Today was our first time here and it was great. I was so impressed with the employees cleaning everything all the time. Everyone was so friendly! I was sad to see it so empty and I hope they can stay open during this hard time. What a wonderful place to let kiddos burn off some energy! Will definitely go back.

We joined a group coordinated by Seventh Generation. We only had to pay for the socks. It was a fantastic deal!! All three of my young children had so much fun. My older boys would love it. I hope to bring them all sometime soon.

The kids always have fun here. theyre limiting entrance during covid, so they each had a tramp to themselves which was great!

Fun place for the kids to get out a bunch of energy. They have great seating for the adults who arent jumping. A lot different than I expected. Several different areas for them to play in and do different things, like dodgeball and a ninja course. A small snack shack as well. We were there for around 6 or 7 hours and the kids still didnt want to leave. They also have lockers to put your stuff in and they are free which is awesome as it is expensive.

Kids had so much fun here. Went on a weekend day where there was a lot of birthday parties and people there and you almost couldnt tell! The place is large and so much room to jump. Its kept pretty clean and everything looks to be in good shape. Small cafe for refreshments, tables to sit at, and areas for all ages to enjoy.

Weve been coming here since it first opened and its neat to see how the place has evolved and added more things to do. The inflatables are fun and the giant checkers and connect four are a nice touch. Our littlest one also enjoyed the three story play structure. Be warned though it is a little on the pricey side. We spent $39 for our three girls to go play for one hour. It was worth it to get out some of their pent up energy from being inside all day. We have contemplated doing the monthly option because it is a good deal compared to what we paid today. Maybe next time.

They are not really enforcing the mask wearing right now during COVID, but we had a lot of fun. They are still trying to keep everything clean and sanitized.

We were lucky and came on a day when it wasnt busy. The staff seem like they enjoy being around children. The place is clean. And theres things to do for everyone.Make sure to look at the website for times. There are certain special events, or times when only certain age groups.

Not customer friendly -I took monthly recurring membership for my kids from Nov, one of which was expiring yesterday. I tried to find ways to cancel last night. No answer on phone & there was no option online. They charged me this morning for an auto-renewal. Called them this morning. A lady Teresa was helpful to listen my request and called me back after working at her end. She asked me to come to the park to take the refund. When I reached there, they said, we can not refund. They wasted my time in asking me to drive there. Also, they do not have a good way to support their membership. Feels like, I just threw my money away, even if my kids will not go there after the holidays are over.

This is a good trampoline park. Its pretty clean, they have lockers that they do not charge extra for and it is well attended by staff. On weekends the place gets more untidy and doesnt feel as clean, but its expected. They just added an inflatable slide and inflatable obstacle course! My kids loved the new stuff!As a note: try a weeknight, its far less busy and overstimulating.

My niece had her 5th birthday here a few weeks ago, the kids had a blast! The photos are of the party room booked for her bday. It had a little happy birthday banner (we provided the other decorations). The staff were helpful organized and prepared. We had a great time here and would return.

My toddler loved it! It is so nice that they have time for children 6 and under, so that they arent being trampled over. The place is clean for the most part, the only part that I thought looked dirty was the playground area. Other than that, it was great!

We won three 2 hour jump tickets at a benefit. The kids LOVED it. The staff was friendly and playful, waiving and hi fiving my 2 year old. The 9 year olds had fun on the obstacle courses and the 2 year old thought the 3 story play place was amazing! Everyone loved the trampoline rooms and no one wanted to leave when it came time. :-) We will definitely be back and will probably be doing birthday parties here from now on.

Kids had a blast, plenty of different activities to keep them busy. Rock wall, trampoline dodgeball, obstacle course, and trampolines of course. Plenty of room for people to watch or just sit and wait, read a book, listen to music or even get a drink and snack.

This is perfect place if you want to lose some of the energy

So disappointed. They closed early with no notification on their website but made me pay full price. Website updating would ensure parents werent left with disappointed children when Rockin Jump randomly decides to close for a private event. To top it off they said the OWNER required customers pay full price even though they would be forced to leave early. Please provide customers with the respect of a notice on your website so parents arent left in a bad place.

It was good, the kids always have fun there. I wish they had a big lounge where parents can go to get out of the noise, but still see what the kids are doing. I measured the noise level at a steady 70 decibels the whole time we were there. The equivalent of sitting in a lounge chair in the median of 494.

It was fun at first, but then these kids seemed like there a little entitled.. They must be a siblings of a worker or something. So my friends and I were just having fun, and these kids start hogging items that are for the public and taking stuff away to have for themselves, first thing that those kids did was stealing the basketballs (one basketball went missing and supposedly got put in the toilet by the kids). The second time is a bit more interesting.. The kids were doing things that my friends got in trouble for doing. Of course the reason why they didn’t get written up is because the workers know them (we even over heard the workers saying that they won’t write them up because they know the kids!). We ask them for the sticks for jousting. (They took those to) and they just said simply “no”. so we wait. First we get one but when we tried taking the other one of them starts cussing us out and trying to pick a fight. We’ve heard that’s all they’ve been doing. The workers got involved and my friends just wanna leave. One of my friends tries leaving but one of them blocks him from leaving. My friend pushes him away and then kid runs at my friend. The workers do stop him but they don’t do much about him. After that my friend got a warning and we left. Can’t believe this happened so I don’t think I’m gonna come back. In the end I the park is fun but the workers aren’t too great. This review is mainly about what happened and why the workers didn’t seem to care! -Ali

Went here for a birthday party, and had a great experience, so I cannot comment on the start/end times, pricing and lines. The staff was nice, the facility was very clean, and even though the kids were young (5 yrs old) there was plenty to keep them engaged.

