We bought tickets to a show, arrived a bit late (930pm, show was said to go until 11pm). So when we got there no one was at Will Call (and no one was able to get us our tickets). Strange but we just went in and a door guy stamped us. We then tried to get down to the floor section (where we bought our tickets) and the employees wouldn’t let us down because “we didn’t have tickets.” It was a frustrating game of logic, like trying to explain to a child why they can’t do something, but we kept trying to say “we bought tickets. We’d love to have them but no one that works here can get us them. There’s no will call right now. We bought tickets though. Here’s our receipt.” We then *showed* our receipt for the show where it said “floor section.” A security guy came over to try to figure things out, went away to talk to a superior, and came back to note that “his boss wanted him to kick us out, but he’ll let us stay if we sit in the back.” Excuse me...you’ll *let* us stay? How gracious. All that is to say, buying tickets here seemingly does nothing for your ability to attend a show, which feels like a fraud to me.Good stage though and nice drink specials

Seen Jan & Dean this afternoon. They were wonderful but, they only played an hour. No encore even. Whats up with that? All that $$$ we spent on tickets & an hour? So disappointing.

Very nice, clean, well run, good & safe security

The band was very good. The main bar was very busy, with very long waits. Went to a side bar with little to no wait & was stopped by a very rude staff on a Power Trip. She would not let us get a beverage from the bar. Bad customer service & loss of revenue. As we walked away, 2 other people shared with us their bad customer service experience from same staff. Not sure if company has contunious customer service training or not, but it would be beneficial!!!

Good venue. Not a bad seat in the house. Wish you didnt have to walk through all the smoke to get there, but hey, its a Casino. Thats not the reason for the lack of 5 stars. The only negative was during one show (Jewel) a while back, the noise at the bar got loud. For those that wanted to listen, it could be frustrating. Jewel actually had to stop and quiet everyone down.

Some acts are good, others are a miss. Do your research ahead of time, and be prepared for a barrage of jabs directed at the small river town that is Dubuque. Depending on the act and the crowd, the subject matter may veer into risque-shock value.

Good acts and decent prices for the location/entertainment.

Worst service. Waited a half hour while three bartenders working..less than 15 customers at the bar. Very unessecary. The lady I talked to was very rude and my group felt very unwelcome.. worst experience. Do NOT recommend this bar.
