Inconsistent on mask policy. Went 1 day wife and friend had plastic mask no problem. Today wouldnt let them in even with medical card clearing them!

Went to see The Predator. Everything was clean, neat, and everyone I spoke with was polite & professional. It was $9 to see a standard movie.

Needs a deep cleaning. Movie and sound quality is awesome. A little hard to get tickets online, not very user friendly.

Went here for a scary movie. The surround sound and special effects are AWESOME. Amazing sound quality. The popcorn was premade and not fresh/hot but was still good. The service was prompt and good. Its located in a neat spot - Destin outside mall!

Good Cinema, but prices in Popcorn and tickets are too high. A normal ticket costs 12$ and popcorn 15$. A coke is too high expensive 5$. What it worth is the Dolby Cinema that I loved it. Good sound, view and comfort seat

Worst theatre experience iv ever had, No employee can be found even after me and several other customers have yelled for awhile trying to get somebody’s attention in the auditorium.. still no response.

There was one other person in theater 6 besides us. They just opened back up and youd think the theater would of been cleaned but it wasnt. It smelled bad in there and the chairs and floors were dirty. I was not impressed all! 8/26 2020 5:30pm

Recent updates to the menu and the new Dolby theater make It more fun than ever!Location: Located in a shopping center that is often seasonally decorated and has good restaurants.Snacks: Their menu has grown to include fun (though not healthy) snack foods that I would not normally indulge in.Management: The theater’s manager is very kind and interested in delivering a good theater experience.

Good movie theater with decent prices. Chairs were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. I just didnt like the concession line dilemma. There were separate lines for special AMC guests and very confusing as to which line to get in. Stood there a while because the other line was getting helped. I think one line is appropriate for a movie theater.

This may be the nicest AMC in the Florida panhandle/FloraBama area. It appears well maintained on all fronts: concessions, bathrooms, and theater. It was nice having a Dolby Cinema that had no technical issues with audio quality (looking at you, Tallahassee). Parking can be hit or miss, but there are likely other retailers in the plaza that will draw you in aside from AMC.

Lovely place and nicely decorated for Fall

This was our first visit to an AMC to see Jurassic World. The movie and IMAX theatre experience was great. Seats were comfy. Huge sound system.The refreshment counter was awful. They were out of multiple headline menu items (Gourmet Popcorn - at a movie theater). No cup lids could be found and staff had to be waived down to get one. Soda machines were empty of popular drinks so queues were long.Poor staff were running from station to station trying to keep up. Help your people, AMC, for a better customer experience.

We found tickets thru the Fandango website. It turns out on Tuesday you can go for 5 dollars a piece. We went and saw Yesterday, the movie about a guy that wakes up and finds out, no one knows any of the Beetles songs, and makes it big, a real hokey movie, in my opinion. Good popcorn, ice coke slushees, and cold draft beer, make AMC, an excellent venue, no matter what movie is playing on the big screen. I haven’t seen a good movie in a very long time, out of probably the last twenty times, I have been to the theater. I guess Hollywood has run out of fresh ideas.

This place is disgusting and understaffed. Trash cans were overloaded in the hallways, restrooms as well, napkin holders in restrooms empty, 1 stall had a toilet continuously flushing. Butter stations unkept, theatre room has bad odor. They have 3 people working concessions. Concession line was out the door. We waited 25 minutes for our items. Looks like management is not doing their job.

Luxurious experience for movie going...great food and drink options though pricey like most theaters now. The discounted earlier showing was a great option. Clean and in a great location!

We saw Rise of the Skywalker before Xmas and my god it was the coolest! Reclining chairs and the Dolby digital theater was a whole new experience for my wife and I whove never even had reclining chairs let alone chairs that shook when the tie-fighters would fly by! They also serve a large amount of food and beer so thats a plus!1/14/2020 My wife and I went back and was informed of the loyalty program at the theater which got me a nice discount on the ticket for being a Tuesday special. The guy on the box office was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Garrett, Awesome Job!

Great Movie Theater & Very Friendly Staff !!

Big, clean, multi theater complex. Good volume level for movie you are watching and so you dont hear next doors movie. Love the recliner seats and the space between rows so people can get to their seats without walking on your feet

We really enjoy watching the movie in the IMAX with 3D. I had some gourmet vanilla candy popcorn. Very comfortable seats.

Its a bit pricey but worth the money. Its a huge theater with Dolby quality screens. You can recline the seats to your liking. They also have a bar.

Excellent, all the way around! Buy a STUBBS card! We only have the lower one, but still gives us great deals, plus you get your tickets in the special lane, plus cheaper. OR check out the higher level instead. Youll not be disappointed at AMC theaters!

Came to the theater to whatch a movie with my family. Would not allow us to bring our 6 year old child in to the movies after 6 pm “ told us after we bought tickets won’t be coming back here again!

I go see a movie here Atleast 2 times a month. The AMC A-list is completely worth it if you go to the movies a lot. The theaters are always clean and the concessions are always good.

