Awesome hiking place. found this after 7 years of living in dublin.
This trail is 85% shaded! As you ascend it is all rolling hills, therefore you catch a break and can continue. This is a perfect hike 3.5miles round trip and a great workout!
Perfect balance of covered and uncovered hiking. Very easy trail with lots of turn offs to a small creek.
The narrow path led to a lot of less than 6 feet interactions
The BEST local (and quiet) trail in the Tri-Valley. Can be summed up in one word - AMAZING!
We visited this place as part of our regular hiking trips. We started the trail around 6 am. Some of the beginners found this trail bit scary as we have walk past few miles of trails which is steep. Hiking shoes are a must!! Better to visit along with experienced bikers.
This is our favorite easy hike in Dublin. Theres also a spot where the kids can play by a stream and sometimes you can find newts.
This is a great hiking spot in Dublin. In a town that can be hot and sunny in the summer, this trail (which leads all the way up to Dublin Ridge) has ample cool shady spots. Its a green zone when the area around it is brown. The best part is after you go through the gate that is at least half a mile from the start of the trail at Silver gate & Bay Laurel. We walk our dog here, as do many others, but BE WARNED there are lots of ticks. Your dog should be on tick meds and you should inspect or wash him/her after a hike.
Nice & peaceful
Good trail surface in wet weather.
Short, sweet, serene
Possible mountain lion seen about a 1/4 above the gate. Walking down to the creek.
Very nice trail inside Dublin
