Place is filthy, theater is trashed, employees are very rude and disrespectful with customers. Although I have been coming here for nearly a decade, I will not be back after being harrased by staff. Highly discourage everyone from patronizing this place.

Ive been here on and off over the last 5+ years or so. All I can say is this place is a dump. Currently there is no lock on the bathroom door. So annoying people that congregate around the video booths, constantly try to push in the door, despite their being a sign that says it doesnt lock, and PLEASE knock first.Video booths are horrible, dirty, and offer ZERO privacy. They added on 4 new booths at the very end. These 4 booths have a chain that goes across the opening to keep people out. However, people still lean over to look into the booth. None of the other booths have any chains or doors to keep people out.Trying to sit down and have privacy is impossible. There is a large group of Latinos that frequent this place and they hover around the video booths like VULTURES. The store clerks rarely do anything about them, despite playing the recording that you have to put money in a booth if youre back there. I see the store clerks check the video booths, but then they dont actually say anything.The atmosphere and vibe get ruined by the same guys hovering around the booths, and checking each booth every 5 seconds. The first time they looked wasnt good enough, so they have to keep checking multiple times and basically irritating everyone to death.They used to have really great clerks here, sadly I no longer see any of them. Now they have a young guy with purple hair that sits up front and even plays in the booths himself, but really does nothing to moderate the store in general.Basically if you want privacy, Im going to say, go to Taboo Video in Burien instead. The owner at Airport video is cheap, probably has no clue how the store is running, and wont fix simple things like putting a lock on the bathroom door, nor do they allow any kind of privacy.Same thing goes inside the theater portion. The seats are covered in lube, dirty, held together with duck tape, and obviously need to be replaced. Yet the owner does nothing.If you like visiting a stinky pit, by all means, come here. If not, look for cleaner establishments that keep up on small repairs.

I love this store it usually always satisfies everytime

This place is so welcoming! They keep it clean, organized and easy for customers to find things. It is easy to spark a conversation with one of the gorgeous employees. They have toys at unbeatable prices also! Great place to find everything you need or you can stop in the arcade or theater if you dont find anything! I doubt you will walk out empty handed, something there for EVERYONE!

Went their and the staff was cool only problem is not enough sex toy selection. Havent even tried the arcade or the theater over here yet. Too many creppy people I see coming out of there. But a good place to get decent cock rings.

We are new to Tacoma, and we went in to just window shop, but this place being super amazing we got so much stuff ended up spending $600 easy. The staff was very cool and helped us with everything, the arcade is amazing as well never been to one tell now, it was the hottest experience ever, we will be going back as much as we can thank you for this amazing place we hope to see you all very soon.

If I could rate 0 I would! Worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. The manager of the store was beyond rude to me and my boyfriend on an extremely unprofessional level. The inside is dirty and they don’t have a lot of inventory for couples. If you by the wrong item and don’t even leave the store yet they won’t let you exchange. Just a cheap company with cheap employees. Taking my business somewhere else and I highly recommend whoever reads this does too.

Ill be sure to post this on both yelp and google reviews.Anyways Im from Seattle so Ive seen my fair share of people come and go through this place. Actually considered getting into the business myself... But I am NOT happy to hear recently that Trinity was fired for NO apparent reason after asking a couple of the regulars. Every time that my wife and I came in, Usually once a week for the theatre, or any other needed supplies. :) She was the life of this place. Now this place seems to have a very DULL, Almost corporate undertone, its almost like theyre trying to make the video store more corporate in a weird way... Which actually probably should happen from a back business perspective, but they shouldnt change the customer facing aspects that work... In a business like this its all about your marketing, and sales person. At the end of the day this is who is driving the sales, this is the person that makes people feel comfortable walking in, and this is the person that the regulars come to know, and often times come back to visit for.I cannot say enough good things about Trinity. She was always working, She always had a great attitude, She knew the products inside and out, and she seemed to really drive this business. This place will definitely suffer from her termination. As a business owner myself Im sure they will see a significant drop in sales. (ohh well). Typical mismanagement, probably being managed by someone who has NO IDEA how the hell this business works.I Guess my wife and I will go to Secrets, and I will make sure that all of my friends do the same instead of coming here for our fun.A response from the owner would be nice. Or you can always reach out to me as I do professional consulting which this business severely needs. I could increase your sales 200%.

First off...great selection of videos! If you cant find it here it probably doesnt exist. Picked up a couple titles today for my stay in town. The arcade is as you would expect., clean and lots of titles to view. Pricing for arcade is fair and competitive. The theater is my fav spot; two screens; one for straight videos and another for gay titles. Its nice you can just kick back, and enjoy yourself without hassle or fussiness; simple easy and reliable customers keep me coming.

Well, went here today and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The arcade was great and also fun, till about the end. There were some guys that would stand at the opening of where the videos were playing just watching and staring and not where the GH was, it made feel a bit uncomfortable so I decided to leave I will be back though like it said it was fun just got to work through them coming and staring.

Hey, the world needs more places like this. Seriously! Wed have less crime, war and aggression if there were convenient, safe and affordable outlets for men to do what men are built to do. Straight, Bi or Gay, were all one species and need to spew our seed to be content and happy. I heartily recommend this place. Mostly men which is fine by me. If youre not open-minded, just close your eyes. Trust me, you wont know the difference.

Creepy as hell. Had two dudes walk in an state at me while I was in a booth tonight. Then when I left ckuz it was uncomfortable they both were standing against the wall.....like really can I get some privacy. Smdh

I swear the woman at the counter is racist. I was standing at the counter while she was talking to an applicatant for 10 minutes. Never said Ill be right with you, just kept talking as if I wasnt there. Then when I gave her my card and Id she put it on the counter instead of my hand. She was short with dark hair, glasses, and a little streak of blonde. She is just lucky I no longer practice. or do I?

They have a serious selection of anything you can imagine to help you with achieving a more spicy, fulfilling sex life. Gf loves everything we picked up that night. Watched some vids, too, while we were there.. First time for both of us. Cool setup. Still 5 stars, just wished there were any other couples than just us watching too, instead of gf and I plus 15 guys. Anyone know the best time to go to catch a more gender balanced theater going crowd?

I like the place. Ive seen a lot of personell changes but all good. My complaint is with the guys who hang out in the arcade. Im not sure why management allow them to crowd the entry way. A lot of aggressive mexicams and asians on cell phones taking up space.

A place more people should go to. You definitely wont be disappointed.
