Be aware of fake reviewers in these listings. Note how reviews are either 5 or 1 stars. Use your own intuition when reading these reviews. The following is a true story.Tubing for a family of 5 costs $150 plus $10 for the luxury of bringing a cooler. On the way to the drop-off point, the bus driver got lost and as a result we lost about an hour of our day. The actual tubing trip was advertised as a 3 hour ride, but with the hundreds of jagged spike logs and other obstacles, it took about 5 hours to navigate the journey. And when I say navigate, you must be actively aware of all the upcoming dangers and physically move out of the way. This is no lazy river. On the trip we were passed by two air boats, each time moving way to fast for comfort and each time pummeling our tubes into the shore. The second pass was about three feet away from my youngest sons tube and knocked him fully out of the water. Thank God we put him in a life vest.By the time we got back, all of our fair skinned family was literally suffering from exposure and heat exhaustion. We had to walk the 1/8 of a mile back to our car to find it was fully boxed in on 4 sides. We had to wait over two hours for another family to return so we could leave. There is ZERO parking enforcement and the owner claims I dont care about the parking situation. There were literally hundreds of cars fully boxed in sometimes double boxed in.During our wait, my youngest had to use the restroom. There is one toilet available for the thousands of people who visit this place. The so-called restroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. The building was a rotted out shipping container. There was no toilet paper. There was feces and vomit on the floor. There were no lights, and there were cockroaches skittering about everywhere.

I think they need to redo how everything is setup from the time you get their to the time you leave. It was fun at times when the water was deep enough to float. They did have a lot of trash in the river we lost a tube cause it got busted on debris. They need to clean out all the debris so ppl can enjoy it if not you will hurt yourself .

Been trying to tube for nearly a month. Couldnt get anyone to pick up the phone for two weekends, and then the third week I got an automated message saying they closed for the season. I find my self wanting to travel over to Mississippi instead because they at least answer their phone.

As a business, I feel it should be high priority to keep things in order. Seeing all the tubs that Tiki Tubing rents out completely trashing our river is absolutely disgraceful. The lack of effort Tiki Tubing shows in collecting their own tubs is extremely minimal to say the least. I refuse to support a business who trashes the same thing that they use make their money on.

Do not recommend. They do not take care of the river in any way. If you dont get caught up in one of the hundreds of popped tubes littered down the river, youll definitely crash into multiple downed trees, above and below water. There was also an insane amount of beer cans littered along the banks. We filled an entire cooler tube with trash, and we barely made a dent.

Y’all should really help clean up the river. The tubes left are a disgrace. You could charge a decent priced deposit left per tube to ensure people bring them back.

**Headline: an infant went underwater and the establishment didnt do a thing to help. Not. A. THING.**So tubing a river is inherently dangerous, it is not a lazy river, but this place sold tickets to a mom from out of state with 2 infants who couldnt swim well. The tube flipped one infant went under and the establishment was notified by complete strangers and help was promised and never sent. Then they stopped answering the phone all together. 911 was called and 3.5 hours later help finally arrived. Thank whatever God you pray to the baby did not suffocate before help arrived and complete strangers stepped in to rescue everyone and call for help. They very literally and seriously did not care about their patrons dying. I dont understand how any of that is legal. I dont understand how it is still open.Commentary on the facility itself.Changing area is a scary unlit shipping container with curtains for dividers; it is part bathroom too, with a toilet but no sink to wash your hands...? Parking lot is a sandy grassy long wooded strip. Wild lack of staff. Wild lack of communication to the patrons. Wild lack of communication between staff themselves. They then sold us tickets for tubes they dont have. They took us on a bus trip down a highway with unsecured coolers stacked on the outside of the bus. Dropped us off in the middle of nowhere with no explanation, no official staff that spoke english to give us directions. Those of us who spoke Spanish and the Spanish speaking gentlemen reasoned out that they were blowing up tubes for us and that the piles of discarded tubes were not for us but that the cooler tubes that we paid for were no where to be found. We finally got on the water they dont provide ropes to tether to each other. Staff all left by the time we got back.

