This gallery is the project of Alexis McLean who is the niece of Santa Fe Cookie Co. founder Debbie Kuehn. Alexis took over the cookie business in October 2017 after her aunts death in June of that year. This is both a second location for the cookie business and an opportunity for Alexis to follow her main passion of painting. The gallery will show Alexis paintings plus work from local and regional artists. When I was in the storefront was selling the larger size two-for-$5 Santa Fe Cookie Co. offerings plus some other treats and hand-crafted items from craft Colorado vendors. The store is open for Happy Hour Cookies from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday through Friday. It also participates in the Final Friday Golden Triangle Art Walks and is open on the last Friday of the month from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with 2-for-1 cookies from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. They are also open for special events from time-to-time.
