Clean and friendly staff at Sam’s.

This town mall is growing by the minute! New stores and nice people all around. I was so surprised to see all the new stores in the area. Notwithstanding, the newest gas stations, eateries, stores, you pick it. It’s going great and Razor Ranch! Come check it out ! You’ll be surprised. It’s a good place.

I Love it! Im super happy that this area has been built. It really has helped residents of Denton, Texas have other option. You have many options: movies, bowling, hair salons, food/restaurants, stores to get stuff you need including groceries, household items, clothing, eye glasses, and more. Check out Rayzor Ranch Town Center. its quite new, very clean, and I do LOVE this area!!

Not sure why its listed as a mall. Make no mistake, this is just a collection of stores like youd find anywhere else, in strip fashion, complete with restaurants, big box stores and gas stations. Good selection overall.

Beautiful store

This is my favorite Sams Club in the area. Its well organized, the customers and employees are nice, and the food are always super fresh. Heck, even the parking is good! Being at Rayzor, youre perfectly located to shop for almost anything you can imagine....

Being in this town for five years and I love the growth. A very great place to shop for all of my needs and love giving back and spending money at home. Thank you.

Food was horrible .bread was old and food tasted bad. Soup was cold. Bread was tough and could no eat.

Pretty great selection of stores. They even have Electric Vehicle charging stations. If your spending time in Denton this is definitely a good place to spend some time and shop around at

Probably one of my favorite things that was added to University Drive. There’s a great variety of delicious food, and a few places to shop casually. You can walk through or drive around, and it’s quite spacious as well.

Try their cappuccino and caffe mocha they are great no matter where you order.

VERY GREAT VARIETY OF STORES AND RESTAURANTS. EVERYONES FAVORITE AS WELL AS MY OWN, WAL MART AND SAMS CLUB.

Good food good prices. It was clean and the people were nice and professional.

Got some cool fish from Petco. Academy didnt have much selection on rod and reel holders for boat. Other than that, got what I needed

Didnt get to check out everything in the center. Quick trip. Nice stores, restaurant selection in area. Great parking. Marshalls is always a favorite. Kohls, next time. Layout of stores flows. Always fun to browse through if youve got time. Marshalls had Great buys and good clearance, fall seasonal things for home and wear. Denton is full of many things to explore, too. First time here since moving away. The construction from home to here much better. Nice drive on 380, east to west with no construction that I noticed!

This is a very nice place to shop. It is a clean and inviting place to go.

Just waiting on this to be completed. Swanky 3 star Embassy Suites is over there run by OHM... Alamo Draft House has been erected to compete with the local Movie Tavern, Plenty of Food and Retail to pull in townfolk. Soon to have home developments between that area toward the hospital. It would be nice to see some type of decent open air venue out there, it would really compliment the new convention center as both could bring the attention of the entertainment industry, much less give a better platform for any local talents.

Every time i come over here there is a new shop so its pretty cool to shop over here.

Could use some better stores. I wished they would put a new Kroger in this area .

Great shopping area for all.kinds of needs. Only thing I dont like is that it is not a lot of parking space.

Alot of new stores on the north side of Denton Texas

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. There seems to be something for everyone. I encourage everyone to have a look around. There are also stores for those who like to shop.

If you like sprawling, hot parking lots, strip malls, chain restaurants & Garland, TX. Razor Ranch is the place to be.

This was the worst Walmart ive ever seen. Almost all shelves were empty. No employees around to get anything off the top shelf.. basically u have to fend for yourself... There were absolutely NO registers open, everyone was waiting to check out at the self check out so the line way into jewelery. Def dont recommend going here. U certainly will never go to this Walmart ever again

This is a nice and large facility. It has many places to shop like Petco, Academy, Walmart, Sams, etc and it is flush with restraints fast food and sit down including a Starbucks. Restraints include Taco Cabana, Whataburger, Cowboy Chicken, Paneras, Panda Express, organic sub shop, 2 Mexican food sit downs or to go, Dickeys BBQ, Wing Stop. It includes a Racetrac gas station a Braums a Best Western hotel and Cracker Barrel.

For the most part the shopping center has quite a lot to offer. A little something for just about everybody I think. I will say that the parking is a little messed up and tight and there is always a big line coming out of Starbucks that blocks traffic they need to figure that out sandwich Chick-fil-A

Dont know how to make French onion soup and my bread was dry on my sandwich

Traffic here is a nightmare but the shops are in a great location. Good variety of things to do and parking is usually plentiful.

Parking is always plentiful and the stop signs are well placed for traffic. I enjoy all the stores that are in the complex as well as the landscaping.

It was packed with a lot of people, and no one knew how to get out of the way. Parking, as well as getting out of this place was terrible.

I love this shopping center. If you are in North Denton/Sanger area, this location is perfect. Groceries, clothing, restaurants, coffee, cell phone services, etc. New development is on going. The new Alamo Drafthouse is a great new movie spot and the new Embassy Suites is right next door!

Easy parking and a good selection of stores and eating establishments.

Like the good number of entrances and the safety features of parking structures and security. Lanes during exiting makes it easier to leave

Its a shopping center. Driving around the area can be a little stressful, but otherwise its just a bunch of chain stores and restaurants, so its hard to have a strong opinion.

The stores have gotten better over time,but still need to work on the traffic flow.

Very nice Plaza! The restaurants are all very good in this area. And the nail salon we visited is clean and well taken care of. Will definetly come back to the bbq place and the nail salon. The Walmart is also very clean and well maintained!

This area is ok, but it is VERY busy all the time and hard to just get in and out when I need a quick trip to the store.

A very convenient shopping mall has just about anything that you can think of and one egg awesome!

Its a good place to go get some food or groceries really fast because the stores are medium to small size. The only problem is that its always crowded.

Rayzor Ranch was already good, the expansion and additional stores is making it even better. They have a couple Tesla charging stations if anyone needs them.

Lots of shopping at well known stores. Grocery and apparel and places to get your grub on!

Very well maintained shopping center, usually with construction going on as they are still building stuff.

This is a big shopping center with easy access off us380 on the N W side of denton.

When its not Christmas time getting to and from Razor Ranch is fairly easy using the right entrances and exits. There are a few place we like eating there and more are opening as the development progresses.

Has several nice food options and overall good for finding all your shopping needs in one location.

Its fun and thrillimg atmosphere couldnt be more laid back lots of fun

Awesome place, but there are limited clothing options (no upscale chain).

Needs better signage for retaretailers, and traffic is busy, just be watchful for crazy drivers and youll be fine.

Walmart, Sams, Petco, Kohls, Academy Sports, Marshalls, 5 Below, Cowboy Chicken, First United Bank, First State Bank and many other various retail, financial and restaurants at this location.

Others cant stand Walmart however I really like the one stop shopping that I can get there.

Traffic and parking can be challenging at the Sams Club/Wal-Mart end of the Center. They are continuing to add new stores every month or so the places to shop at is expanding.

I tried to drop off my prescription at the Wal-Mart. They were rude and said they didnt have my medicine in stock so I had to take it somewhere else.
