The people that work there are so nice and helpful I have a storage locker there an I pay each month . They have good camera there to watch everything there

Currently purchasing property from Mr.Peery in Lyles, Tn..I jst wanted to give a shout out to Ms.Laura who takes care of everything!!.

Do not rent or buy a trailer from this place. The people in the front at work in the office are extremely condescending and rude and speak to everybody like their meth addicts. Speaking of meth addicts Bruce Perry trailer park is full of nothing but illegal aliens and meth addicts. There are plenty of other places that you can get a trailer from do not bother with this place you will be stuck there and regret it

They have nice that chewed up expensive shoes and I showed her shoes something with big teeth ruined plus told her about furniture and clothing, pictures etc. ruined so many things and mice urine and feces on everything and bugs... she said, in Tennessee we dont have to do ANY pest control. They sure forget to tell you that when renting and they will tack on fees the very day you dont pay... no grace periods. Awful place to rent units and they dont treat your belonging like theyd want theirs taken care of.

Id give a no-star if that was possible its a dump

By and Kenny have done bulldozing at my place several times and Ive got friends who have had work done by them and rented space from them. You couldnt find better harder working people no matter how hard you looked. Im very thankful over the years Ive come to be able to call them my friends.

Its a good place to store you stuff but I had someone cut my lock and steal 3 very expensive things from me. They have cameras but nothing was done about it .

Perrys flea market on the hill is a gem in itself

Its horrible they are scam artists they will go into your storage unit and say they werent recording that day do not go there beware you have been warned and you can be on time with your bills like I am but some how someway they will make you pay them extra money or they will steal your stuff
