Amanda and McKenzie were amazing! So friendly so knowledgeable and very willing to answer any and all questions. The store has a variety or items was neat and organized. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and definitely go back! Thank you ladies for all your help!

I felt extremely attacked as soon as i walked in and did not waste a penny here. Do not recommend, employees are snide so call head quarters to report them. Worst experience EVER! Do not go here to waste time.

Me and my wife went there bought a couple items and simply asked the young lady since she already had them opened to test them could she throw away the packaging so we could hide our personal thingsand she said no...

If I could give less than one star I would. I haven’t been here in almost 15yrs. One of your snooty employees accused me of shoplifting at the Destin location, rifles through my belongings without my permission and had the balls to ask me to lift my shirt to prove I wasn’t shoplifting. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. I should have brought a lawsuit against your company. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE. I really hope you have improved your customer service skills. What she did to me was a CRIME.

The young girl named Makenzie was very professional in helping me pick out my items and checking out.

This store is so lovely! The two employees bent over backwards to help us. They were very nice and friendly, and they made sure we knew where everything was, what this or that did, what deals and discounts they had, and more. They were able to answer our questions before we even asked them. They helped us find exactly what we needed, nothing more, nothing less. Will definitely be coming back.

I went in last week looking for a toy with specifications and brea was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. She has a great working knowledge of the inventory but more important she made me feel at ease. She has a very easy going yet professional vibe. And I love the toy she suggested. 10/10

Micheal, I believe was his name, was so friendly and helpful ! He had such an enthusiastic attitude and a ton of helpful information. I will defiantly be back. The only thing about the store , is that it is a bit overpriced and the stock was down. I hope this place gets more business so they can lower the prices and bring in more & better lingirie. But I had an awesome shopping experience and will for sure come back.

I loved the general store manager Amanda at the Destin,Florida location. She really helped my wife and I finding the perfect toy. She knew details about every toy and took the time to help us. When I go back to Risque moments Ill be asking for Amanda!!!!!

Cool, friendly staff. My husband and I enjoyed our visit.

As i walked into the store I was told(not asked because of the way she sounded) to leave my purse at the register! After I said no she said I had to leave it my car then. She said it was the rule. Havent seen it written anywhere!!!On top of all that i was the third female with a purse but for some reason she decided to run up!!! and tell me and not other two females who were already in the store and walking around with their purses!!!Management of the store should teach their sales people to be polite bc Its their JOB! This store is surviving only because its the only one in Destin. If i wasnt on a time limit I would have turned around and left. Next time I will plan my trip ahead of time so i can drive to Fort Walton Beach and go to stores where customers are appreciated and not under suspicion of stealing judging by their look or age or whatever she thought of me.Visited on Sunday afternoon June 25th 2017.P.s: after reading an answer from the owner. Dear owner, read a review again and try to see that I was talking about your unprofessional employee not your rule in general. Next time ASK everyone to leave their purses not just one. Never had problems with the store when it was Intimate Treasures.

IM SO ANGRY!!!! I WENT HERE TO GET A PONY PLUG SO ME AND MY COUSIN COULD PLAY TOGETHER!!! I EVEN CALLED THEM ON THE PHONE BEFORE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD IT. BUT U KNOW WHAT??? THEY DID NOT HAVE IT. I PULLED MY COUSIN ALL THE WAY THERE IN THE WAGON JUST TO BE DISSAPOINTED WITH NO PONY PLUG!!! ITS RIDICULOUS.
