I am so happy we found Destin FC! I have 2 boys, ages 7 and 9. My 9 year old has always loved sports, but never really cared for soccer in the past. After only a few practices, he has developed such an excitement for the game that he said it is becoming his favorite sport! My 7 year old has always been shy and reluctant to compete in sports, no matter how many we have tried. After only being a part of Destin FC for a few weeks he has come out of his shell and looks forward to playing hard at every practice. I could not be happier to see this level of passion he is beginning to show, and how much it is helping his self esteem already. I honestly attribute all of this to the coaches and the staff of this awesome organization. Everyone is very professional and encouraging. The coaches do not yell, they are positive with all of the kids, and EVERYONE gets to play, which is not always the case at this age. It is very organized, and the actual instruction on how to play and develop is spot on.So happy we found Destin FC and to be a part of the family!

My son has played soccer for several years, but has never played travel ball due to the time commitment required. When I heard about Destin FC, it sounded like a great option for our familys hectic schedule, and the club staff were more than happy to have him join a few practices to see if it was a good fit. Suffice it to say, it was a fantastic fit!My son has been playing for the Destin FC academy team for just a few months. In that short time I have seen dramatic improvement in his skillset, with clear progression in his close-contact footwork as well as his longer passes. Ive also noticed a distinctive trend of increased passing among the team members, thanks to the coaches emphasis on teambuilding and inclusion of ALL the team players.Although my son has always enjoyed playing soccer, this is the first time that he has genuinely looked forward to practices and matches. He truly admires the coaches, both for their technical skill levels and for their mentorship attitudes. As a parent, this is so refreshing! The coaches have a unique ability to somehow make practices fun and worthwhile at the same time. The families involved in the club are supportive, caring, and helpful. We really feel as though we found a soccer home with Destin FC.
