We had a terrific time in the Lost Temple room. There are a variety of puzzles to figure out, which kept it interesting. Without ruining it, there were some surprises that I had never seen before. I really appreciated that the puzzles are non-linear, so everyone can work on something simultaneously. The next time were in Durango, well definitely be back.

We had a great time at Conundrum Escape room. We did the Lost Temple room and we did it:) lt was the best escape room we have ever made. We had so much fun! Hanna is a great Game master. She was so sweet and friendly. She explained everything thoroughly and helped us when we needed it most! Thank you!!!

We had the opportunity to do the Lost Temple escape room with our staff, and WOW! What an amazing experience! Everything was so detailed, and thought out beautifully. We loved doing the room- and the owner Hanna made it such a fun time! Would definitely recommend this as a family or staff activity for team bonding- or just to do for fun with your friends!

This was great! We did this as a family for a birthday party - 2 adults, 2 kids. This was our first time doing something like this and we all LOVED it! The game master was fantastic- she really made it fun. We will definitely be back.

Ok, so my husband and I decided to do this on our honeymoon. This was the first time We had ever done an escape room! It was AWESOME!! I was so excited and even though we didn’t get out within the hr. My husband and I did awesome for just two people and first timers!! Would recommend doing this to anyone of all ages!!! Visited Durango to get away from the Phoenix heat. What a great experience jumping into a couple escape rooms. The staff (Andrew and Emily) were fantastic, funny and very knowledgeable. The rooms were well thought out, had a very cool decor/theme and the challenges were just perfect.If youre in town - you should certainly try to escape!We had two couples and 3 teenage girls. All had smiles on the faces when done!

This was the first escape room weve ever done and we had a BLAST. Their COVID social distancing measures are solid, we were able to go in as a group of two. (Two was super enjoyable, doable, juuuust challenging enough to be tough but still fun, though I will recommend that groups have at least three if you want to avoid testing your flexibility and/or ability to do two things at once...drummers: this is your moment.) Great design, really immersive, and the staff--in our case, Emily--was delightful. If I were a Durango local and not a visitor and could come back and try all of their other rooms, too, I would.Also, great location!

Had a great time in the room and the people of Conundrum did a lot to accommodate a fun birthday! I reached out to them before hand to see if we could hide birthday gifts in the room and it made for a very fun surprise for my partner!

The Escape Room was so much fun! You had to all work together to figure out all the clues and communicate as much as possible.

We got the hardest difficulty and the beginning part wasnt so bad, but after that it was difficult. We had several things going at once and just couldnt figure it out and lost. We played the medieval times...

The Conundrum Room is AWESOME! Every time we go, their rooms are AMAZING. Everyone should try them out.

It was so fun! We went to do the medieval one sadly didn’t make it out but the next day went back and did the lost temple. We made it out of the temple and I would recommend going. It is a fun way to have fun with your family and friends.

Great experience here! The staff was fun, informative, and very accommodating. We had a blast in the room and were very impressed by the work that was put into it. Everything went smoothly, we escaped, and made great memories during our time there!

The escape rooms a always really fun , and the whole mystery of how you get out us always harder than expected. But overall a really fun place to go with friends.

They are very enthusiastic about their rooms and incorporate a lot more technology then I have seen in other escape rooms. Great board game selection too!

Every time we go to Durango for Christmas we do one escape room. Weve taken friends and family as well. Every time we have so much fun. The rooms are well done, the staff is very nice and love the pic we take at the end of it all.I also like it that they have a boardgames store. Ive bought a few games from there.I hope they stay open forever so we can keep having fun every time we get to Durango.

Soooo much fun a little difficult because it was just me and my mom but it was so funny and fun I would recommend this to anyone 10+ or in 7th grade because of the difficulty this was soooo much fun.

We did the Frankenstein themed escape room with our 8 and 9 year old and it was a blast! Everyone had such a great experience. The escape was challenging and fun. The staff were friendly and awesome. We WILL be back to try some of the other rooms!By the way, we finished and escaped with only about 8 minutes left!

