Where do I start . Metal Detector at Entrance . No supervision anywhere . Skates left in the walking area of the Food area while Employee after Employee walked past them . Lucky nobody tripped on them . 2 different shots at 2 different times

Just a good ole skate rink, this place could be popping with some small upgrades. But Id rather see the doors open, then closed because of the pandemic. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We cant wait to go again. See you soon!

Tuesdays are a great day to SKATE!Not crowded, but they only have rollers, no blades.Still a great place!

This place is rundown for how busy it was. The place was overcrowded and all the equipment for children was gone. The pizza for the parties were super late and bland. The music was terribly loud with an equally disgruntled staff. Every question or request was met with a shrug or grunt. So much for $10 a person and extra for food. Not going back.

I grew up coming to this exact skating rink... And now my children enjoy coming here. We come faithfully every Friday night!!! Its a great place for your children to have nice and safe fun. Its a great family environment.

Is a great place to take the kids for a few hours.

Bring back the old days man. Take the kids skating again. This was the big thing we have to do on Saturdays when we are young let your children grow up how we did when we were young let them. Do the things we did let him go skating for a birthday party. Thats why North Point gets a 5-star rating from me.

I had a wonderful night with the family. The atmosphere is extremely children friendly. The price is real nice if an evening of fun. However I thought the DJ could have done better with song choices. Having security is definitely a plus.

I would not recommend going to this particular Skateland the Staff is unprofessional and Ratchet! The music the DJ decided to play whenever he was in the booth was outdated and wack. The biggest issue I had though was the fact that they dont sanitize the skates at all. I watched a staff member take skates someone had just had on and give them to another customer without any disinfectant or shoe spray! I most certainly wont be going back and neither should you!

I would give five stars, but the place is absolutely chaotic with Birthday parties. Other than that, the place is a great way for families to spend time together and for children to stay out of trouble. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

Great friendly cheap place to take the kids and have some old school skating fun

It was pretty fun, skating is great for the exercise. I recommend getting a skate a few sizes smaller than your regular shoe size. The skates tend to be loose. And watch out for the groove on the floor, you are sure to fall. But other than that, have fun!!!! A great place for family fun

I like Tuesday night instead of the wknd. Not to crowded and its family oriented. The girl with the fluffy hair and glasses that work in the food area is really cool.

I wish i could give this skating rank a -5 star, due to they mistreat the PAYING CUSTOMERS. The employees plays the music that they like instead of the PAYING customers. The music is always low which makes alot of customers listen to their own music on earphones. This skating rank needs to do better and focus on what the PAYING CUSTOMERS want instead of what they want. WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE HOW THE EMPLOYEES GET PAID SO WOULDNT IT MAKE SENSE IF WE ARE HAPPY 1ST.

Great place for a party bathrooms are terrible water allnover the floor in one stall no doors close and lock on the stalls in the womens room

My kids love this place. My son comes every weekend and now we come to a birthday party and its very affordable I think Im going to have one here too.

Very nice facility. My only complaint is that a few of the workers were a bit rude to me and my friends who were all beginners.

I think the place smells really bad and they should renovate the place so the rug doesn’t smell bad as well as the shoes

Parking was a mess. Roller Derby was fun but probably not worth $15 a person when we missed the first hour and a half. They should have lowered the price a bit if your only getting to see second half.

Mostly young kids there but theyre all having fun you got these new things that help kids stay on their feet while skating its a really good idea looks like a walker but for kids great idea love the place glad that the kids can have fun in a good safe environment.

My children had fun but they didnt have a big selection of arcade games

Great fun and inexpensive, this is a good place to go for kids and families. Not to mention those adults who never lost their love for skating. In addition to concessions, and skate rentals they also offer rails for new or out of practice skaters to hold on to while getting their feet underneath them.

I use to go skating every weekend.Now I’m back every Tuesday and Thursday night.

I will be forever grateful for your help. You booked a birthday party for us last minute after urban air was shut down. With less than 48 hours notice you were our saving grace. Everyone had a wonderful time. Our party host was very gracious. Thanks so much for saving the day and making our sons party a success!

