Everything was great with this location. It seemed clean enough, no issues with viewing the movie 1917. Seating was comfortable and easy to get to. The staff werent very friendly. They did their jobs, no issues, it would just be nice to see a smile and have some interaction. Its the little things that really add to the experience.Finally, I simply dont understand why the price of popcorn and a soda are so outrageous. (Yes, I understand basic economics and the businesses right to make a profit.) The only thing the high prices do is cause the movie goers to find more creative ways to sneak in their own food and drink. (Not that I did... ;) just saying...)

Very nice locally owned theater. We were here on vacation and just looking for something to do on our last night before our flight out the following day. The people were so nice who served us. The theater also was very cool with the added technology they had with the motion seats. I sure wish our theater at home had that option.

Great place to see movies. Concessions arent to overpriced, and are pretty decent. Good amount of theatres and showing types as well.

We saw Toy Story 4 last night. I love that the theater was not packed. The prices were very reasonable. The service was great. The staff was very friendly. I liked that you offer smaller drink choices and popcorn. The theater was clean, and comfortable. I will definitely be back again. I like supporting locally owned businesses. Keep up the good work

This place was alright. The food was good and the popcorn but people there need to respect peoples privacy. There were tons of people there when an incident with a lady happened and none of the staff saw it, not beleived me when it happened. But I did get the royal treatment before and they were nice, but still, I dont think the staff pay much attention.

Past times staff spent more time on their phones than doing anything else. This time a little more helpful.

Fairly well kept, clean and pricing is standard. Seats are enjoyable albeit some larger folks may find it cramped. Nothing to make it stand out except for their dbox seating with motion and vibration to immerse into the movie more. However, I cant say its truly worth it as the preview in the lobby seems offtune with the movie they paired it with.

Good movie..

This place is great! Its a great location and near many stores. I dont think theyre ever too busy. We had a great time and there were plenty of empty seats, if thats something youd like. They have deals here too. Its totally worth going here rather than some place thats super busy and crowded. There are plenty of choices for food. The food all looked great but I only got popcorn, which was great, and I had a few nachos. There are free refills on the large popcorn and/or pop.

I liked the assigned seating. Comfortable reclining seats and lots of space.

I wont go anywhere else to watch movies. Flix is the best- clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and friendly staff!

It is a nice but small theater. It was refreshing going to a theater and only having to sit through 2 previews, unlike regal. Only giving it 4 stars because they dont do reserved seating.

This is my favorite place to watch a movie. No recliners, no 100 movies playing at the same time, not a full-scale menu of food. Just nice people, a less crowded environment and a good time. Reminds me of going to the movies as a kid, but with enough modern ammenities to keep pace.

Very quiet and the lobby was clean. The theater we entered hadnt been cleaned and there was popcorn EVERYWHERE! You couldnt avoid stepping on it no matter where you walked. A cleaning person had to be found, who claimed she had just cleaned it. Somebody had to be paged to start the movie. Hmmmmm. Not too impressive but I do like going to this theater because its convenient and not overcrowded.

Very nice setup and reasonably priced. Seats are very comfortable and nice variety of concessions to choose from. Not too long of a wait to purchase tickets or Beverages. They show first run movies at a good price.

Went to see Endgame and they start the movie late. An over 3 hour movie with kids, and one of the people had to tell them it was almost 10 minutes late. Other than that clean and friendly. Tickets are a good price, worth it. I just think it was a misstep on their part but probably not the norm.

I have been to this place many times .... This time it was very messy. From the walk walk to our theater to the seats. We went to an 11:30 show and I dont understand how the place didnt look like it was even vacuumed! We chose our isle and there were nachos all over the floor.As always the staff was amazing just really surprised how messy it was.

I was very disappointed when seeing the new Lion King movie this week. The original is one of my favorite movies, and I was anticipating the new version for months. To me (any many Im sure), the best part of the Lion King is the music- well, the sound at the viewing I attended was absolutely terrible. It was WAY too quiet, with no surround sound at all- the only sound appeared to be coming from one measly speaker near the screen. The music in this movie is so moving and important to the story, and this aspect was completely lost. I was hoping it would improve after whoever was running the show noticed, but it didnt. Im already making plans to see it again at another theater because I was so disappointed.

Watched Godzilla movie with d box seating. The whole experience was worth doing. I wouldnt recommend paying d box prices for every movie, but definitely nice for action movies.

Its way better than Regal. At flix, they have more seats for every movie than regal

I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the seats were. There was also alot of leg room. We could only be so lucky to get this on an airplane? We hadnt been to this Dipson theatre in a couple of years and they definitely picked up their game.

