Does anyone have a number to reach this place ?

I actually was born (1976) and raised in this neighborhood and James Vickers was the one who owned it at the time. We moved out of it in 2004, and the trailer I grew up in was lot #5. While the neighborhood may have declined over the last several years according to other reviews I have seen, I do have to say that I have a lot of fond childhood memories of this place.

I have seen domestic violence, several fights between neighbors and alot of drug use in this mobile home park. Not to mention several rent increases and other issues involving rent. Choose somewhere else. I have dear friends who live here and they hate it. I have truly seen some pretty crappy things here

I seen the owner move in many new homes and ding her best to clean up the place. Its a spot my children and i areproud to call home....

The manager is racist.
