its sad because it was my sisters birthday.

I have never been to a casino true enough but I was expecting what I had seen 9n movies and tv not an entire floor of just digital slot machines. I mean thats all it was as far as yhe eye could see. I did have fun and my friend and I had a good time but I was just expecting more and that wasnt it.

Why are they still closed? I understand Covid positive infection rates are higher in this town/county but other states, counties have high infection rates too and have their casinos open during the pandemic. They should practice what other casinos are doing and reopen this place up with proper Covid protocols and measures.

The service was outstanding along with all the safety precautions that were used to ensure our safety due to Covid-19 during our stay.

Surprisingly clean every time I’ve stayed. Basic hotel rooms. Food is decent. Wish they served free drinks but prices aren’t horrible. Basically just a slots casino. Never personally got big jackpot but someone in our group usually goes away with a few hundred dollars and hit small jackpots of more than $1,000 occasionally. Better odds it seems than the few other casinos I’ve been to. Personally know one person who got a $40k jackpot. Always look forward to going and hope they can reopen after the pandemic.

Fun experience, great restaurant choices, nice staff, and great overall entertaining vibe.It’s the only attraction that our small town, Eagle Pass has at least something to bring people in from across the state & nation.

My visit to kickapoo has always been great until covid19 they had to close. When it reopened I was so excited. I have been going there every weekend for 3 yearsI was shocked to find out I no longer had free rooms.guess the average people are not that important only the high rollers. So glad I decided to try Coushatta they made me feel appreciated after 1 visit

Almost everything is perfect here the only complaint I have is the restaurants and snack bars they are terrible. Now if you leave the property to eat youll have a wonderful time.

Clean, rooms are amazing, bed was so comfortable. The security staff were very nice and professional. Check in staff were not friendly at all, we were disappointed that there is no longer a nice restaurant where we can have a special night, we ended up having dinner at IHOP staff were not friendly or welcoming. Our server took forever to take our order and after we had our dinner we told him we like to order dessert never came back. We decided to leave. Breakfast staff wasn’t as bad. We have decided we will not be going back for a while.

Stay away fm Riverbend cafe, I give the casino 5 stars. This cafe has steak burritos and the steak is days old, so greasy and no taste at all horrible food

I enjoyed the little getaway from San Antonio and it was a very awesome trip.

I had a very good experience at the Kickapoo hotel and casino. All the staff are very polite and professional.

We took a bus trip to Kickapoo Casino and it was so much fun!We arrived at 11am and departed at 630pm. We spent our time playing the penny and quarter slot machines. We had no clue how they worked so we got some help from an employee. From that point on we were good to go and we tried so many different machines.We won a little here and there, but, we had fun trying out different games.Overall it was a fun experience.There is one important aspect that I have to mention: A note to non-smokers and people who are allergic to cigarette smoke....Smoking cigarettes is allowed inside...there are alot of people smoking cigarettes throughout the casino.

Lucky Eagle casino is a great place to relax and gamble yourself away. Employees and staff are very professional and with the new virus regulations in place theres no more smoking inside the building.

Very nice place. I enjoyed being able to smoke at the bar and play the slot machines. Beware a shot of 18 year old scotch will really cost you. Stick to the beer and margaritas. Coffee water and soda are free so thats a plus. If you smoke bring enough cause the cigarette machines charge $11 per pack.

My first time going to the casino. I had no idea what it would be like for me to go. It was a nice experience. It took a moment to adjust to the moderate roar & cigarette smoking almost everywhere I turned. If you are allergic to smoke, I suggest you not go. The staff all work hard to keep the areas nice & tidy. Overall, I had a great time experiencing a different setting with my friends.

Friendly staff and great service. Slot of slots game to play. Food was great and very tasty. Slot of different restaurant to dine in. Definitely will come back again.

Had a treat time here, did a day trip with a few good friends and found it to be an exhilarating experience. They added a few more places to eat to include a more variety of food. The games were fun and plentiful, poker was available to play in its own room along with bingo. They had a few shows but I did not see any personally. Was fun and fast but really fun for a night of gambling.

I visited the casino two days midweek. I really like the vast selection of slot machines. Plenty available and both my wife and I did very well just playing mid wager. All of the staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was great and large portions for the money. I have gambled in many casinos from California to Connecticut and Lucky Eagle is one of my favorites.

Its back open.Your temperatures are take at the door with a full body scan but everything else is the same. EXCEPT for the self service drinks. Now they have an attendant the makes the refreshments for you.

Im not used to such a big casino.. in my opinion there are too many games and not enough variety. They are all slots but the kind that take 5 bucks from u in like 3 spins. Random and hard to figure games dont make it much fun to play. The free gift card for new guests was about 25 bucks and there was complimentary sodas. A variety of eaterys from Asian, pizza, burgers and ihop.. plus a couple lounge/cafe/bars (more pricey). Overall we all lost and not just the way, but our money too lol