Lots of fun! We did the al Capone one and it was so much fun!! The game masters are helpful and give you hints! Highly recommend. Fun for all ages. Plus they have a cool clock wall you take a picture in front of when you’re done!

Brilliantly configured escape rooms/puzzle shops. The escape rooms are custom-designed and maintained by locals, who do a great job of making available the kind of information necessary to beat the thing, with just the right number of false flags.

Absolute best time. Didnt escape but definitely will go back and I absolutely recommend it to everyone

Ive been to conundrum twice now and both times its been a blast. They have some great room, friendly staff and interesting puzzles in the lobby. Great place all around for fun.

Always a fun time its a must visit when your in Durango friendly staff and great custom rooms with amazing puzzles and custom props honestly this is one of the best escape rooms Ive ever seen and would travel across the world to visit you can tell the staff care about your experience unlike most escape rooms with the same clues just a different wallpaper Im tellin you this even the waiting room is amazing with puzzles if you are in durango and need to waste and hour go here because youll have so much fun that hour goes by in a snap

Awesome staff! We had three plus me in our group! First escape room ive ever done. It was so much fun!! Highly recommend the Frankenstein room!! We had an age group from 54 to 13 years old. Fun for everyone!! Highly recommend this place :) was so much fun!!!

What a fun experience! We (5 young professionals) participated in the Snowdown Al Capone escape room, and were all ready to plan our next escape! None of us had been in an escape room before, and we found this room to be both challenging and engaging. Hanna is a personable and helpful game master, and her staff were very friendly: they smiled and welcomed us when we walked in then congratulated us when we finished. Looking forward to trying the other rooms!

This was a great place to go and have some fun. The Frankenstein Monster themed room was a blast. My wife and I were almost done when we ran out of time. 2 more minutes and we would have solved the room. The rooms are designed for 6 people to solve in 55 minutes. If you and your significant other are fans of escape rooms like my wife and I then this place will be up your alley.

This place isnt any good. Its a gen 1 room. The story is shaky and the puzzles are either super easy or super confusing. I have been to over 20 different escape rooms, and this one is bad. The story is super lame and doesnt keep you engaged at all. Some of the stuff worked and some didnt. Will not repeat.

This was SO MUCH FUN! We took our our daughter and some of her friends for her birthday. The staff were helpful. The clues really made you think, had to work as a team and on different clues aa tou found them. Hidden door with magnetic locks. Great fun well worth the money thank u.

The staff was very friendly and explained things well. There was a pretty good selection from the gift shop. The al Capone room was a fun challenge (we lost). Would definitely recommend to anyone with an hour to kill in the area.

This place is super amazing. I did all 3 of their rooms, and absolutely loved each one of them. My personal favorite was the Jessie James heist, and I would highly recommend it. Each room had its own challenge and were all in a different style. My group escaped one of the rooms (The Intergalactic Countdown) and came close in both of the others (Jessie James Heist, and The Rendezvous at Dr. Frankensteins). All of the rooms are designed by the owner, and made in house. The staff are all super phenominal. No matter which room you do you will have an amazing time.

We had so much fun! Staff is very friendly and the escape room was a nice brain teaser. It was our first escape room and we already cant wait to go back!! We went with a group of 5 and got a private room. One of us was worried we may feel confined, but the room is decent and they dont actually lock you in, but there is a lock on the door to get out successfully, but if just you want out, you can just walk out... you wont want out til you solve the puzzle!

Awesome! We had a lot of fun and adventure escaping the Jesse James heist. I was jaded thinking it would be too easy - it was NOT! It really forced you to think and be creative.

Great times for all ages. Lots of fun. Even though we didnt make it out in 60 minutes, the room was done well and challenging. Definitely a must visit in Durango!

A great break from the normal routine on our cross country trip. It was three of us in our group and it was challenging. Prepare to have fun for an hour while you try to decipher clues as a team.

This was our 3rd time here & have loved it until today. Emma was rude from the moment we walked it. Terrible personality, rude, unhelpful, she ruined the experience. She should not be in a job where she has to interact with customers....let alone this kind of job.