Good prices on the movie itself, but the drinks are often too weak or the popcorn is drenched in butter..but you get the quality you pay for. Clean theaters, no pre-choosing seats like Regal.

Much better than Regal theatres. Have seen many movies here and will continue. Reasonable prices, clean theatres, and friendly staff. Also with no reserved seating you dont have to hope you get a seat next to friends, because some douche got his tickets online.

We love Flix. It is locally owned & it delivers the same high quality as the higher priced theaters. Its newly renovated & has all the bells & whistles including g squishy reclining seating & the upgradable seats that have motion with the movie scene. They have the latest movies & prices are great!

We saw Star wars at the 10:30 a.m. showing the theater was cold very cold in The stadium seats for me personally the sound was way too loud

Saw Oxeans 8. A great movie. Theater has bargain days, 1/2 off on popcorn, etc. Comfortable seats. Really, anywhere you sit, you can view the screen good. Lots of space for handicap and regular parking.

Saw the new Star Wars, all 2.5 hours if it. Seats are comfortable, sound is great, concessions are pricey. Overall good place to watch a movie that needs to be experienced on the big screen. I would like to see SW again but in the moving seats. ? Not sure what they are called.

You would think that this is the lesser movie theater, but is actually quite nice, with a convenient location. The prices on food and drinks is about this same as most theaters. Staff is always friendly.

It is clean, nice new seats, great sound. However, the debit card(credit card) readers were down leaving the patrons scrambling for cash. Oh, the popcorn was surprisingly really! Ask for butter topping and salt well, very tasty!

This theatre is very nice! We use coupons from our coupon book purchased through a fundraiser at my daughters school which allows us to buy tickets for any show at matinee pricing. Very nice atmosphere and VERY comfortable seats!

This is my go to theater. The prices are great, the theaters are nice, and you can invest in a massive plastic popcorn bucket that has a permanent $3-4 refill charge whenever you bring it back.Maybe thats just a bright spot for me because I eat too much popcorn, but theyre great all around is what you should take away.

Great service and comfortable seats. Went in the early afternoon on a weekday with my daughters. They really wanted the Cheetos popcorn which they didnt have prepared. They not only made a batch for my daughters but also brought them into the theater for us! Granted it wasnt busy at the time but that was an awesome gesture and they were more than willing to make my daughters happy.

I took a bunch of little kids to see Winnie the Pooh and they sent me to Slender Man. The cashier was a creepy teenage boy. Happened to my family, and a family of 2 little girls. All the kids were screaming and crying. They gave us free tickets. Thats all they did. Never go here with little kids.

This theater is amazing for me. Im a frequent flyer and now Im recovering from a broken hip but that doesnt stop me. I get a ride there and they help carry my popcorn and pop to the handicap section and make sure Im settled in. What more could I ask for...SO HELPFUL TO THOSE THAT NEED IT!!!

This is the only movie theater we go to. We love their prices. When you buy a big, blue refillable popcorn bucket it only costs $3.50 to fill it up. I cant remember how much the bucket costs, though.

Pretty decent quality, the chairs arent the best but the popcorn is delicious and everything is affordable!

Dont go on training night... First time to see this place wanted to try D-Box, ordered tickets, movie starts NO D-Box, go out and ask then told we didnt pay for it, its another $8.00, so I guess you have to make sure your getting your order right... Manager not focused on,customer satisfaction just making money, we BOTH asked for D-Box when,we paid for tickets... They could just fixed it, but was so focused on changing us more money I just said forget it, whole point is listen to what your customers ask for, if you make mistake make it right! The place was dead, I miss whole start movie we were only ones even in theater! If your training people you have someone with the new person, in short very POOR management!!! Not sure we will return!

I really like the dipson theater on Transit Road in Lancaster. It is close to my house its clean and all the employees are always friendly. Usually when we go on a Tuesday there are very few people there so you get any seats you want. There was lots of parking and its new to many other places if you want to shop or eat afterwards. Tuesdays they have half-price on stuff from their snack bar in a reduced admittance fee.

Older than most theaters. No reclining seats, just rockers and they are showing about of wear. Good variety of movies,and times though.

Great little place

Excellent value on a Tuesday with several kids. Movie prices are reduced on Tuesdays, as well as concessions being less expensive (I think half price). Seats arent the electric recliners, but are wide and comfy. My family of five can go for less than $60 which is a steal with everyone getting their own popcorn and drink. The staff has always been attentive and polite when weve gone as well as the theater and bathrooms being clean.

Great place to catch a movie! Prices are alot more agreeable than Regal. the chairs are comfy(wish they would recline),also I tried their Dbox seats.... if theres a scary movie... and you like to jump....def give them a shot. The seats are a little more expensive but if youre going just to be scared I recommend them.