It was ok, i dont really like the music but it is kid friendly they beep out all the cussing. They did play a few songs that i loved!! If you ever are bored and want something to do THIS IS THE PLACE!!! 10/10 recommend

Good service / Friendly people but I did not like what I saw tonight, this white girl was going wild for no reason. But that’s not my business. Just need security guards just in case.

The most fantastic staff. I fell and sprained my ankle pretty bad. They were so concerned, brought me ice and helped me up and to my car all while trying to make me feel better about the situation. Couldn’t ask for friendlier staff.

It was a great day the music could have been a lot better sometime you need a little swag all in all alsome.

Great time for the kids. I even got myself on skates after 20 yrs. Its quite retro and out dated, but I think thats the nostalgia of it and they have specials going on pretty often like this past MLK day since the kids were off from school, they held an all day skate with a slice of pizza and a soda for $7.50.

The layout is still the same as it was 20 years ago. The carpet is new and the skates are the plastic colorful ones. If you enjoy leather boots, bring your own. They use to have skate parts in stock, note you have to order them. Food prices are expensive ($15 for a 14 in), and you even have to pay for water. $6 rentals for the tripod assistant for amateur and junior skaters. Dj, plays the same 10 songs over and over and over again. Nothing groovy like house music or even radio versions of songs from the 90s.But if you there to skate, youll have a good time, floors are clean.

Dont know how to handle birthday partys. Tried to give only to tables for a single booked party, when we doubled booked one. The expected us to put 10 kids and 25 adults into two tables. What a joke.Told us we could move to different tables, but would be served last. That is so wrong, let alone stupid. I would definitely not recommend this place for a party.

Hosted my daughters party here. everything went as planned.

First time here wont be back. Facility really needs repairs and updating. Their were ceiling tiles with what looked like black mold and some fallen down. The rink had an area that should have been blocked by cones because their was a huge bump in the floor like pipe was pushing up against it. If your new to roller skating most of the rink has no side rail to hold on to going around and transition from carpet to rink is like 3 inches. The line getting in took forever even though they just except cash. I appreciate the security but they were not checking everyone coming in just the younger crowd. Instead of putting DJ in an area out of the way put him at the end of rink floor. While putty hill location is dated it is a much better facility.

Took my daughter here yesterday from the 1p.m-4p.m session I must admit we enjoyed our selves until we took off those stinky ass rental skates OMG yall need to purchase new skates or have someone disinfect the skates REAL GOOD no just get all new skates. We didnt eat or use the restroom so I cant rate those things but those SKATES ARE THE WORST!! I went home and order me and my daughter some skates from amazon, We dont go skating often but just in case we do come back or go else where we will have our own skates.

I think admission is a bit hi considering ypu have to pay skate rental as well. The bathrooms are in need of cleaning and some well overdo updates. The food is blah especially the pizza, priced cheap but Im aure people will pay more for better food.. Other then that, the place and staff were cool...

The most awesome retro place your kids can hang out that looks just like the place where you hung out 30 years ago or not.

A really good skating floor. Plenty of space. Good place to skate.

This is a good family friendly rink. You can rent skates from them and they even have a walker on wheels to help steady the little ones. The music is alway top 40 for the teens and preteens. They have an ok snack bar but its a little outdated. Overall a good place for families and a good place for teens and preteens on Fri and Sat nights.

Place needs a make over. The food is not ready. When you book the food should be prepared somewhat. French fries should have been available fb or the event.

Booked my sons 12th birthday party there. I thought the Party price was very reasonable, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!Besides the place looking old, dirty, and 1950!Pizza the worst - cardboard. I wasnt expecting great pizza but this was worthless.I thought there price for additional sodas was great - $2.00 a pitcher. However, I have never seen miniature pitchers before. The smallest pitcher ever.The straw that broke the camels back - they charge a $6.00 rental for the Homemade PVC skater walkers. I complained and the manager said the rental fee was to cover repair costs....lolI will never book there again. Too many other options!!!
