We bought the membership for our 3 children. Ages ranging from 14-8. They all love this place. Clean establishment, friendly employees and the owners are always there to greet and make sure everything is ok. Never disappointed!

Fun fir the kids. Lots of activities. My only disappointment for this location is that it didnt have the go carts.

I enjoyed this indoor air park. I am surprised that this isn’t the top item in your search menu when you look up indoor activities in this area. All indoors! Perfect rainy day spot! Zip line, ropes course, virtual reality, laser tag... truly fun things to do for all ages! Thanks Urban Air for a fun experience! Ages 38, 15, 9, 4, and 2.

This place in amazing! So much fun! Our kids are 13,11 &7 and they all had tons of fun! A great place to get out of the sun. They had a cafe with snack drinks and pizza and so many different things to do! Worth every penny. We got the platinum package and it was worth it!

Great place for both small kids to adults. Dodgeball room, ninja warrior style area. Balance beam. Climbing walls and laser tag. Our tickets allowed for about 2.5 hours. That was about the right amount of time anyway because our kids were worn out by then.

Urban Air was a great time - beer for the adults - fun for all ages! Great to see new start ups like this even in a difficult time with Covid. Take your family and friends and support this local business!

This place was a lot of fun! My boys had a blast! So many different things for them to do. Sat in a booth and let them run around while I watched football! They even have beer!!!!!

I was unsure due to covid-19 to have my grandsons Birthday party in a play place until I arrived and say how clean it was. Great Staff Thank Yall Messiah Loved It

My boyfriend bought us tickets for the $40+ pack and he was charged 4x that amount!!!!! They never could find the transaction and never gave any type of refund. The receipt we had that printed out said we only got the $40 pack and they still had nothing to say when we asked if there was a way to fix it. Not happy at all. He was jacked $160+ and never got it back even after calling and calling to try and have the manager figure it out. (Since the “manager” wasn’t even there the day it happened, they gave us his number to try and call him to fix it and he would NEVER answer the phone!!)

Really happy this place opened, something close to home for my kids to have fun at!!! So many things from laser tag to virtual reality gaming, jumping, ropes course and much more. The amount of different attractions was a pleasant surprise. The staff is professional and so nice and helpful, my 10yr son loves it here can’t wait to come again!!!

Kids love it, they have wifi for parents along with lots of TVs for games to watch. The food is good, not great, however I was impressed with their chicken wings.

Went there with a birthday party, an so surprised it wasnt a typical trampoline place so much more. Fun just fun!

A multitude of fun things to do but Covid safety wise, zero stars. Almost no one is wearing masks, including the employees but not surprising since that seems to be the norm everywhere. Oh and make sure you have Urban Air socks, if you bring jump socks from another trampoline park establishment, that wont work. Apparently theres a huge difference between Urban Air socks and other trampoline park socks.

For a place that advertises The cleanest indoor park, it gets a 0 in that department. No one is cleaning or wiping down surfaces. If you have immune deficient children, this is not the place for them.The staff is not trained in answering any questions which can lead up to your child being embarrassed. The older lady with blonde hair was very rude and needs to learn to not touch other peoples children. It was bad enough with the lack of covid precautions.The good thing about this place is that the attractions are great for all ages, and after figuring out everything with no thanks to the staff and the rude old lady with blonde hair, it ended up being very enjoyable for the kids.The low star review is due to the lack of cleanliness, rude old lady with blonde hair, and the staff not being trained properly. We will not be back due to the previous mentioned complaints. I prefer to drive to Panama City were customers are treated better.

SO much fun! The kids loved the Ninja Warrior course and the Sky Rider was def a hit. Our new favorite place to be out of the summer heat!

Nice place and much better than surge. My only complaint is they didnt have straws long enough for the icees, so Ill have to bring my own next time. And my little one got trampled a couple times because no one is enforcing rules when little ones are playing with the big kids. And they werent doing any sort of cleaning or sanitizing the whole time I was there.

Kids had a BLAST! Would definitely recommend to let the kids run around while you have a seat.

Very busy for Covid. No masks worn by staff or hand sanitizer around the facility. Dos not see a lot of cleaning after each use.

Just got done with my 2 hour time worth every penny the laser tag and VR is still being setup at the time of this post but there is still hours of fun the zip line was the best part will be coming back tomarrow

Okay, this review will be based on other similar parks we’ve visited as well as general idea on covid preparation and my personal observations, so it be tough.Happy they opened up. Awesome place, so many attractions, fun for all ages! Kids will have fun running around, jumping and having great time.However, they lack employees. Not sure if they keeping payroll low to make margins but there are NO EMPLOYEES on attraction entrances, besides Flyer and climbing walls. So you will have to police your kids and someone else’s. Management, please Get engaged with churches for youth ministry(Those are best employees), you have to be proactive in your hiring otherwise you might get in trouble if someone gets hurt.Also your employees like to just go in and out of kitchen, making themselves food without gloves or masks. We have seen on our last visit one of your senior position employees just went in to make a burger, was opening vegetable trays,fridge, grabbing food without any gloves, walking back and forth, talking about if he should go to restroom first or after he eats(black guy in black shirt). Nasty! Any food prep codes followed????? Please manage your employees. They should order food at register and wait for it, instead of digging through trays after touching all that playground equipment.There are no cleaning proceedings against Covid, zero, nada. My family is okay with that, but if you worry about germs this place is not for your children. So play at your own risk.Also I heard employees cussing Fbombs when talking to each other, trying look cool. Not cool.Another issue is with no track of people come and go. I think announcing when your time is up is appropriate, otherwise you are risking of becoming the cheapest daycare in town. When adults just dropping kids off for half a day and letting them run your place. Which is another issue. Kids must be accompanied by adults! You cannot check in kids and let them go crazy there and basically making me watch my own kids and someone elses. You have to display last names on screen or announce when “blah blah family” your time has ended. They did it in panama and we were okay with that.Regardless it all, this place is A Bomb! It’s fun it’s awesome, and we been waiting on one forever. But in comparison to PCB Just Jump it falls 100 miles behind in organization, management and safety. I also understand they just opened up and trying to pull as many customers as possible before winter. So i have higher hopes for next summer!

Destin so needed this indoor Adventure Park!There are activities for all ages!Location- Urban Air Destin is located in the perfect spot. It is just off (the only main road in Destin) HWY 98 between The Palms of Destin and the Wal-Mart Supercenter. The parking lot is very large and can accommodate everyone.Staff- Upon entering, guests are greeted with smiles and hand sanitizer. Guests are prompted to complete a one-time waiver. Staff were friendly, helpful, and interactive with the guests. On several occasions I witnessed the employees “playing” with the giggling younger guests. The staff was very conscious about the safety of every guest while at the same time making sure every guest was enjoying their experience.Environment- Inside is low lighting, as the lighting changes from black to pink lights. Urban Air was advertising future glow parties, which really excited the kids. It was incredibly spacious and the layout was easy to navigate. Did not have trouble with crowds. The Café had numerous sodas, pizza, snacks, even beer and wine for those old enough to order.Activities- There is an impressive amount of activities to explore. Toddlers have their own special area, complete with slides. For those older, there are floor to wall trampolines, dodgeball, drop zone (one of my favorites), a few timed warrior courses, climbing walls, sky rider (indoor zipline), battle beam, wipeout, and more. What a perfect location for a birthday party or just to meet up with friends. This is THE place to release energy, have healthy competition, and just enjoy.
