I love coming here! I always feel comfortable and the staff is not only nice but extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They always have a wide variety of “head shop” type things. I would strongly recommend coming here!

Fantastic selection of beds! We looked at 2 ones in particular and the prices are very reasonable. Also the other odds & ends were great and we left with a few spectacular decorations.

Awesome store! Super friendly staff. Managers are extremely personable and helpful. Prices and quality are great on beds and mattresses. Last we bought all new mattresses and beds from this store. Several months latter we had an issue with the bunk beds. They immediately sent out an installer out and replaced the part. You really can not ask for better customer service then that.

I have been going here somewhat regularly for the past decade. If youre younger you might run into some extra scrutiny but I have found that to be common at most shops not on campus; it comes with the territory of being in Dublin. I like this store because it is really convenient for me, its the one closest to me. I have never really had any problems with the staff here; just act straight and dont be a dummy and you wont have any problems. I really only have 2 complaints about this store: 1) They are really pricey. Expect to pay 50% more than what you would pay online for the same things. You will probably find better prices and selections at the shops down on campus. 2) The location is hard to get in and out of and does not always have ample parking. You can only right turn into and out of this location which is tricky given its place on a busy part of Sawmill Road. A little access road that goes behind the store and connects to the side road with a traffic light would be most helpful. ALL IN ALL they carry a variety of items that are lots of fun and the staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and decent to customers.

Super glad i stopped in their kratom was so much better than was i consumed earlier.

Bought a bed frame here over a year ago and still couldnt be more pleased with my selection. I got a fantastic price for a sturdy bed frame that has held up well. If I ever need to get another one, Ill definitely check them out again.

Always friendly and helpful staff. I like that they know about the products they have and dont just give bs information and theres always decent item variety. Always a satisfied customer this is the best one in columbus.

I just had the worst experience in my life a few minutes ago in this store. I was so excited to visit their for the first time to get a birthday gift for my boyfriend who loved things from that store. I was with my friend (a black female) and the minute we walk in, an older white guy who was behind the cashwrap yells out LADIES! WE NEED TO TALK we both think its going to be a joke since we dont know who this man is or what we need to discuss. So we laugh and jokingly ask about what? He then rhetorically asks about us being in there last week. Specfically last Sunday. And that we fit the description from the police report. We then became serious and concerned explaining how weve NEVER been there and hes continually insinuates that we have. We finally ask him , if we matched this description because we were black. Once he saw how shocked and taken away we were, he then says I guess its not you all, since you dont know what Im talking about.... I expressed how uncomfortable and offended I was and That I would not be spending my money there. I have never been profiled like that in my life, especially in such a public and outlandish way. Coming from a background in retail, I know that is most definitely NOT a way you handle ANY customer regardless of the situation. I will NEVER go back to that store and will make that sure upper management addresses this immediately. This could have ended a lot worse had we not kept our composure and peacefully left.

Very friendly service, but they did not have the item that we were looking for (click-clack bed), but he told us which of their other locations would have the item on display.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Literally was just trying to load a bean bag into my car and was given the worst attitude from employees and met with horrible service. I was polite through it all and still the attitude persisted. Last words from one employee Remember where youre at, contextually this meant this isnt somewhere where you get great friendly service....its a smoke shop.

Went with my brother so he could pick out a birthday present for me. He was 19 and I was 17 (at the time). I wanted another pocket knife so when we got there we asked to look at the knives. One of the older men (the one WITH hair) set the tray out and waited while we looked through to see which would be best. Once I found one I liked, I told my brother I want this one and because I was 17 I legally couldnt buy a knife at that age. Bald manager walks out and says Now, are you both 18? And my brother responds yes but I say no. So the manager very rudely refuses to sell the knife to my brother because he heard me say I want this one. He said We dont want to risk parents being angry their child has a weapon. I told him I was just there 3 weeks ago buying a knife with my dad (which was true) and he replied well hes not here now, is he? So I ran home and grabbed my dad and brought him to the store to buy the knife for me. Once I walked back in with my dad the managers attitude and tone changed 100%. He was so much more humble and accommodating. Bs. Water Beds N Stuff is supposed to be a store full of relaxing chill vibes, love and hippy products. That manager gave me the worst customer service Ive ever received. The knife was terrible quality too. Buy a stiletto on eBay before you go to this place and have to deal with that man. If you do make the unfortunate decision to shop here, pray you get the man with hair or the young woman who works there, they are more much polite.

I would say that the workers and staff are so stoned that their IQ is that of a pineapple. Called them yesterday, had them put the last of their item that they wouldnt be reordering behind the counter with my name on it... Drove in today to pick it up, they gave it away to someone else saying there was no name on it. You could obviously see the staff were conpletely gone on 420 which ok its waterbeds and stuff but the staff cant even do their job. They were rude, conpletely jugemental and very outspoken against veterans such as myself. I will never, never shop here ever again.

Bob was a cool guy when he was running the show. Now they have these idiot women who are snotting as all get out. They try to pass off cracked pieces as new ones. Everytime I go in for refills I have to spend 5-10 minutes looking for people.

Do not purchase Golden Shower synthetic urine! It does not work! This stuff cost me a job. When I asked for a refund the male clerk just laughed and said no. When I demanded compensation he offered a discount on another! Are you kidding!? What a jerk!!!!!
