We paid for an hour and a half and only got to jump for 35 min because they had to sanitize which would have been fine but they did not say that when we got there nor did they say masks had to work while jumping. None of this was on their website.

Enjoyable place and the trampoline areas are well kept. The staff could be a little more attentive to the games that they put on. I felt like it was a lot of high school staff members present.

Wonderful place to go. The staff are amazing and super helpful and friendly! My kids always have the best time and constantly ask to come back! They have basketball goals, spacious trampoline courts, a foam pit, dodgeball and gamer room. So the kids never get bored!

Its a good place to spend time, however Im rating with 2 stars because of incredibly loud music playing all the time. My toddler was tired of noise after 15 min and we had to leave. Trampolines are not a night club and supposed to be kids friendly, which they were not today.

Had a great time with my family in North Carolina. Met one of my 2nd cousins for the first time. It was a awesome moment as they had welcome party for me.

I been coming to skyzone since they first opened back when I was in elementary school, I am a sophomore in high school now and I can say that this place is amazing.

The little girls that work there are very into gossiping, I don’t like how they were laughing and trying to start stuff when me and my boyfriend were trying to have fun. Other than that I loved jumping there I would highly recommend it

My daughter is 18 months and we went a few Saturdays ago early in the morning. There were lots of kids her age there and she made a few play friends. She really enjoyed it. And it was fun watching her try to jump. Plus the fact that i got a free jump for an 1hr to be with her from 9am to 10...that was awesome. I really enjoyed the environment and the staff was also very helpful. Definitely will be going again.

GREAT! The staff was so helpful and kind. They made sure my group of students got the most amount of time jumping as possible and the trampoline staff addressed my students by their names, which just helped make them feel comfortable. We had a great time and are planning on doing another even their in the future!

We had a great time, but the employees didnt seem to care about enforcing park rules. Little kids were allowed to roam freely, including in the older age jumping areas, creating a safety hazard. They also were not informed about the need to take turns in the foam pit. Experience would have been better if these rules were enforced. Otherwise it was a fun time and a good workout.

Really fun time, especially for young to early adolescent kids. Foam pits, dodgeball, basketball hoop jumping, large trampoline floors with runners and obstacles, and slanted wall trampolines! Very tiring, do not underestimate it. Lots of viewing areas, food/drink counter, party packs available. Need to buy or have special socks, I think. Price is pretty reasonable, Id say. Very fun time for friends!! (but it is physically intense)

I enjoyed visiting Sky Zone with the Mount Olive youth group and the service there was good but it could have been great. For example, while we were there we wanted to play dodgeball but we were to old for that group so a worker opened up one for older kids which a few of is were to you for. Two of my cousins were too old for the little one but top young for the big one. There needs to be a way that all kids can play, not just kids in either the 4-8 group and 13-17 group. I also noticed that water fountain had pretty warm water which was unusual. But other that I enjoyed my time there

Been here a couple of times and have had good experiences but we had a birthday party here and the experience wasnt as good. The jump zones were extremely crowded and I felt like the party was rushed and the hostess didnt want to be there. She wasnt energetic and didnt smile much, I understand people have off days but it was a 6 year old party and her energy was very negative. Also, she was on her personal phone in the party room while we were in the room, it was unprofessional in addition to another girl coming in to gossip and eat cake from previous parties.All of that to the side I recommend going during the week when its not as crowded. People of all ages can jump and it is a good fun activity to burn some energy.

No room to sit and eat. We purchased the Sunday Family pack and it says the meal comes with drinks, but they would not honor that at this location. The trampoline area itself is really nice, but other than that, I wouldnt recommend this location.

This place sucks! A waste of money. Employees wouldn’t even let me use my old grip socks and wanted me to buy new ones. Couldn’t even jump with the toddler we had! Staff would not let us do anything and the place is too crowded for how little there is to do. Wish I wouldn’t have spent my money here. Big mistake.

I didnt too much care for this skyzone, I think it could use a remodel. It was extremely cold in there. No where to sit and they only have a select number of trampolines to bounce on. While my 3 year old didnt mind, I wasnt too please with the location especially for the money they charge. Raleigh Skyzone is better

Stay the heeeelll away from this hustle... You get there and expect to pay for their shirt and socks, which easily quadruples the price of being there, and then there are people that dont even wear them... The socks just have rubber on the bottoms that literally just catch on the trampolines and have made me fall more than I ever have on a trampoline, and the shirts dont even help, you can easily already see people that arent even wearing the florescent shirts. So stay away from this sham and go to a more upstanding place. This has literally never happened to me at any other trampoline park in I have been to and frankly Im ashamed.

Lost a star because seats for the parents are a little limited, not in good viewing areas, and not very comfortable. Give us stadium seating in the second level?

It was really fun, me and my friend had a good time. Kinda thought it was gonna be small, but it was actually quite big and not that bad on the price.

Kinda dingy and dusty. Kids had a great time but adults were underwhelmed. Well staffed. There were kids in summer camp while we were there and that appeared to mean they hung out in a tiny room playing fortnite.

My grandsons Birthday party was held here and the Hostess was undertrained! The party room was not set up, my daughter had to serve everyone while the Hostess was hiding behind me. The package includes pictures which no one that works there took any! When a complaint was made to management the price of the pictures wasnt deducted from the full price!

Me and my children had a blast! There jus is not kind of discounts for children which I find disappointing.

The staff here are very nice and my kid always has a blast! I just wish it were a little cleaner. Places like this can be tough to keep clean, but any place can have a clean bathroom and this place did not.

