I booked carriages and they didnt show up for my wedding! I booked a few carriages for my wedding. They were suppose to meet us when our dinner party ship arrived at the dock. They never showed! Im furious! The owner, I believe his name is Ken, did nothing to fix the issue. Thats not how you run a business. 1 star rating.

It was 86 degrees today and one of the black horses was working and it looked miserable. Clearly you are not pulling your horses off the road when it is too hot, as you claim. The welfare of your horses should be more important than making a few bucks.

The price is high for a 20 minute ride. The horse had sores, missing hair, and was unkempt. First rides of the season and they looked like they worked all year. I feel like I partook in animal cruelty. If you love animals dont take a ride with these abused horses like I did.

I saw one of your horses pulling a carriage in 85 degree weather today. It was barely lifting its feet. This is cruel and unnecessary-if it is too hot for us to walk it’s too hot for them to pull us around.

They have the poor horses out in 85 degree weather pulling people around. Of course the people in the buggy have a roof over their head to help cool them off, but the poor horse has to pull the fat driver around plus a loaded carriage...he could barley lift his feet up..that’s animal abuse.

Enjoyed a beautiful carriage ride pulled by Harry today. Our driver was such a polite young lady that graciously took our pictures while Harry enjoyed a good cheek scratch. What a beautiful experience! We will be back again. Thank you for this experience.

Had a wonderful experience. It is obviously a family business and that business includes the horses who were remarkably cared for. We enjoyed our ride with horse Sterling who took us along the lakewalk while serenading us with some fun whinnys and knickers.

Havent taken a ride in one of the carriages for years but I work in a shop in canal park and I just wanted to mention that i saw one of your horses frothing from the mouth today. Not sure if it was overheating or if thats just a normal horse thing. Not a horse expert, just a concerned animal lover..

Went on a ride with my girlfriend at the time and it was truly a blast. It seemed to of went to fast though. Doesnt everything when youre having fun?

I hate horse cruelty. They live under the highway in a shack so two thumbs down.

Rides are enjoyable. Disorganized if busy at Canal Park.
