I really love the community and the studio space so much!! I wish I lived closer, it would be my primary gym! The really high ceilings are great, and I love the chill and supportive atmosphere. I’ve always had a great time in open gym, especially, because there’s so many different people and ideas bouncing around. The instructors are amazing and highly qualified and exactly what you look for in a good aerial teacher.

I recently moved to the Denver area and was looking for my new circus home when I found Denver Circus Collective. I love the space, the safe teacher support and encouragement as well as my classmates who have welcomed me with open arms. I appreciate the variety of classes, the pop-up workshops and opportunities to take advantage of an open gym session throughout the week! Parking is ample which is also a plus. I’d recommend this facility to newbies or the seasoned performer!

I have been coming here for aerial silks classes for about six months now, and I love how great I feel after I leave. I started out very athletically challenged, and although I still have a long way to go to reach my aerial goals Ive felt a huge increase in body confidence. The instructors are genuinely welcoming and supportive, and enthusiastically encourage all shapes, sizes, and levels...and the space of the gym itself is huge! Im glad I chose to start my aerial journey with Circus Collective!

I found Circus Collective when I moved to Colorado 2 years ago, and I fell in love immediately. I was looking for a place to continue developing my aerial skills, and I found so much more - community, artistry, and passion. I continue to work on Aerial silks, but have also been pushed to try other apparatuses by the amazing instructors! 10/10 recommend this lovely community. ️

Great aerial studio with high ceilings, and has pulley system set up which I love. Moved to Denver over the summer, and the ladies (and guys!) in class have been very welcoming and encouraging. Also plenty of parking. They offer classes in all apparatuses, though seem to have a focus on silks/rope/hammock.

I love the Circus Collective! It became a second home to me while I was living in Denver/Boulder. Uplifting and inspiring, I owe a lot of my growth and aerial skills to the fine teachers and magic of this space. So as a kid I LOVED the Circus... Ringling Bros, small traveling ones, they were all a sight to see. The Circus Collective, blew my mind away! Talk about feeling like a kid and actually doing some of those aerial movements you always wanted do.. and best thing is youre not 150 plus feet in the air (#bucketlist)! The staff is amazing and friendly and welcoming, the instructors are bar none to say the least... Helpful and patient the whole time while making nthe class enjoyable the whole time. Thank you for the experience and instruction Sarah [trapeze (aerial) instructor], and thank you Dylon for the invite...

Love the fellow aerial class goers, especially Lyra. Like anywhere else, classes vary from instructor to instructor on amount of conditioning, focus on sequence, etc. so worth trying out several until you find a good fit.Only downside is that with popular aerial instructors, classes sometimes get over the 10 person max, which cuts down on air time and instructor attention.

The Circus Collective is unlike any place I have ever been involved with. As soon as I found it, I knew I was home. I felt warm and welcome, among my tribe. The energy is bright and revolutionary. The collective effort to create the magic that is so apparent is pure heart. The space is a gathering of like minded visionary artists, healers, performers, yogis, aerialists, and most importantly, community. It is a place to be your authentic self, where you are celebrated, not tolerated. I say we all join the circus and change the world!!!

Had so much fun at Lyra today! Instructor was friendly, attentive, and organized. The class size was small enough that I actually got plenty of time to try things (which hasn’t always been the case for me at other studios). I felt super safe the whole time and had more fun than I can explain in a google review. Just go. Try new things. You’ll love it.

This is my review of my experience....and my daughters time at camp for children. My Family has been coming to the Circus Since Jan 2019. We have attended the Sunday Dance. My Daughter Danielle danced while I volunteered with Joys Kitchen. We have enjoyed the environment until the owner Air invited Danielle to the Circus Camp for one week. We both worked hard to ensure Danielle was able to attend. The first Day when I dropped off Danielle the owner Air was not there. The teacher was, I left the enrollment forms with the teacher. Once I picked up Danielle the first day, The afternoon teacher was having the kids play with balloons. In the paperwork I listed Danielles Allergies to latex. Danielle informed the teacher as well. I was not called. I informed Air that it was listed in the paperwork and she agreed to discontinue using the balloons as an active for the camp.2nd day am for camp, again Air was not there. However, texted and said she was around the block. I left my daughter with another parent to did not mind due to the fact I had to get to work. 4 hours later I get a call from Air stating I needed to get my child Danielle asap due to the balloon activity would continue and Danielle was kicked out of camp. I was at work unable to leave. I informed Air I would need a full refund which i did receive. However, We have now lost a trusted place where our family enjoyed being and most of all I thought we had friends who cared about Danielle and her latex allergies.Danielle was diagnosed a few years back with Autism. It took months to form this trust for her. It is truly heartbreaking to have to explain it to her. Air did not even tell Danielle. And after taking a few weeks to calm down I do think it is still wrong that my child was kicked out of camp for having an allergy.Air even said a Mother complained her son could not play with the balloons. And i just wanted to say Sorry but my childs life is worth more than your sons play time around my daughter. Please be careful when leaving your children here if they have allergies. I provided paperwork however, it was not even looked at.And we have most of all lost a very special friend with Joys Kitchen where we got alot of much needed food for our family. The Ward Family

This a beautiful space. The mats are new, and the ceilings are high. The owners- Air and Peter are lovely people. There is something for everyone. My only suggestion is to come prepared. There is only metered parking, and while it hasnt been an issue lately, I would plan a little extra time for parking if you are attending a class.

The Circus Collective has a great downtown Denver location and accessible classes for all levels. The contortion class pushed my flexibility and Joanna Curley taught a very fun multi-level Lyra class that successfully engaged with multiple experience levels. I highly recommend checking out this new studio collective whether you are a first timer to circus arts or are looking to enhance existing skills.

The owners - Ariana and Peter - are kind, intriguing individuals who welcome new attendees with open minds and hearts. Ive enjoyed the classes and feel like I learn a lot each time. Ill continue to go back. Circus Collective is located inside an art gallery / hub. The space celebrates and inspires movement in ways I havent experienced at other gyms or training centers. In fact, I might ask them if I can occasionally work remotely in the space because it is so beautiful. Finally, I havent had any issues with parking and just walk to warm-up on the way to class.

This place is awesome! The owners Air and Peter are two warm and welcoming people, who care about experience and safety of their students. The space is absoultley beautiful. Its open and inspiring. They have large, and thick passed mats that make being up in the air less intimidating. They share the space with an art gallery, so I get learn how to do all of these crazy and amazing aerial and ground work surrounded by beautiful art work. They have an amazing collection of talented and experienced teachers. Each one I have taken a class with has been mindful of everyones experience level, and make sure that each move is understood. They will show you progressions to get where need to be for a certain move, which is amazing. They also have open gym available. They have silks, trapeze, and Lyra rigged up, and you can just practice and play on them. Which is awesome, cause its hard to find spaces to just freely practice on aerial apparatuses. It is such an inspirational place to learn from. Im so happy there is a place to learn aerial dance, that is so inpirational and beautiful, in Denver.Do give your self 10 minutes or so to find parking and walk over to the studio. Also I suggest bringing some quarters if you run out of time. There is metered parking right outside the studio. There is 2 hour parking on Arapahoe , I believe.
