I bought third floor tickets to see Brantley Gilbert online thru ticketmaster in august 2019. The show was amazing, but When I was shown to my seat by a casino employee, he proceeded to rudely inform me that the third floor was VIP seating and he did not know how I managed to buy my way in there. He told me that I was not welcome to any of the food or drinks that were available in the section because they were all for VIP guests who had been given wrist bands.When I asked the gentleman where I could buy a coke and some snacks since I could not get them in my section, he informed me that it was not his problem, and walked off! If the third floor is supposed to be just CASINO VIPS then why was I able to buy a ticket online for it??Frankly, I was treated like trash at a concert that I bought tickets for months in advance. Brantley was sensational, but I will never go back to this casino. I watched the whole concert without anything to eat or drink, and frankly it took me months after my experience to be able to give a calm and rational review without just trashing the whole place.The casino devour: 10 out of 10The show: 10 out of 10The service: 4 out of 10 [and i only give it that high a score because the people I talked to on the ground floor to ask for directions were nice]

Saw Keith Urban October 18. Was great concert with excellent seating.

Great place to see a show and gamble afterwards.
