Great place. The ladies behind the counter were amazing. Very helpful and patient. The security officers were very cool as well. The place is not as huge as other casinos, but does have 2 levels. 5 out of 5 stars! Thanks for being an awesome place!

What I like most about this place is its location. When I want to play its just across the bridge.That being said I have never won. I realize one doesnt go to a casino expecting to win but a little bit here and there seems more common in other places. Not here, really..There isnt much to be said about the staff. Beverage service sightings are about as common as UFOs! You have to go to Players Club in order to transfer Player points to Club cash. You would think theyd prefer if one didnt have to leave their machine and stand in line for ten minutes. The ticket kiosks do not do change, so you have to go to cashier to break bills. Cage staff rarely friendly.They do have lots of new games and plenty of Keno. (Game Kings) New Keno machines on first level non-smoking floor just wish that someday I could hit something big enough to keep playing!

My husband took me here for the first time. I never ever in my life been gambling. I loved it. We did good!

This is a small casino in downtown Duluth, so guessing location is the main attraction here. Wife and I visit Duluth twice a year and this is frankly disappointing compared to Black Bear Casino some 20 minutes west of Duluth. Staff is pleasant and bartender poured some stiff drinks. But the size and lack of gaming options is weak as well as winning slots machines.

We had fun here. The machines are set so they dont rob you right away. They pay out enough to keep you entertained for a while.

Small casino with 2 levels. Being forced to sign up for their card or you cant enter the floor or even go to the bathroom wasnt cool. (At no time did they say it was for covid purposes). Although several workers walked around holding a spray bottle and rag I didnt see any of them clean anything. Im not going back.

They take there sanitation to a new level. Just loved the customer service. And the people greet you with a smile

One of the smaller casinos we have visited, we loved the charm. Plenty of games for everyone even while keeping safety guidelines. I was hacing a blast with many games I like to play. Everything was working and employees we keeping things sanitized. We highly encourage people to visit and we will be back ourselves!

This was my very first time going to the Casino and it was very fun. They had lots of different machines to play on and I got points for being a new player and it was just an all around good time!

This place is a joke!!!! Please dont waste youre time here.. No winning what so every the machines are rigged. If you are a high limit slot player dont bother you will waste 2g before a hundred dollar hit if you want to lose money go theyre

Not a lot of people which was nice. Entire casino is non smoking. The only thing I didnt like was that you HAVE to create a players card which means that you agree to Covid safety regulations.

They dont clean there place like they should are say they do many people end up playing dirty machines people pulling there mask down hand pump sanitizer so touch the same thing everyone is touching with the money there making they should up grade there ways are health inspection should write some fines

A two-and-a-half-hour ride for that are you kidding me I could got treated better at a McDonalds in the citys. Very unwelcoming,a security guard even came up to my wife and it was very rude and say help you and a very rude manner, it was very obvious he didnt want her standing around.....smh I mean damn dude were just checking the place out!

Stale smoke smell was awful. Very good infection control, however. Temps at the door, $10 freeplay. Kind of cool because of the escalator to another gaming floor.

Since covid....a few changes. No smoking anymore. We still have fun!! ( before covid: Small casino with 2 floors. Smoking on 2nd. Bar is small upstairs but they make great drinks and a small food menu if you need something.)

Its not very big, although I didnt go upstairs. I had fun , staff was very friendly. Bartender seemed to enjoy his job and was making jokes. I had fun

What I liked: new machines, and quick, friendly service. Also the fact I left with more money then I came in with was great and it was not crowded when we were there at 7 pm on a Saturday night. What I didnt like is, that even though we were in the no smoking area, it still smelled very smoky. Left the place reeking of smoke and stale beer. Despite that we had a very good time.

Very friendly staff! Great assortment of slot machines, great players club benefits! Wish they would have Bingo and more things to do other than slots. Awesome food! Their parking can be an issue if you park in the ramp. Also, wish they would bring back their shuttle service to go back and forth to Black Bear Casino!

I was asked to leave for panhandling one night. I was told I had numerous complaints about me doing so. I have been a loyal customer there for 20 years and had $300 in my pirse. They escorted me out. I will never return here again.

Nice smaller casino in the heart of Duluth. Wish they had more than just black jack tables. Loads and loads of slots. Staff was very attentive and extremely helpful. Drinks were fairly priced and beer was ice cold. Non smoking on the ground floor and smokers up stairs.

This place is fun to go to. It isnt as big as some casinos, but they do have some nice features. Lower floor is smoke free, which is nice. Upstairs, you have smoking. There are tables to play at, and obviously slots as well. We have fun there, thats for sure!

Nice waitresses, but tight machines at least for me the last few times I been there.

Machines were so tight. Played several hundreds of dollars, and could not get a bonus in the several machines we played. No plans on ever going back. We were recommended to this place, very poor recommendation.

Over all fun place to go. Went their for new years, and they had a ton of events lines up throughout the night. They do allow smoking , so be aware that even in the non smoking areas it does linger. Employees were nice and knowledgable and we felt safe there.

It is a nice place to go have a little bit of fun with friends and family. You win you lose but it was peaceful late at night.They sell cigarettes friendly staff sometimes watch out for Homeless people asking for money.out side.

I really dont like that they allow smoking, but the black jack dealers are always so nice and fun and the slots are a blast, we go Everytime were in town because its such a fun place.

Two of us lost a ton money so fast. The payouts are small and the bonuses are hard to come by. When you do get one its a small win. We played all over betwise on both floors. Second and last time here.

Treated me very poorly. And treated me with racial prejudice. Telling me that I could be helped.Only if I were of Native American decent.Also very hard to get in and out of the building. I believe the building is breaking a fire code. The second hand smoke is so strong.It makes you sick and dizzy.The human resources department treated me differently. Because I had white skin. And didnt have proof of being Native American.

Fun place! Had a very Hometown vibe to it, nice bar and sports games on TVS. For those who it applies to, bottom floor is no smoking although blackjack is only on the second floor. A few poker games with meh pay schedules (7/5 Jacks or Better). People here are giving it bad reviews because they lose money - dont go to a casino if you cant afford to lose.

I enjoy coming to this casino, when Im in the area. Only casino with a good non smoking area, and offers decent bar food and drinks, but you gotta go upstairs to smoky land to get it. Small place, can get crowded at times, but better payouts here than most other tribal venues in the state of Minnesota.

Always enjoy going here but it would be nice if they had a hotel or lounge 2 relax
