Spacious, accommodating, and beautiful gallery with ample parking and access. Explored the collection and really enjoyed the variety, and was floored by the context once I learned more. Brilliant works in a fantastic setting.

Ive only been here 1 time, and that was for an event/a performance: Fresh Produce Series featuring Moonchild, with the opening act for an up-and-coming jazz band, Modern Element.The space was a really good size for small shows like these, but filled rather quickly. It was kept pretty clean as well!Lovely place, I look forward to visiting again, whenever that may be!

Ive followed this place for years. I went particularly to Tango with Tango Randy and saw another teacher Alex. Its always fun when I can get there. You dont have to dress up. I also found a way to get inexpensive shoes. Tai Chi slippers are only a buck or two

Wonderful, as a child ( little bitty )>, my apartment building was next door. ( the fast food restaurant on the corner on Woodward across the street from the gas station )Being an Artist myself and one who appreciates fine art, I must say I was extremely empress and fascinated by every picture and structural art displayed. I live in Atlanta now. I was raised in Detroit. That very building with the beautiful art, use to be a science center in the 60s and 70s........ Ps...Youve done a very good job. I had a good time at the ballroom class but its always pros and cons to every place the pros the place was nice clean the instructor was great and the other staff was nice and friendly but the cons to this place its not big enough and it was just too hot

Had the opportunity to visit on a Thursday evening where there was an entertaining and informative lecture regarding P Funk. The lecture was focused on musicians from the Detroit area. The energy of the event was upbeat and interactive. Wonderful way to spend a weeknight here in the D.

The Gallery is always showing very interesting pieces. The staff and owner are very friendly and knowledgeable about the pieces. The gallery is free admission Tuesdays through Saturday, 11am to 6pm. The gallery also host special events and is also a rentable space for your own event... Located right next to a great vegetarian restaurant, paired with the gallery, you could have an awesome date.

I WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY. I TOOK LINE DANCE, BEGINNING BALL ROOM AND ADVANCED BALL ROOM. IT WAS MUCH DIFFERENT ENERGY THAN DANCE CLASS IN THE CLUB. I WILL DEFINITELY GO AGAIN.

There are few galleries that compare to the layout, style and appeal that NNamdi offers, particularly for African and African American Fine Artists. Theres a regular, plethora of enrichment activities available for anyone who has an interest in The Arts: visual, performance, literary, etc. NNamdi is here and truly relevant for the long haul.

Not only a respectable but exceptional gallery. Additionally, they now offer dance classes in a variety of forms! This is real Detroit.

If you like to learn creative this is place for you!! Usually I go there for ballroom class , which is small crowd, but the instructors are assistants of Mr. SMOOTH ,look at his website, or facebook page!! Great way to learned the correct way to dance

Went to see Moonchild and The Modern Element. The place was clean, the bar was clean, and I overall had a lovely time!

This is probably due to the fact that Im not that grand of an art enthusiast. However I was able to sit in on a pretty informative documentary about native Africans attempting to restart their lives in there united states.

The art on show was very shallow. There was nothing extraordinary. I had traveled 800 miles to come see but was very disappointed. There was also very few art on display. I expected to see a wide range of art but that was not the case.
