It is February 3 at 11:45 PM our furnace went out around 5 PM today I called the maintenance department they came and told me that my pressure switchs bad and told me that all I need to do to make it work is blow in a tube. first of all why should I do that as a tenant second of all that’s basically a ticking time bomb waiting to blow up so I called back and told them that it’s not gonna happen there is an Illinois of law that protects me from such event they brought me two space heaters at 7 PM like I said now it is 11:45 PM at my house Has now dip below 60° This is simply inhumane I called the maintenance department again the emergency hotline said no one is available call back in a half an hour if I have not heard anything how can you even do that to a tenant it is the middle of winter I have three kids at home I am now literally staying up all night to try and use my garage heater to keep them warm

Lived here for a while, sometimes maintenance takes forever to come fix things, and sometimes when you call the office no one answers so you leave a message and no one calls back. We rent but the owners lot rent keeps raising.

My father lives here and it is a very nice community. The upkeep of the roads and public areas are well taken care of and the estate owners do their best to ensure the homes stay in good condition

We live in upper part love it love the people around us. Staff has been helpful. They do need stop rasing lot rent.

By having the rds connect (no deadends) i was anle to maneuver thru with a trailer easily. Nice clean lawns & well maintained bldgs & facility, by driveby exposure anyway .

Nice community, clean park, all around decent place to live. Cheap lot rent. Came here cause my grandparents live out here.
