Bellco theater is nice but the parking garage is a nightmare! 3000 spaces but only 1 way in & 1 way out! Took us 1 & 1/2 hours to get off the 3rd level. If you had a medical emergency you would b in serious trouble!

Staff was nice. Now to the issues we got tickets by the stage it seemed well organized at the beginning security checking tickets to make sure your tickets matched the area. But once the concert started they let anyone and everyone down there couldnt even enjoy the show had people smoking cigarettes in front of us. Not to mention acting a fool. I dont think its right people pay extra to have good seats and the venue just lets whoever down there. And the drink selection was trash for what they were charging.

This could be a 5 Star review, if not for 2 things: Most importantly THE SOUND QUALITY SUCKED! Pretty much all the sound comes from 4 speakers located at the front of the stage. Which Im sure works well for the people in the balconies because they have that acoustic theater ceiling to carry the sound back there, but you could not hear the low end sounds out in the Orchestra section. Everywhere you could hear people saying What did he say? They need to put a few small directional speakers under the bottom of the balcony, pointed towards the Mid and back of the orchestra section.Second GLARING problem was: THE GLARE!!! Omg, the double spotlights are waaaay too bright! Completely washed out Ron White, and makes the area directly around the performer look like a misty lake! I understand the concept of stage lighting, but it was just TOO MUCH. I had to squint and look away most of the time. The Good: There is the perfect amount of ambient lighting in the audience so its not impossible to find your seats, the rows and seats are clearly and visibly marked, and the staff actually knows what they are doing! The Landmark was a nightmare when it came to this matter, and Im so glad that Bellco was the complete opposite! Bellco staff know right where your seat is!

The Belco Theater is located near the Convention Center. We attended there a special dinner for my company. The place has a tired look and feel. It has a muggy smell and feel. The flooring leading to the entrance is not designed for ladies with high heels. The vendor they used for food is pretty bad. The food was overcooked, cold and for the setting they placed everything on the table, including the desserts and coffee mugs along with the bread and salads. There was no true customization. Definitely need to learn the art of hospitality!

No more parking attendants. Park, go to elevator, learn you have to trudge back to car to get your stall number. Stand in long lines to purchase parking ticket at kiosk. Go into lobby. Stand in longer lines to go through security. Enjoy show. Stand in lines to take elevators to parking facility. (Maybe stand in a line or two to use the restroom.) Take 58 minutes to exit garage. Sit in your car while it is hot, stuffy and you hope you wont be asphyxiated by carbon monoxide. All of these technical advances to save the company labor and petty costs. Each one of them a digital middle finger to the consumer. NOBODY could play this theater in the future which could make me return - EVER.

A fantastic event absolutely ruined by having to sit in the same parking space for 85 minutes. No idea why traffic was completely gridlocked, but no one should pay to see a show, pay for parking, then be held hostage for over an hour just trying to exit. The theater should have opened up both ramps to allow people to leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

Saw John Cleese here last week. It was great! The food and drinks were good and not too expensive, but not cheap either. Parking was good and cheap. Had a small issue with security at the end of the night not wanting us to wait near a door for our ride (since one of us JUST had knee surgery), but that got worked out. I wont base our whole experience on that one individual who had clearly been working too long a day. The staff otherwise was great, getting us a wheelchair for the recovering person in our party and making sure to give us directions for the straightest route everywhere we needed to go. The seats in the theater werent the most comfortable Ive ever sat in, but Ive also had worse. All in all it was a great time had by all and the facility was great. When you go, make sure to use the parking garage on site and dont park across the street or around the block. The difference was $12 on site instead of $38 across the street.

Awesome venue the only downside is that their concession stands are incredibly slow and the lines end up being ridiculous. They take orders at the cafe stand and get backed up to the point where 30 people are waiting for a drink. At that point they dont take names or have order numbers so its incredibly confusing and you have people taking other peoples drinks and just a lot of unnecessary confusion. The venue and the restrooms are awesome though. Ill return, just probably not to a concession stand.

