Great venue.We had the pleasure of hauling the costumes for Paw Patrol.The behind the scenes staff was very kind.This is a beautiful little city. We would love to return to spend more time. .

We went to a car show here. Saw 2 Munsters movies in their beautiful theater. Seats are small and low. They had small bands and even had retro womens hair salon and a guys barber. Good thing to start of the year.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Don’t ever come here!!! Staff and OWNER are extremely RUDE! Staff rolled her eyes at us when we told her some kid had thrown up on the floor and it needed mopped up. Not even my kid. Again SO VERY RUDE!

I cant say enough about Five Flags. We have had the privilege of jumping our dogs at the World Championship here since 2013 and cant imagine going anywhere else. We hope to see many more years here.

Great venue with lots of history. We saw Jim McDonough and his Christmas show. It was outstanding. We sat in one of the balcony seats, which was great. The show and venue were excellent. Weve done this for over a decade and continue to look forward to this annual tradition. Thank you.

Tried to add a ticket to a purchase - Ticket Masters site is not working. As a business establishment you are there to serve your customers. Leaving them with no options is not an okay solution. If you are hosting an event - you should have the ability to sell the tickets yourself as well.

Seats on floor way too close together. I was squished between 2 large ladies. It was miserable. I luckily found a seat in the stands which was so much better.

Attended a symphony concert at the Five Flags Theater. Everything was terrific. Great staff. Enjoyed the concert, but parking was a bit difficult for an out of towner.

The theatre itself is beautiful and has a very cozy feeling. They use phone pouches to secure your phone which is strange but i get it. The only downside is the seats are small. Felt very cramped.

(Bobby Lee was wasnt there)Good show. All 3 were equally hilarious.

Center was fine, good acustics, box office needs some help different people tell you different things, frustrating.

Went to the free comic con here. Wasnt sure how itd turn out but it was a fun with a fair amount of vendors and cosplayers. Prices were decent with a good variety of crafts, toys, games and comics.

The theatre is stunning dont forget to say hi to JR BoB Joyce and the friendly staff

The Cirque du Soleil Christmas show brought us here for the first time. What impressed me was the ease and location of free ramp parking nearby, the care they took for our safety when we entered, the versatility if the space depending on the size of the group, and the convenience of many places to get a bite to eat nearby. Growing up in Minneapolis, I was grateful that even though we came to town pulling a trailer with just 45 minutes to showtime, we were able to get a sit-down Chinese dinner, find parking at both places, stop at the restroim and get to our seats with time to spare. Phenomenal. Would never have happened in Minneapolis!

I watched an amazing play. The actors were great and talented. Snacks are affordable and it was an overall very good first play experience.

Nice venue for a concert. Good seating thru out. Concessions are reasonably priced.

Visited for the Cirque De Christmas. Great show from great seats

Saturday 30th and Sunday 1st it was at DBQ CON. Sure had lot there to do there and see. Had some artists there doing some sketches. Lots of different vendors there. Just had to be there to check it out.

Fun time at the rc car races

A very unique concert and event venue. The restored theater is spectacular, and the exhibition hall works for all kinds of larger events. One of Dubuques crown jewels.

Came here for Disney on Ice. was a good show the seats we bought were not that great even tho we were rink-side. Couldnt see very well we ended up moving up higher and was able to enjoy the show better

Classic theater, wonderful staff, old fashion balconies, beautiful light fixtures. Incredible sound.

Nice venue with good selection of concerts and activities with reasonable prices. The drinks are pricey as in any venue, but loved the blinky cups! The sound isnt the greatest but the set up is nice.. Small enough that you are still close in the back seats.

Really the only place for big concerts to come for an indoor venue. Its a decent building and five flags does a good job running the events

Our waitress was fabulous Im hoping they soon get chorizo tacos. And the drinks were excellent.

This place was great! It was clean and worked well for the Winter Iowa Games Soccer.The bathrooms where clean, they had food for sale the entire time.

Had a great time at the Brothers Osborne concert. General admission seats were perfect.

Good small Areana; however, are cheap with their labor.

Been to 5 flags several times to watch a a variety of performances. Great venue with an old time appeal.

A great concert and show venue. The ushers were mainly friendly but not all of them. Parking was easy to find for the Martina McBride concert. Sound quality was average/

Went for wrestling river rumble, just absurd not enough seating sport caster announced to people we couldnt save our seat for wrestlers, tried to take boys down to mats to wrestle people kept trying to steal our seats because announcer kept saying if no one is in the seat, seats are up for grabs very unprofessional, fighting among parents do to coming back from wrestling people would throw kids clothes and backpacks on floor and take the seats will not come back here will not wrestle in those tournaments by those promotors. Absolutely just a horrible experience.

Saw Sesame Street Live here. Great venue, easy short walk from parking ramp to venue, nice size place, no bad seat in the house and clean.

As much as I have enjoyed a few events here, rules are out right ridiculous. Some events people want to stand up (WWE) we kept getting yelled at. I couldnt hold up my 5 year old to see anything, you cant do that either. Then, people in front of us were doing the same and no one said anything. Very frustrating. Then to top it off, we were back row, not blocking anyones view. It will be awhile before we attend another event here, if ever again.

Always enjoy the Expos and concerts here. They have a new food menu that we got to sample and it was very good. They are striving for good shows to come. Parking is usually good. They just got a new sign. This is a good venue for entertainment in dubuque.

Nice stadium seating, went to see the aquatic dog races.

Casting Crowns concert was great.

Ridiculously horrible treatment attitude and actions by a few rogue security staff on power trips. Will never return. A shame.

Great shows there if they schedule them right. For months back in 2013 the event ads in the Telegraph Herald said that dog show was going to be there, just as in previous years. Then the day before the dog show was to go on there was an apologetic ad in the aforementioned paper (TH) that do to a scheduling conflict a local golfing expo was going on instead of the dog show. There have been no dog shows since 2012. Big error on five flags.

Went to the Nutcracker! Phenomenal! The theater needs an update with MORE options for handicap seating. Get am elevator, please. The rating for the show, NOT the venue.

Good concert venue. Not a bad seat in the house.

I have been to several events here and have always come away satisfied. They went through a long period of not having much going on but the current management is doing everything it can to bring in true headlining acts. Im glad they are progressive and want to bring events in that appeal to everyone in the Tri State area. I think the future is bright and am hopeful that Ill be staying in Dubuque more and more for concerts.

Went to see the group Chicago, we enjoyed the show, but the sound system is not very good. We could not make out the words, even when they were just talking to the audience.

Hot as hell, long lines for bathroom & drinks, overpriced short pours.
