Ummm...im pretty sure pre covid they had good seafood and business but now i feel like they are just serving 1 dollar pizza slices in order to bypasses the covid protocol for serving alcohol and remaining open and packing the place. I went there on Halloween and the place was packed. People packed at the bar no masks on and no seafood to be had...the reason i was there was for the food. Nope...just pizza slices and alcohol was available. Had to wait to be seated which is expected but it was a very long wait in a packed hallway with people who decided having on a costume meant you didnt have to wear a mask. Finally get seated in the and there is a band playing...almost no one has masks on while up walkn around and packed in for this band playing and not being waiter was until we flagged one down for a menu...just for them to come back and say....ummm...we only have pizza slices...no active menu. It just looked like a breeding ground for covid...and we wonder why WNY has a climbing covid rate.

Staff & food were great!Loved being able to sit outside & enjoy a band with our dinner.

Horrible lightning, had to use my phone to read the menu. Bit pricey, barely any lobster & shrimp in the bruschetta. Wings were good.

Cant beat this place! Its huge, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere inside and outside is unbeatable! The staff is simply amazing! So much to do and a great atmosphere to do it!

Just takes too long. I had to send my steak back because it was so overcooked. Crab legs cold. Once they cool its really hard to get the meat out intact. Just shredded. Even though I waited forever for and got completely inedible steak they still charged me the 7.99 for the crab shreds. Maybe if the server came and checked on us before we were all done with our food i would of gotten a replacement steak. But...that didnt happen.

Good atmosphere and friendly service, I met the owner and he was very nice and appreciative of us for our patronage.

Food was good, our waitress was very good when she came to our table. You definitely need more staff. At one point we waited over 30 minutes for our drinks, it wasnt even that busy. Need more waitresses.

I really liked this restaurant, my fiance and I went on Wednesday when they have crab day and I will be going back to eat again. The Crab was very good And so was salad and Bread. The meal was a little pricey but Its worth it. Service was excellent and friendly. Two thumbs up.

Went there to watch a live band. Amazing is an understatement! Room to move, I could always get a drink because of the huge bar. Cant wait to go back to watch another. And the show quality was fantastic as well!

Website looked promising, but restaurant didnt live up to it. Specials shown on website are totally outdated with incorrect pricing. Crab legs were disappointing. Meat came out shredded/mushy instead of in whole pieces. Stuffed peppers were bland.

Was here for a friends birthday. Not sure I would go back. It just isn’t the type of place I like to hang out at. I get more of a country bar feeling in here and I prefer my drinks in glasses and not plastic cups but completely understand why they don’t want to serve in glasses. Nothing wrong with the place just not my cup of tea.

Great venue!! Good was decent. Was there for live music. Yet staff couldnt answer much, and the bartender talked to much.

My wife and I were craving crab legs for several weeks when we finally found this place. We went on a Saturday night and were seated immediately at around 7pm. Our server was very very nice and attentive. Im sorry to say that I completely forgot her name but she was great.The decor was a very relaxing island jungle feel. We were seated in an area next to the bar and dance floor which was perfectly located. We were able to hear the band but could still have a conversation. The band was pretty decent for a disco band Now for the food review. It was absolutely amazing! I ordered the South Pacific stream pot and it was friggin huge! The seafood was tasty, fresh, and cooked perfectly.I just cant wait for our next date night. We will be back for sure!!!

Great place to eat and watch a concert. Only complaint is that it was cold in there when it was in the low 40s outside. I would guess it was about 55 inside.

The food here is AMAZING!! They have great bands on the weekend (many who start early). There is usually a cover of $5 but it pays for the Bands so its not bad. Getting a drink can Sometimes be a challenge but lately its been Great.

Surprisingly, food was delicious, atmosphere was eclectic and provided conversation for the duration of lunch.

First the fish fry price was crazy for the little amount that you get. It was like it was still in the deep fryer, it had so much oil on it. The potato salad came in a little 5 1/2 ounce cup as well as the two other sides. The potato salad tasted like i had just bit into a raw onion. The mac salad tasted like in had been made days ago, and had zero flavor. Also they gave me a total of 20 fries, yes i counted them. The fish fry was more breaded then it was fish. This is supposed to be a seafood place and is by far the worst seafood i have ever had. What kind of cooks do they have that cant make potato salad and mac salad. Its sad and pathetic.