You MUST finish your meal before the play, or you can not come in! Several times we had restaurants offer to keep our leftovers during plays, we never asked why just thought it was a nice service, but the one we ate at this time said they could no longer offer this service due to health code rules. The theater we found out will not allow you to take any type food in including leftovers, candy, deserts or snacks: forced us to toss expensive desserts out that we ordered to go for our moms after our meal. We did not have a car nearby to put them in either. They were not even nice about it, guess some people must get upset with the security staff but they could at least be friendly as they explain the rule, we understood it was not the staffs fault but they jumped all over us and started yelling before we could drop the bag in the trash. Cant check them either, they are afraid you will not buy their candy if you bring food in even if you check with your coat? Crazy rule for a theater in a restaurant district. Play was great so did not ruin the night at least.

Parking Garage is a joke. The tight radius narrow spiral is a nightmare to navigate. Especially looking at the thousands of vehicle scrapes all the way up and down the ramps. We paid over $100 a ticket sitting in area lower 3 within 5 seats from the right. We could not ever see half of John Legend’s band. I’m not kidding. Never saw the drummer, keyboard, bass player. We saw the guitar player once when he walked up front for a solo. The audience spread line is simply too wide for the stage. The sound was ridiculously loud and terribly in balanced. A huge amount of midrange coming out of the horns and nothing else such as treble or bass showed up at our ears until it had already bounced around the room. I’m so disappointed. I expected so much more than a typical Pepsi Center concert Experience. (Except one time we went to a Sarah Mcgloughlin concert at the Pepsi Center and somehow she brought the crew and technology to make her concert sound fantastic.) It can be done right.

Also parking is a Nightmare, the parking GARAGE IS LITERALLY A NIGHTMARE. I got traumatized going up A never ending blind SIDED incline for what felt like a kilometer. The theater is huge, it seats 5000. The theater is nice, but the parking garage is poorly designed. It has a very narrow, long spiral drive to get to the parking areas. Many people have hit the walls going up. Then when our show was over, we sat in our space on the 1st floor (3 levels total) for 50 minutes before we could move. By the time we were able to get out, the upper levels had cleared out & most of the spaces on the 1st level we had parked on were empty too. AVOID THE PARKING GARAGE. No signs indicating how to get back to parking garage, staff is completely untrained and overwhelmed... unable to answer basic questions like how do I get out of this building and return to my automobile I paid to park here under the assumption Id be able to get back to it?. Try and open a door and get to the street just for the sweet release of escaping this prison and they will aggressively berate you while refusing to give and alternative plan to get out. Oh, and when you do get back, steel yourself for a solid 30-45 minutes of sitting motionless in the garage as cars creep out onto the street one every 5 minutes or so multiplied by a few thousand. Good shows though.

Seats are uncomfortable. Location of seats is inconvenient, and highly inaccessible. Lack of signage around the building makes finding the appropriate elevator and parking garage difficult. Parking garage only has 1 exit, myself and several hundred people were trapped in the parking garage for well over an hour after something happened at the exit and traffic could not move. The screen that the movie was shown on was too small for the size of the theatre and looked like it was postcard size from my seat. Because there were very few elevators from the theatre to parking, lines to exit the theatre were massive. Entering and leaving this theatre by car is inconvenient. This place needs a major overhaul.

Theater was fine but *leaving* the theater made it very clear how poorly run this place is and how uninitiated the staff are. The signage to get to where you need to go are either non-existent, ambiguous, or placed in the most pointless locations that are seen by no one. On top of that, the staff standing around offered NO help: they just stood there watching us moving to potential exit points at a molasses speed. Speaking of which, the time it took to peacefully exit the premises makes me *very* fearful of how long it would take to get out in the instance of an emergency. In terms of beverage service, this place uses compostable cups but they have no compost receptacles, which makes the cups no better than regular plastic ones. Do not be fooled into thinking they care about the environment.