Rocking jump ownership really lowers the standard for small business owners. Scheduled a birthday party (2nd party in a 90 day period) and the place was closed due to unforeseeable events. I expected a refund but was told no refund was coming. I was offered a gift card and told by the owner that I could sell it to someone else because it was just like cash. This is after I paid for a party in December and two monthly memberships for 3 months. The party alone was over $400. I learned a valuable lesson... spend my hard earned money elsewhere (after filing dispute with credit card company).Update 6/19The owner is an outright liar. He fabricates information, is dishonest, his staff does not identify themselves or their authority to conduct resolutions. He pretends that his business is so accommodating. My party was unable to be held due to his facilities being closed but he wanted to keep my money. He says its no refundable. If it was a higher amount I would have taken him to small claims. My card company told me they could not reward me a dispute because of the no refund policy. They suggested I go to small claims. My recommendation is spend your money elsewhere. There is a decent place in Edina, Skyzone.

This place is great for an indoor physical family outing. There is more to do inside than one might think. We got a good groupon price for the entry fee which was great. You need trampoline socks so either buy them ahead or they will charge you $3 a pair. The concessions are movie theatre prices for not great food. The icees were runny, the pizza was not fantastic and we received a half cup of cheese for our nachos. The mango smoothie was delicious for $5.00.

Rockin Jump is a great place to bring your kids. They have multiple jumping areas, foam pits, ninja courses, rock climbing wall, sports activities and games. There is a food counter that offers pizza, snacks, drinks and great smoothies. They have private party rooms to host events and with a package deal you get pizza and pop. The staff really take care of you, assisting you with your party or free-jump time. Parking is free. You can pay for jumping time by the hour.

Took my soon to be 6yrold here for a friends party all the kindergartners loved it! Unfortunately I did not jump but it looked like a blast!

The staff is very friendly especially shay and Martha they are very helpful if you need to learn a trick. They are very fun and are good with the children.

Kids had a blast in the obstacle course and big slide. Separate area for the under sixes too. Definitely buy your tickets and do waivers online as the lines can get crazy long.

They need more details but i guess it’s fun

This place is pretty cool its super packed on non-school days and you will need to make sure that you have trampoline socks otherwise you have to buy them there. The staff is very nice the facility is super clean. I will definitely bring my child back another time

Definitely a nice place for kids to hang out! Has a general lack of things to do once you are done with the biggest attractions there.The employees are nice at the entrance but ignore you or act strangely / use their phones once you are inside.There were some very long lines that I had to wait in.The prices are outlandish and will usually only get you about an hour of fun for $20+ per person. The drinks are also over priced.Will go again if the family wants to but would definitely not go here if there was a better alternative.

Staff allows small children in the advanced area with big kids although there is a reserved area for small kids that is usually empty. At the same time, big kids are not allowed in the area for small kids, although it is empty.

This is one of the better trampoline parks weve been to. They have the usual attractions as well as an obstacle course and rock climbing walls that challenge kids of multiple skill levels. As far as indoor trampoline parks go, the value here is good. My kids loved it.

We got the year pass for my 3 kiddos. Such a great deal and option for us here in Minnesota with the chilly winters. We have already used it 4 times since October. Makes for an easy what should we do today? Option. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. I like the price, time and flexible options to jump as a family or just my youngest during the tot times.

Really fun trampoline park. In my opinion, I think its better than Sky Zone. They have a rock climbing wall, a really cool obstacle course similar to the American Ninja, a trampoline portion for small kids, and a separate foam pit and play structure for small children.

Fun attraction, nice staff

Went there for tot time with my 20 month old son. What a fun time!! If you are able to, maximize your fun time by buying a pair of socks for yourself. Had a lot of fun jumping and running around with him and I think he enjoyed it that much more because I joined in. For tor time there are a few places not available but they are really beyond the ability of most kids who go to tot time anyway. Every thing seems to be well cleaned. The only thing I think could use a better scrub down was the big play place.

We had a great time! Lots to do, we got onto anything we wanted fast usually wo a line despite it was a hoppin place (which is great). The only thing I would suggest is to make sure bathrooms are stocked w TP. The stall i was about to use was out of TB and luckily the lady about to go into the 2nd stall seen and suggested to grab some, but a kiddo may not think to do that. That didnt take away from the experience just more a heads up. Bathrooms were otherwise just fine clean wise and the staff were great. Thanks for a fun experience!! We will definitely be back!!

