After a few months of attending SoccerFit, my 13 year old daughter just boomed in her ball skills! She wins all most all the one on ones during games, she is confident when she has the ball and has total control of the ball like never before. I am in my forties and I had never played soccer until July 2011 when I started attending Soccer Fit classes 1 to 2 times a week. Only a few months later I had soccer legs-I have defined quads, hamstrings and calves. Running for exercise never made my legs look this good. Furthermore, I can actually play soccer now and dribble the soccer ball like a Brazilian! Thank you coaches Dan and Zico!
