This place is the only place I go to get fireworks. They always have an abundant selection To choose from. Prices are...eh ok I guess when you use the coupon but getting $10 off of $50 or more, your only getting half of the coupon discount after taxes. But hey, $5 off is better then nothing! My advice, if you go on the busiest holiday of the year be expected to wait in line for an hour(no joke) for a limited Selection. Other then that, this place is great!!!

Super busy because it was the 3rd of July, but the selection was great and the employees were friendly. Fast checkout for the number of customers with carts full of fireworks. My family is excited to shoot off our collection in our backyard!

Not a good time to rate. 4th July evening!! Mad house. Handled the crowd fairly well. But after hour and only half way through line we gave up. Maybe should have hired more cashiers or maybe not enough registers. Will try again. Huge place!

Pretty decent firework selection at a decent price. They were pretty cool setting them off.

No COVID adherence to say the building is packed! No 6ft apart, no hand sanitizer, no hand wipes, no bathroom tissue or paper towels, no employees wearing masks, even the Police officer ON DUTY was not wearing a mask! The line was long but moved fast.

Good customer service. Below average fireworks and overpriced. Had more than one that was a dud. Had a couple that exploded out the side of the box. Not good quality. Fireworks are dangerous enough without having the bad quality of these items.

Honestly if there is a better fireworks shop, I have never been there! They have scanners that allow you to view your fireworks on a tv before purchase. We have purchased many fireworks over the last year and have yet to be disappointed with price vs product.Thanks for the fireworks!

I visited on the day of July 4th to purchase some last minute fireworks. Here, you can buy various types of fireworks including but not limited to: snappers, fountains, bottle rockets, and even larger displays. For some selections (not all), youll be able to scan the product in order to see a video example of what to expect from it up on the TV. This particular feature made my customer experience both simple and entertaining. One thing I would like to add is the fact that their prices are on point. I did not feel ripped off and I did not notice any items that were over priced. Jakes Fireworks had a fantastic selection and I will definitely be coming back here the next time I am to purchase fireworks.

Love the shop! You can scan most items an see a video on the display of what you are supposed to get. Much better than the other big box stores, where you have no idea or limited displays. Scan and view kiosk are everywhere.

Went on Thursday with 7 kids! Staff was excellent and very kind to all the kids! They even help carry stuff to our car. I had brought coupons that I had got in the mail and got some amazing deals. We had went to Alabama first but we wont bother to do so next year. Jakes had much better deals and service!

I had a text coupon for a free item, and wasnt able to pull it up on my phone, but they gave me the item for free anyway. Their customer service is impeccable! Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff! Mike, his wife, and Mikes son helped us the whole time we were there, helping us pick out the best fireworks and getting the best deals. You can even watch videos of the fireworks before you buy them so you know what youre getting.

Me and my girlfriend stopped to get some fireworks and they were the only ones open and Im really glad we decided to go. This could possibly be the best fireworks store Ive been to and we havent even shot any of their fireworks yet. I say its the best due to the hospitality and they have really good prices. Everyone was really helpful. Customer service sells itself and the customer service we received tonight was above and beyond what we expected!

Super people, huge selection, and good prices. I work next door at Jacksons Music, and it is wonderful to have a great business as a neighbor instead of an empty old Cracker Barrel building. Denise was very helpful, as were all the employees there. Definitely sign up for the VIP thing for discounts and coupons.

Fantastic Customer Service with the Best Selection and Prices around. The employees are willing to help show you around the store and offer all types of suggestions. They have a TV that allows you to scan the product and preview the items before you buy it.... Now that is cool! They also have a VIP program with some awesome coupons. Compared to Phantom Fireworks and TNT Fireworks.... Jakes Fireworks is Far Superior and Beats All Prices.

Its really cool it has a scanner so you can watch what each firework can do. But its very expressive.

He was big last year on giving some free fireworks if you bought alot. Not this year. I bought 400.00 worth this year and had to ask him twice. And got a 5.00 piece for free. Not going back no more.

I was just here today and everyone was great. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and they were all so helpful. Besides the customer service there is a great selection too. I would definitely recommend this spot whether you want the small stuff or the big bangs.

Their technology was amazing. The majority of their fireworks actually have a video showing what that particular device looks like when it goes off. Simply grab a price scanner, scan the bar code, and your video starts playing! Super cool. I also loved their POS via iPads. Very cool technology. The staff was also extremely friendly.