Great theatre. Staff are friendly, place was clean, and the quality was great. I really like the self serve for drink refills which include slushes. AMC theaters have always been exceptional, and this one is no different. Wonderful place to see movies!

The only reason I am giving this a 4 and not a five is for the high prices they charge for food and drinks they should at least catch up to California and put the lazy boy type chairs in theaters. But other then that great place and they got beer and wine

The most disgusting movie theater I’ve ever been in. Everything from floors to seats to handrails was super greasy. Popcorn and other spilt food everywhere. We had to ask the staff to clean our seats and got some very rude responses and looks. Those guys definitely did not enjoy working there. All in all a horrible experience and definitely the last time we go there. What a shame.

Always crowded and very dirty.Dolby Cinema is the only thing worth spending money on at this theater.Dolby Cinema screen with reclining seats is all ready seeing wear and tear even though its only be opened short amount of time.The employees and management are not taking care of this screen and in due time it will be worn and look like the other outdated and dirty screens.

Really nice movie theater. It was super clean and the staff was awesome. I also told the manager his concession staff was superb. He appreciated that. They were super nice with my special needs child who was ordering popcorn. We are just visiting from out of town and felt very welcomed here!!! Definitely one of the best AMC experiences I had in long time!!!

It said recliner seats but we didnt have them in our theater. I just cant go to a theater that can not be at least as comfortable as the set up I can get at home. I also didnt like sitting through all the ads and then 30 minutes of previews, another reason to just watch it home on the big screen. They really should have the time for when the previews start and then when the movie actually starts. Why pay money to be less comfortable. Sound was ok but not great.

A great way conclude our day. Went to see the new Spiderman. You dont have to stand in those summer lines. Get your tickets online or at the kiosk. I do like how there was a priority line for all AMC Stubs and Premiere members. The theatre was clean. I love the new assigned seating so no rushing is needed. A great date night or family outing.

Great location! Great Location! Came here for the 1st time for a family beach vacation took a break from.the beach amd we came here . The seating was nice I wish it could have be a little more comfortable. Theather Very clean, bathrooms could be attended to a little more, but other than that it was great!

Relatively clean and the employees are friendly and helpful! The lights could be brighter when youre leaving a movie, they are understaffed, but like I said the employees are friendly and helpful. The only actual problem Ive experienced is that once their website said they were showing a movie but when we got there they didnt have it anymore; But thats more of a problem with whoevers updates the website.

Front window opens at 11:00, person working front desk got there at 10:59 to start getting register ready and preparing for the day. Tickets available at 11:08. Ordered pizza, oven had not been preheated. Waited 15 minutes for pizza. Went to fill drink while waiting for pizza, ice had not been put in machine. 6 minute wait for ice. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS THEATER

Always a great experience, despite any snooty tourists with big city expectations. Coming from Los Angeles and Fort Worth, this is still hands down, one of the nicest theaters. For someone to end up in this amazing part of the country only to complain about a theater, shame on you. Our world class Everything, shows anyone who is anyone, what Destin Florida is really about.

I used to love this place but lately the staff has not only turned me away from a movie because the credits had started.. And when i called find ask about a rating, they refused to answer unless i was a member.. Add all that on top of the fact the latest showing went from 10 to 8 pm. And the staff laughing that they got to reject my money... I will be spending it at grand boulevard from now on

We went with our 2 year old daughter for the first time to see The Lion King, and our daughter started getting restless half way through the movie. We didnt want to be rude to other guests due to her getting loud, so we decided to leave. To our surprise, they gave us a FULL refund, and were very kind about it. Highly recommend them!

This movie theater is pretty great and has been frequented by our friends and family since it was called Rave Motion Pictures. It has changed a lot since then and now has a few more ammenities. The prices can be expensive, but if you have either the free AMC membership or the premiere one it helps to discount the tickets. (Discount Tuesdays is the best time to see a movie.) I wish that the prices were better like other AMCs but in a touristy city with very few options for movie theaters there isnt much of a choice. All and all when using the discount options to the fullest its a great place for a family night or even a outing with friends.

The brown haired girl working at the front ticket desk outside is super super rude. Will not return. We cant read the screen because of small numbers and bad sun glare. No need to be SO rude.

Great theater with awesome seating and sound. They have an IMAX which is great. You put your own butter and flavors on the popcorn and that is awesome. This is my go to theater. Pensacola has a nice one too where food is served.

Not a bad seat in the house and its clean! Standard movie house prices apply when ordering concessions. I like quality sound when Im enjoying a good action flick, but this place will eventually blow the doors off the joint of they dont tone it down a bit lol.

The new Dolby theatre inside is great. It is comfortable with the reclining seats. It has excellent sound and a nice screen. I wish every theater they have is made into a Dolby theatre.

Im not a big cinema guy, always cramp spaces and cant really get comfortable. But this place is better than most, comfy cushion seats, still a little cramp though but Im 63 265lbs. All in all I would recommend this place

Movies are good, Im just accustomed to better seating such as the recliner type. And only 2 registers were open so the lines were long. Would of given 4 stars if lines were shorter and more lanes were open.

