Great space to hold a small party. Plenty of games for people to play, and simply makes for a fun, cozy hangout spot.

I love this place. So much room and so many great game options. Ive had both my kids graduation parties here. It was great. Last time we were here Marisa took great care of our party. Thanks so much.

Came on a Sunday for all ages! Kids had a great time, it was nice and slow so we really enjoyed it. Brought snacks and drinks and will definitely go back!

We just had a fabulous work gathering at Ricochet and it was a big hit!! It is set up perfectly to keep everyone engaged, with so many different games that everyone can find something they like. Conversation spots throughout the space make it easy to mingle with lots of people. Another plus is that they also allow you to bring in your own food! The only negative... wish they had an elevator to get up to their second floor location. Thanks for the fun afternoon!

Good times, Great games, fun idea. Had my company Christmas party here and my team really enjoyed it! Friendly and helpful staff, they checked on us several times. Would definitely do this again in the future.

It was a nice experience for foos ball, billiard, darts, and PING PONG! I love the ping pong tables. I havent played in years. I enjoyed it. The couple of downsides are the amount of stairs to climb to get to the place and they didnt offer snacks or non alcohol. However BYOB is allowed.

Was a good space.Went there for a birthday party. Whether you play games or sit and talk it is a good time. They have refrigerators available to put your BYOB in. Enough space for several substantial groups at the same time.

First, communication is not good. So,when planning an event, have a plan b. Sundays is family friendly days. Website is not kept up to date. We have tried 3 times to get in on Sundays. Each time were told open. We stopped in during the week to make sure they would be open today. And, guess what-not open. Wish someone else would open a place like this. Great concept. Very poor delivery.

Maybe this place should make sure they are consistent with their hours of operation. Tried to go to this place when their website and front door says theyre open only to find the doors locked. Calls to their number did nothing. Wont bother going back again.

A nice location for medium to large gatherings. It is a rough unfinished looking space. They have several ping pong tables with ample balls and paddles. There is a billiards table and a bumper table as well. There is a large screen where they project music videos, the DJ is the host person and they are super responsive to music requests. They have four dart boards with a full set up, lines marked and all. They have a SNES and N64 set up on an old CRT big screen TV. There are a couple of foosball tables. The bar area is usable and has been a hit for our group.

This place is so fun and I love that its BYOB. They have tons of games and space and a fridge to keep your drinks cold.

We had a great time! We went when it wasnt very crowded so we didnt have to wait to play anything. They had pool tables, darts, ping pong, bags, shuffleboard, and an N64 with Mario Kart.

Reserved the place for a friends bachelor party and it was a great place to start the night. We had issues running out of things to do and the floor space was awesome.

Best place to go in east village. Staff was really great! Only 10 dollars for a lot of great games.

Please beware when planning a party. I had called and left a message every day for 10 days to verify my reservation and no one ever got back to me. I had filled out the reservation worksheet online and the day before the party they got back to me and told me that they had a private event that night and could not host my party. VERY disappointed with their communication skills.

As long as you know what youre getting, this is a great addition to the Des Moines entertainment scene. Pool, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, and even darts are sprinkled around this large upstairs space. The decorations are appropriately vintage and it has that sort of secret Club kind of feel that only The Insiders would know about.

I was super excited today to go play some ping pong with the boys, sadly all I could do is ping pong my head on the locked door for 40 minutes until the boys and I lost hope and finally left. We called them multiple times, got hung up on multiple times. Just let us pong bro, gosh. Avada Kedavra yourself. Peace.1 year update: Back at the door and still nobody here to open it. Lmao. 40 minutes waiting at the door after they open and I am giving up. Our party put in 8 calls total and the calls were forwarded off site to someone who could not help and did not call back. It looks neat...well the front door does anyway. Locked such as it is.Update! A lady showed up 45 minutes after the sign says it opens and tells me the website says it opens at 6. Check the website and it says 5. Walked away and will not come back.Update #2: I received a call on Monday afternoon (3 days after the above) apologizing about the mishap and letting gme know it should not happen again. Unknown if we will try again due to the bitter letdown but I am giving them back a star for following up.
