I had a overuse injury in my thumb and wrist of my dominant hand and Stephanie was able to take away the inflammation and majority of the pain in just one session plus she showed me nerve exercises to keep my arm pain free. I left the appointment amazed at how the pain was gone and I awoke this morning feeling better then I have in weeks! I highly recommend Stephanie!!

Stephanie offers a lot of great services. She is a pro and has a tasteful clean zen space. She gives fantastic massages with strong hands. She finds the perfect pressure to work out issues but is still really relaxing

Before going to Stephanie my neck and shoulders were killing me. I was to the point where I couldn’t stand up straight without hunching over from everything hurting with major discomfort. I was constantly rotating my arms, stretching my back and rubbing my neck to try and give myself even a tiny bit of relief.I usually go to a franchise massage place regularly, yet after a few times they seemed to always go through the same motions over and over, not targeting what I need.Unlike the other place; Stephanie did an amazing job LISTENING to me and what I needed. She targeted the places on my shoulders, shoulder blades and neck that were irritating me the most.I had goosebumps the entire time of the massage and it was very relaxing. One of the best massages I have ever experienced.I will for sure be back many times in the near future and let everyone know what a great experience I had.Stephanie was very laid back, extremely professional and a pleasant soul to be around. Stephanie, is so very welcoming, her facility is clean and comforting. She is very knowledgable. I had many questions surrounding fascia massage and she helped me understand the science behind the technique. I have continued to go every week since my first visit, I have honestly become addicted to how I feel following each session. I love the results already and excited to see what the future holds.

She’s is the best therapist around, and I get lots of massages because I’ve got a bad back and she really gives the best massages and not only that but is just a kind and loving genuine person! Not only does Stephanie give a great deep tissue massage and fascia blaster, she takes the time to explain what shes doing and why. I dont feel like shes going through the motions, but rather targeted the treatment on that specific day to meet my specific needs. Plus, her shop smells divine and has a great vibe.