Clean, comfortable, and a great place to catch a flick. They also have a military discount which is rare in this area with multiple bases. Ive seen several movies there and always had a good time. They also have a bar that serves beer and wine, should you choose to partake with your movie

I bought a ticket to a movie, got there 30 minutes in advance. And they mistakenly resold the same seat, I went to management , but they refused to give me the seat back even though we both agreed to work it out Amicably but due to the other person being of an older age I was denied the seat. But I would like to say at least the person at customer service gave me some free movie tickets but I sadly went home in disappointment.

Girl in ticket booth had attitude. Then the bottle of tea I bought had just been stocked and was still hot. So I asked for a cup of ice. And was given a tiny cup, told me she couldnt give me a regular cup of ice for $6.50 bottle of hot iced tea.

Great theater and sound in the movie, without trying to blow your eardrums out like some.

It’s a movie theater, but you’d think you were walking into the Pentagon. The kids who work here are teens with bad attitudes, which is to be expected, I guess. Like everything else in Destin, this place and the people who work here think they’re more important than they are. If a place is going to have a policy that purse backpacks aren’t allowed, signs need to be posted and/or lockers need to be provided instead of a snotty teenager rudely telling customers to “go out your backpack in your car.” The facility is nice, though.

The Dolby theater they have is incredible. Friendly staff, and the guy they have bartending makes the experience really enjoyable.

So much fun, sat in the Dolby IMAX, well worth it.

It was ok. I do, however, admit that I am spoiled by the recliners and food delivery at my AMC in Texas.

Disgusting and outdated. I uploaded a photo because my wife and I happened to get in 10 min before our movie started and it was empty. Well empty except for all the garbage left throughout the day and NEVER cleaned at all. Staff was standing around messing off together and rude. Snack area was disgusting, couldnt even get a popcorn. Drive 15 min to different theater, dont waste money in this dump.

We had planned a movie day for our sons Birthday. We looked online several times at movies and times. It showed the movie and time then when got there they said the movie was not playing. So now we have a sad little boy.

Yet another reason the movie industry is dying...we show up 30 minutes early to a showing of movie. The theatre now has reserved seating, so there are no seats next to one another. So my wife an I if we want to sit next to each other at the movies must wait for a show 3 showings from now and have to kill and hour. Thanks AMC for a convenience none of us needed...

This will not ever be my first choice again. My husband and I are not able to go to the theater very often, this experience was very disappointing. When we went through line to get snacks the cashier kept ringing up the incorrect food. After the third time correcting him he started to get an attitude with us. One of our purchases was popcorn, we asked where the butter was and the cashier said over there again with attitude never pointing the direction or looked at us. We had to ask someone on the floor and it was around the corner. When we go to get our drinks they were out of the 2 drinks we wanted. Finally, for what they call a high end theater, they did not have good seats at all. Hopefully this was just a bad night for them but it seemed to be their norm.

Well the movie was good but we got the 35 minutes before the movie and got in line for popcorn 45 minutes later we finally got up to the counter there is 6 registers but that didnt matter even when the line was long still just 2 people checking people out you would think a 7pm movie the most busy time someone would think to give a little help but no then you make your own drinks there so I went to get ice yup you guessed it no ice so I turned around there was a bar so I asked them for some ice they said we dont have ice so I was pretty mad at that point I finally found some ice and made it into the movie so I guess thats ok but it took me about 20 minutes to calm down and keep myself from going to management and telling them there idiots.but again the movie was good just dont go unless your a full hour or so early and you should probably bring your own ice.

Went here to see the new Captain Marvel movie. IMAX was certainly the way to go to see it. The screen is so much bigger and the sound was so much more intense. The line to.get tickets was quick moving and the entire theater and lobby was very clean. I certainly recommend this theater.

We go to the AMC theater in Destin Commons every year when we go on vacation. It is a little pricey but hey youre on vacation. They do have a good snack bar and a lot of different items to choose from and also a soda machine that you can just about getting any kind of soda in any flavor that you want. The seats are quite comfortable with plenty of legroom which makes the movie that much more enjoyable. We have always encountered very friendly staff and Ive never had a problem with this theater that always has a good selection of popular movies. It is a good place to check out for some good entertainment.

My Family & I drive the 45-50 minutes from up North to come here. AMC is centrally located within the Commons, and plenty of parking is available, in the lots or Garage. We have a AMC Premiere membership, so we always save time when buying tickets ($5 reward for every $50 purchase). Decent prices on food, with plenty of theatre rooms with one IMAX. They also have a bar for Mom & Dad (helpful for the making it through your kids movies).

Im From Louisiana, I moved to Destin afew Months Ago. I go to AMC often I love watching movies. Only thing I wish they would do is Upgrade the Seating! Put some nice Reclining chairs like Other AMC Theaters.

Decent theater in a shopping area. Major downfall was the recliner seats didnt recline all the way and there is a barrier wall between the rows that for shorter people make even the small amount of reclining cut off the bottom of the screen. Very poor seating plan especially for the price of the ticket almost $15! Plus parking was a bit crazy in the area.