Always a pleasure going into the cove they do a great job. I love the owner Brian hes amazing he always makes you feel like family. Its always busy and you always run into people you know.its a great place check it out. Food is awesome.

Valentines, one server on, one! Running room to room. Ordered seafood platter, never got salad, she said shed pack it to go. Got the seafood platter, butter to go with crab and lobster a bowl of oil, not butter, asked for another bowl, same, tasted like margarine oil. Ended up not eating crab or lobster. So basically waited for drinks. No salad, inedible butter. Ruined Valentines, and Im not a fussy, crabby person. Never again.

Our server did a great job managing all the food and drink orders. While the appetizers and entries were all very good. The live music also made for an entertaining evening.

Went to a retirement party upstairs at the Cove and it was a great venue. Private cash bar, tasty food, and the music from the downstairs band wasnt overpowering so we could talk easily. Staff were friendly and everyone had a great time.

Had funeral breakfast here. Buffet, everything was good but chicken was dry, but usually is at an even like this. Had a make your own ice cream sundae which was fun. very accomodating

We had 50 people for my sons birthday. The service was great. Plenty of good food, pizza wings, meatballs and cheese plate. The band was great, first time there and was impressed. Will go there again. Ps the bar tenders were freindly as were the whole staff.

Fun, two story bar with dance floor

Dance floor great fun, entertainment top notch for all ages. Variety of food , surf, turf,chicken, barbecue, soups. Think twice regarding seafood. We were served an ultimate seafood meal. Clams and mussels had unopened shells. Do not consume, and the crab cakes were over broiled and had excessive breading. Security is fine and drinks are plentiful. Enjoy a fun time dancing to the sounds of DeeAnn Tompkins- wow.

Signs say Smoking on the patio only but then the patio has No smoking signs everywhere. I was a little confused. Food was good, drinks where cold and live music.

Restaurant is Vastly understaffed, food took 2 hours to be served and was overall (between my party of 9) incredibly disappointing. The live music saved them from a 1 star.

Sunny was a fantastic host for my date, Tony and I. We loved what theyve done! My favorite part is the wedding room and I love the lights in the outdoor bar top. I am big on waterfalls too!

We had a group of 4 dining at the Cove last week. The food was very good as was the service. We asked for the dessert menu, and they had no desserts to offer. The musical group who was performing in the building that night was not the best.

Great place for a group get together. Service is quick both at the bar and tables. Food was very good. Cant wait until the nice weather to try out the patio deck!

The Cove has been around for many years. Many top local bands play here the acoustics arent the best. The food is good. There is an upstairs bar that can be rented for private parties which overlooks the lower level. Always a cover charge when bands are playing.

Went there for a Halloween party, super expensive just for the cover and couldnt even walk in without bumping into people. Couldnt get bartenders attention low staffed, bathrooms WAY too small for that big a venue, music sounded good though

Went there on 6/9/17 around 5:30. The wife and I wanted to go to a place that had a patio since it was nice outside. The place wasnt busy. The bartender on the first floor patio had finished making a martini for another customer as I walked up. I stood there for minutes as the bartender boasted to the customer (who already had his martini) about how well he makes martinis and that other bartenders in this day and age dont make martinis correctly. Well blah, blah, blah, I was okay with that. Being personable is something I like in bartender. I ordered two draft beers and created a tab. The next time I went up for another two drafts, the bartender totally snubbed me. He waited other patrons that came up to the bar after me. He eyeballed me, acknowledging he saw me, and still went to the people that came after me. He knew I was drinking draft beer and had a tab, how easy could it be to quickly pour me my draft beer and send me on my way. But no, he went to the other people first, got their order done, then proceeded to pick up plates left on the bar before looking at me. I felt totally discriminated against. This bartender is totally oblivious to his surrounding or he picks and chooses who he prefers to wait on.