Went on a sunday night a little over an hour before close, I was highly disappointed.there was literally only 3 things to do, free jump, the foam pit, and the basketball hoops. They had 2 dodgeball courts that were closed. Ive been to one in Raleigh that in addition to those areas, had a wall they run up, a pit with a bar that goes in circles and they jump over/under it, and some type of wall game. Felt like I wasted my money at this small one.

Its my 1st time stepping into a trampoline park. Wonderful! Fill out the waiver at the kiosks before you head to the counter. I think $19.99 for 1 hour/day for a month is the best deal.

Me and my friend are 13 and 14. We went to skyzone, and were having a lot of fun. An employee called for dodge ball. They were picking team then said we are to old to play. So we went to the foam pit. They told us to leave there too. So all that was left to do was jump on squares. We paid 32 bucks to jump on 2 squares where I could pay 0 and jump for hours.

Its a good place its just a little small and staff isnt always watching and sometimes the kids will not follow the rules and the staff doesnt tell them anything

My son and I always have a good time here, but they are in need of a SERIOUS remodel. Basketball ball net halfway torn off, duck tap around the rim, and the entire place smells like sweat and feet. Went to the one in Raleigh and it was more professional/clean.

Skyzone great area for last minute fun but quite frankly they’re taxing a little too much considerimg the few kids that go here.

We hosted an 8 year old birthday party here. All the guests had such an awesome time. The party room was great, too. The pizza was good and they accommodated our son by adding garlic knots to the pizza order. The party host was a little late getting to the room. But when she arrived, she was very friendly and helpful.

Yesterday we celebrated my sons 12th birthday at Skyzone Durham. This was his 2nd party here. However, the 2nd time was the worse. It took them over 40 minutes to check us in none of my sons friends parents was asked to waived in. When it was time to go into our party room the party before us was still in there . The room was dirty and we had to swipe the floors as well as clean the tables. To top it off we was served punch in a pitcher labeled DO NOT USE, that we later found out was used for chemicals. I will not be returning here and I will not refer this place to anyone. Note to owners if your customer service was better and you had more staff this would not have happened.This Momma Bear doesnt play about hers.

Cool place especially for kids. Has several jumping areas including basketball hoops and dodgeball trampoline areas as well as foam pit and large jumping area. Could be fun for adults on occasion but it has always been overrun with kids when I have visited. Perhaps similar in a way to the skate rink of 30 or 40 years ago. They generally do a good job enforcing rules and keeping the place in good order. Music is blasted much louder than I think is necessary but maybe the kids enjoy it. They have some theme events too like glow events. Pretty good value for the money and good exercise. Trampolines have risk associated with them. Dont come here if you cant stomach the idea that you or kid could get hurt. They have rules that are enforced to decrease the likelihood but trampolines are dangerous. Food is basic junk that you would expect but good enough for what it is.

This place is a must go with the whole family and friends! It was a workout though hade alot of fun with my son and my niece!

I am honestly disgusted with the recent behavior of managers! i happen to be arriving to take my kids to the site when i seen a manager getting arrested saying outrageous vocabulary! i am highly disappointed in such a well respected facility. i remember when Skyzone was better! In addition to poor management the food couldn’t have been any more bland! we ordered a pizza and nearly 30 mins before getting served! I would surely have brought this to the head managers attention if he wasn’t giving me and my family dirty looks everytime we would sit down and contemplate on buying anything else!

This place was a mess! Tables for food court area where nasty not cleaned off and floor was nasty as well. It was so full in their and the staff was not making sure everyone was following rules. One person on a square jumping and kids where all over and jumping on others square and knock kids over as well. Would jot recommend hosting a party their unless its not in a weekend and can be held in middle if day if they are not as full.

I normally love this place because they are clean, organized and have a wonderful staff. Today I was wondering where all the staff was. It is 1/2 off on Wednesdays and was a little crazy. Usually they have staff in each area making sure everything is safe. Today there was one man with a sweatshirt on (so you really didnt even realize he was staff) watching over the basketball area and both jumping areas. I do think he was trying his best. Then my husband and I noticed this lady walking around the jumping area with an Ipad, in jeans and flats. We think she was trying to control the chaos but it really wasnt working. I am not sure if she was the owner, but If you want to own a business like Sky Zone dont cheap out on your labor and stress out your great employees that you do have. You are lucky to have them.

Great place for kids. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The place is always clean. Highly stimulating environment. Good location for food and shopping at the mall. You can drop an older child off and go for a walk through the mall. They have a well stocked snack bar.

My daughter and her friend went this summer for a one week camp. They did NOT like it. It is not what they advertised, way too much jumping and lengthy rest times.They are not interested in signing up again. I did call more than one time to see how they could better meet the expectations of these two young girls based on what they advertised. Unfortunately little changed .* My 10 year old daughter insisted I post this.

Tons of fun for kids and parents alike! Just had our sons 6th birthday party here and the staff was excellent and attentive (special shout out to Jasmine). We arrived early and she took time to play soccer in the lobby with some of the guests, and they guided us through the party motions stress free. The facility takes care of the rest, with plenty of open trampolines and activities even during busy times. Everything is clean and in great shape - high quality equipment. Foam pit, basketball goals and dodge ball arena are awesome, and staff are always present to ensure safe play. Well be visiting this place regularly.

My first trip to venue. Grandson had a birthday party there, they had a grand time. Draw back right now is only candy, chips, icecees and sodas. No hotdogs, fries, or etc. Needs to be more adult friendly, they do have to wait.
