This is an amazing piece of history preserved. I know that slavery was a horrific actand it has a specially become controversial day, but if we dont remember history we are doomed to repeat it. Its good to be able to preserve history and learn from it.

I enjoyed the tour of the building and the history lessons from the speakers.

Lovely weekend of fun and remembering this beautiful historic house, and memorial of fallen friend. New friends and a great book, No Such Army Since the Days of Julius Caesar by Mark A. Smith and Wade Sokolosky.

If history is your calling, this will you get you started. Great to visit a part of history and see where battles were fought.

So can you go in this place..the door was open..but I felt like it was somebodies home bc of some new age items inside?
