So fun!!!!!! The new owner was our teacher for this class and she was so patient and made sure we all were having fun. We did the specialty class of door mats and it was awesome!!!! The thing I loved about this location/owner is she had a paint color board to show us what the colors would look like dried. She also had 70 colors to pick from which was heaven because I love choices. I highly highly recommend this location!!!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Our group created some great masterpieces. So much to choose from.... definitely will be back for another session.

What a fun way to spend time with friends. I highly recommend board and brush. They make it easy to make something you will cherish forever and there staff is so incredibly wonderful. Ill definitely be back for date night with my husband.

We went here for a painting session and we had a blast! The instructors are super helpful and give great advice. There are a lot of options when it comes to what youd like to create so you can come here several times if you enjoy your experience.

Extremely unsatisfied with experience. There was a severe miscommunication between the manager, the employees, and my party, which happens, but how it was handled is what made the experience bad.There were many attempts made by the staff to accommodate us which we were immensely grateful for but the manager was insufficient in her communication with her staff. The staff had to keep calling the manager to ask questions and there were delays in her responses. It was made worse by the fact that the manager wasn’t even on the premises at all. I’m not sure if that’s common practice at the business but it’s not every other establishment I’ve been to. I wish the manager was on site to be able to deal with the situation. I think that would have made it better.The overall experience with the manager is what was extremely disappointing. However, I want to commend the staff for their professionalism and going above and beyond to try to take care of us.

Wonderful crew that works there. Definitely passionate people and such a great experience. Took us the full 3 hours and left with masterpieces. Great first date, team building, gift idea.

This place has become my favorite girls night/day out!!! There are soooooooooo many different projects to choose from and even more ways to make them your own. I constantly find myself wanting to book another day with Board and Brush Downers Grove. The staff has been extremely friendly and very helpful every time I have come in. I have especially loved working with Mary. She is extremely friendly and very helpful! She takes her time and insures that everyone goes home with a masterpiece. I try to plan my dates when she is working!!! I highly recommend that you give them a chance, they do not disappoint!! They also have a punch card system, which earns you a free project! (I am almost there!!!)

The people that were working the night we had our group in to make our signs seemed like they could care less about us. Like we were bothering them. Very cold personalities. I know we would have had a much better time if the attitude of the staff was better. I would try another Board & Brush, but would not come back to this location.

Bad experience. Bad management and no insight. We had a large party that was doing a bachelorette outing. They were not prepared and did not try in anyway to make up for it. Its was a party of 15 so economically it makes no sense that they would act like this. We were very patient and waited over 45 mins. Also when we call them out in a review they replied in a hostile way. Especially since the MOH called and made sure it was set before we went.Get it together and admit when you make mistakes

Fun class! Cool to do something different. You really get to build and make your project yourself and your own. Your piece is as unique as you. But don’t worry the kind staff guide you through each step with care, fun, and encouragement. Depending on your budget it leans a little on the expensive side so the cost could be inaccessible. But if you can swing it, it is totally worth it! For that amount of time alone, plus the unique experience and to have an amazing handmade thing at the end - it is so worth it. I wish I could go again and again to make more! Be sure to get a punch card if they are still doing that when you go because it’s such a great experience. I highly recommend Board & Brush.

Lots of fun. Jess and team were helpful. Did not have a big group. Was able to create two signs with my son for Holiday Gifting. Great experience all the way around. Looking forward to the next creation.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.I spoke with the manager, Massiel Ullsmith, in August about a reservation for a bachlorette party that I was hosting November 9th for 15 people, we were all very excited and the bride to be loved the idea.I recieved an email conformation stating I went ahead and set up a group reservation for you and 15 guests in our workshop on Sturday, November 9th from 11-2 I spoke with her to confirm the reservation a few weeks after and I thought everything was perfect.Fast forward to the day of: I walk in with 15 guests and the bride to be and the workers have NO IDEA that we were coming, I showed them the conformation e-mail and they were trying to get a hold of Massiel to figure it out....We waited for 45 minutes for the manager, who messed this entire thing up, to get back to them. She had no resolution and now we were going to run into an issue with time because we had other things planned for the rest of the day.The staff was super sweet and apologized for their incompetent manager and said I should be hearing back from her directly, well its been over a week AND SHE HASNT EVEN SET ME AND EMAIL TO APOLOGIZE. This was a terrible experience and they lost out on over 2k worth of money we would have spend and the studio wasnt even full on a Saturday!Save your money and go elsewhere, this business is poorly ran.

Love the sign that I got to make but was very disappointed with the workers who were supposed to help you. They were more rude and half the time in the back talking to each other and then actually providing assistance to the class. I will be back but at a different location for sure. Not the kind of help that I expect for $80

Loved this experience! Sara was an extra special instructor whose encouragement and enthusiasm was contagious. This was my friends 2nd time but our 3 friends and I first time here. Well be back! Highly recommend it