My kiddos and I love this place! My kids have the annual pass (definitely recommend it to everyone) Whenever we come here the lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Laura, always greets us with such kindness. She always remembers my kids names and gets us checked in very fast without wasting any time. The food is great, the arcade is awesome, and the environment is always super fun! 5/5

I have a ton of fun at this place with my daughter. There is room for improvement in the customer experience/service area. I checked in using the Facebook application but did not receive a discount as advertised and I showed the staff but they just looked confused, so I let it go. We usually go on Friday nights for the neon light jumping.Trampolines are fun! The obstacle courses are pretty decent. My personal favorite is the tight rope, lol!It is hard to climb the rock wall with socks on, so we do not usually play on that.There is a fun dodge ball game but you will get a little bit hurt some times. No serious injuries but a smack in the face.The music and lights during the neon light event is pretty good and can be a really fun bonus to the jumping and overall fitness experience.It is fun for kids and adults! The best part is the exercise I get while enjoying mother daughter time with my kiddo.

We were here for a birthday party and we will be back! Its a great place kids to go to when they need to burn off all that extra energy. There are plenty of things for big kids to do as well as the ones under 6.

Had my kids Birthday party there and it was a blast and great service!

It cost $58 for three of us to jump for an hour. So, in my opinion it is not a cheap activity but we did have a really great time. I do plan to return. Oh. And special socks are required, however, they are sturdy and can be reused so if you remember to bring them with you there is no need to purchase more.

Place was awesome, my 5yo had a blast. Workers are a bunch of teens who really dont care. When I was finally able to find someone to help me at the snack bar. The nimrod actually answered a text before he gave me my Gatorade. So if your looking for fun for your kids great, but dont expect good service. Good value WAY better then stupid Skyzone.

This place is great as it has a lot to offer and all the kids are excited about it. There is a ninja course that my almost 5y old tried and had a little success navigating in her own way. Six and under trampoline area is a major plus! Cafe is handy to have, but they ran out of three items when we got up to order..chicken, fries and cookies. The only item we ordered that I wouldnt recommend is the nachos. Im still unclear if the cheese was meant for my pretzel or the big thing of nacho flavored chips (the nachos are just chips..). I ended up taking the nachos and our bagged chips and putting them with our items in the free locker that is available to use. The downside is that there was two large groups that happened to come on the day we were there.We had a great time and my girls made fast friends with other families and their kiddos. I would easily go again. My youngest is passed out from all her jumping and it may be awhile before she wakes.

Kids enjoyed a lot

We loved everything! My kids had so much fun on everything! There is a great variety of things to do for most ages. I love how you have an area for kids under 6 to jump thats special for them. My kids loved the obstacle course. There were a lot of adults who tried it too. We also loved the basketball area with the three different heights for making baskets.

Been here twice for birthday parties and its just ok. Ive gotten chastised by the staff numerous times, which is humiliating. One time it was just for lightly bouncing by my 3 year old daughter. Now 4, she got bored really quick. Add in how dangerous trampolines are and well never pay to go here. All that aside, the bday staff service has always been really good, and their pizza is def better than your comparable kids bday locations.

My son loved this trampoline park. I like that they let you use socks from other trampoline parks. Other parks insist you use theirs. I took off one star because the snack and food options are not that great.

My son had a fantastic time. The staff was friendly and attentive to the children making sure safety was priority.

Went here for a birthday party. Was expecting a basic trampoline park but was pleasantly surprised to find a lot of different jumping areas including a ninja warrior area and jumping onto an inflatable pillow. Our kids were here for a birthday party and had a blast! Food was just alright.

This is a great place for kid’s. They have everything from a rock climbing wall to a jousting area, some ninja warrior type course, to a trampoline dodge ball area. They have a nice arcade area, and some basketball goals at different heights for dunking as well. They have a little kid play area as well as hours specifically reserved for little kids. They offer glow jumping times as well, which would be pretty fun.

Just had our sons birthday party there and the kids and adults had a blast! They made everything so easy. We didnt have to worry about the sequence of events, or anything! There was a staff person at each station to ensure safety, and we could just sit back and relax, knowing that the kids were having a great time!

It was pretty good. Great variety of activities. The ninja course could be much friendlier to young kids. Have to be 14 + to complete most of it. Not a skill thing, just too high up for kids to reach. An hour is long enough. Reasonably priced.

This place is the epitome of nickel and diming the customer. Its BOGO Wednesday isnt clear until you get here. Essentially ensuring they can get money from every single person. The last straw was buying tokens for the crane game in the lobby. The game says insert token.I bought tokens and was told they dont work on that game. I asked how was I supposed to know and was told We use to have signs but theyre gone. Cool. Super cool. I was supposed to know they use to have signs.I asked for a $5 refund and shocker... nope. Policy. Something about not their games. What?!?!? Theyre in your business. You have zero responsibility? Seriously. Another idiotic thing? The massage chairs have an alarm on them. Sit for 10 seconds without paying? ALARM! I couldn’t even get my credit card out of my pocket before the alarm went off. This place is overpriced. $33 for a 4 and 6 year old for an hour? The climbing wall is cool otherwise save your time and money. Theyll just try to screw you out if more when youre here.
