PERPLEXED, I believe is the correct term for my first visit to Northland Country Club. Trust your feet and never your eyes on the greens was the advice that held the most weight by an employee. These greens are the most challenging in Minnesota, but are in perfect shape so if you guess right a putt could see the bottom of the cup.Jake, the superintendent, has this place looking immaculate even through a remodel back to its original design.It’d be a privilege to have the opportunity to play this course again. I had a really great time at the Northland Country Club. The course was very tough, but it was in really great shape. Very fast! The staff was extremely friendly and I especially appreciated meeting Dave the Membership Director. The facilities are top notch and I enjoyed meeting some of the members. I look forward to my next trip back to Duluth!

Attended a wedding the staff and the bar tenders did an excellent job.

The wedding event coordinator, Dawn, is one of the worst people Ive ever encountered with all of the weddings Ive attended. Very unprofessional and downright rude. I have many friends who are getting married now and I always steer them away from Northland after how my sister-in-laws wedding went last year. So many easily avoidable problems or outright lies here. Not worth the headache.

I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars. We had our wedding at Northland and it was PERFECT! Dawn and her team were fantastic to work with, very accommodating to our ideas but also had a ton of ideas and experience to share with us. The building and grounds are gorgeous, the food is delicious! Not a single detail was missed the entire wedding. We held our ceremony at Northland (a very last minute change which they also handled beautifully for a VERY stressed out bride) and Dawn helped coordinate the rehearsal and ran things the day of like an absolute pro. If you have your ceremony and reception here you will not need a wedding coordinator, Dawn can handle it. She even brought us a beer after the ceremony to help us get through pictures! I cannot recommend Northland Country Club enough for your wedding!

Had a wonderful experience. Golf course was challenging but great shape and an incredible Donald Ross course. Food was great, our server, Hunter, was very good. Beautiful views of Lake Superior and incredible greens. Take your time and enjoy every shot !!

Amazing food.The staff seemed more fit for a diner or dive bar. Event coordinator was rude. I would personally never book a wedding reception there.

The people who work there are horrible. Beautiful building but that is all it had going for it. Dawn in events... she is awful- not someone you would want to help plan or be apart of your big day! Look else where!!

Top notch service! We had a family wedding there last night. The staff was courteous & right on top of things. The meal was deliciously prepared & served. The building & grounds were very well maintained.

The manager and staff were so helpfu and professional. The food was perfect and parking right by the door worked well for unloading our supplies.

We had an awesome experience hosting our daughters wedding reception at the club on 6/11/16. Diana, our event planner, made sure the evening was a success. The Club is beautiful and has a dedicated to perfection staff.Thank you to NCC, the staff and Diana for making this a memorable event for us and our guests!

We had our wedding at the Northland Country Club in August of 2016. Our experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend the Northland Country Club for your next event!The NCC is a stunning venue with indoor/outdoor accessibility and an excellent staff. The atmosphere is elegant, classy and clean. There are very few venues with indoor-outdoor options in Duluth (this was one of our requirements as we wanted an outdoor wedding and a bonfire going during the reception). You dont need to leave the NCC for beautiful pictures. However, if you do want variety, Brighton Beach, Lester Park and Hawks Ridge are just a quick drive away. It was evident that the event staff went the extra mile to ensure that our day was fabulous and flawless. Diana, the event coordinator, was very pleasant to work with and made herself available several times to ensure all details of the weekend were in place. As an anxious bride-to-be, it was great to have someone so attentive! Oh - and the food was out of this world! I am confident that no other venue in Duluth could have fit our needs better! What a great experience for us and our guests creating memories that will last a lifetime!

One of the most visually stunning courses weve ever played. Tee it up here if you ever get the chance. Superb layout and conditions.

Beautiful place to hold an event. The golf course is high class. The nice Duluth air makes it easy to enjoy the outdoor golf course.
