IF you choose to move here, you will lose money. A lot of money. While mobile homes depreciate like vehicles, this business has prevented at least one owner from selling their mobile home (their property) as Alpine tries to force the owners hand to sell it back to Alpine at a loss, thus allowing them to sell it at a comparable price point to what the owner is TRYING to sell it for while netting the margins. Alpine has been putting up previously unstated roadblocks to pressure them into selling their mobile home back to Alpine (e.g. they found a qualified buyer but were told 21st Mortgage wasnt a lender they accepted; this was never previously stated and should be no concern to Alpine as theyre not the seller). Simply put, an owner is trying to sell their property to a qualified buyer and being told No by Alpine solely to increase profits on something that isnt theirs. I have no dog in this fight other than I dont like bad business and hope I can forewarn others before making the same mistake my friend has made by living at Alpine Park.

I dont live here. I was here for an appointment with someone that did live here. I have been in many mobile homes with the work I do. This is by far the best one I have ever seen. Just wanted to mention because mobile homes have a stereotype that isnt always fair, especially in this case. Beautiful streets and trees!!!

The rules are held very strictly and they raise lot rent a couple times a year we began lot rent at $302 (the $2 is a fee to have a pet cat in a house we OWN) and are paying over $360 now. If you buy a home here, be prepared to get a lot of letters in the mail regarding your grass, window blinds, cars, or ANYTHING they do not like really. They will also exaggerate their letters and emails, so if something happens one time they will tell you they have had numerous complaints. They also do an extremely poor job maintaining clean sidewalks and roads in the winter. They are incredibly nice and prompt while locking you into a sale and lease term agreement. The minute you move in, that all changes. We cannot wait to move out.

Me and my fiancé actually just purchased a place here. The buying process went quick and easy. They are very helpful through it. I’ve asked a lot of questions and all have been answered politely and quickly. Never any attitude from them. Yeah there is a lot of rules and regulations but we are fine with that. They made a very nice neighborhood safe and affordable and I hope they keep it like this since we will be living here for a long time. Thumbs up from us so far.

The place is easy to get in to but awful to get out of! To get a lot you fill out an application, have a background check, get approved and start paying lot rent. My rent started at 315/month (extra large corner lot). 2 months later- went up to 345. By the time I moved out after less then 2 years in the park my rent was 385/month (water included but no electric/gas/internet). To make matters more difficult, anyone wanting to buy my home had to apply for the park per usual but pay an extra non-refundable application fee. Essentially, its the parks way to get people to buy their new/used homes with their payment plans rather then the used homes of current occupants wishing to leave.

Beautiful a little silly that each house has a tree in front but I think theyre going for that Stepford look. Place has a ton of rules, which can be good or bad.

Its a nice neat and clean area. At first glance you might mistake it for a subdivision rather than a trailer park. I like most of the rules they have for living there the only bad thing is if your neighbors complain they will nitpick those little rules more than they really should. They wanted me to fix some vinyl siding in negative 20 degree weather lol. Thats not physically possible thats like trying to bend glass!!!!

Alpine Park...The mobile homes are really nice and decently priced for the work they do on them once they get them here. However, management is absolutely terrible! The owners and their employees are extremely rude expecially Tschiggfries daughter Vicky who sits in her vehicle around the park watching tenants like a hawk. Weird I know and just wait until she comes pounding on your front door because she thinks your company was driving too fast. The women in the office cant remember her name will act like you are a huge inconvenience if you have any questions regarding their 100+ park rules regulations etc. but if they need anything from you better have it ready right this minute or the letters in the mail will be overflowing. I was a single mother at the time I lived here excited about having my own place a d a new start I loved my home and truly made it my own but I wasnt there a year and left because I was constantly stressed out about what would happen next at this place. No wonder homes are going up for sale left and right its certainly sad they still havent changed their attitudes towards tenants that truly want to be there. If you can handle a landlord constantly being up your rear end Alpine will be ok for you if not I dont recommend it.