It’s a fend for yourself type of thing. There’s no workers to help you SURVIVE. There’s a person collecting money and a person who drove us to the spot. Felt like we were in Wrong Turn by the looks of it. Almost everyone with us got hurt because there’s trees and branches under the water that you cannot see at all and you just float HARD into them. I didn’t think we were going to make it. I felt like I was on Cast Away when he built a little floaty boat. There were tons of busted rafts stuck on the sides in the trees, and I just knew I was going to see a dead body.

There is a lot of debris, and there was a dead hog, caught on some branches and semi-submerged..pieces of rotting flesh that looked like the water was melting it offI get it-it’s nature, death happens..but DANG, how can you relax when you’re essentially floating downstream from decay??! After notifying the staff, they just shrugged it off..

Terrible experience, only 1 bus was running. Had to wait a hour for a bus to come because not everybody could fit on the first bus. Lots of logs, twigs, and big metal pieces in the water. Would get really shallow and our tubes would stop in the rocks. A lot longer than expected. 5 hours . Bring ropes if your in a group because it is hard to stay together.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! First of all we came as a large group, 2 of us ended up in the hospital with 2nd degree burn! They didn’t move off of their float once, a few of us took it upon our selves to swim the whole time instead of float being the sun was extremely hot burning our skin! The amount of logs/tree stumps that we were unable to see being the water isn’t clear we continuously ran into them, causing us pain, bruises & scratches! & let not even begin to talk about how long it was... they could at least have life guards sitting on the sand bars to make sure everyone was making it through safely ... overall one of the worst experiences of my life!

First Ima say Is NEVER AGAIN , You Can’t Get Off When you a want To , You have To Stay In The Water . Then They have branch’s And trees The Way And it’s Very Hard To Het Out ! I Wouldn’t Bring Kids ! you would think if they have lighting and thunder they would come out and get us but no you have to stay in the rain in the storm till your at the end ! If it wasn’t for other people in the river what ever it is they would have still been there but shot out to the people who helped my friends out but I would not recommend this to anyone it’s soooo long they have alligators in the water we really could have got hurt with no one to help us I wasted 25 Dollars I Should get my money back cause it’s nothing like they say

We had a blast! We used to tube this river as teenagers, and we brought our own rafts and ice chests and drove down to a spot where we could get into the river. Its so nice to have this done for you! And yes, there are sticks, and sand and weather--and no lifeguards: BECAUSE THIS IS A REAL RIVER, NOT A DISNEY WATER PARK.

This was one of the worst tubing experiences I’ve been on. Staff was rude and very unfriendly. The water was FILLED with giant logs and stick EVERYWHERE! I couldn’t even put my legs off of my tube because of how many logs and sticks there were. I tried it because the place was new but clearly they aren’t ready to be up and running.

6/8/13 - The staff there is awful. They hire teenagers for the summer and those kids dont care and are rude. Bunch of drunks playing EXTREMELY loud rap music all over. HUGE GIANT trees sticking out of the water. Very hard to maneuver. The current is VERY strong! Will not be going back.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!This is a death trap, this should not be a fee, everything is at your own risk, anyone who is stupid enough to to go should be able to bring an old tire and ride out on there on , because that is what this basically was ... my suggestion to better accommodate the trip is someone need to bring a group and that group should stay together and if someone was to flip out of their tube or get caught in the bushes there is someone there to rescue them....

I have mixed feelings about this place. Last year we went at the end of Aug and we were literally the only ones there which was great. This year we went mid-july and if I had known what was in store I would have saved my time and money by not going. When we arrived there was so much chaos and the lines were just a jumble of people all being loud and obnoxious and smoking cigarettes under the enclosed ticket booth. We bought living social coupons which were supposed to include an ice chest rental so we didnt bring ours. They had no ice chests and all of our food was ruined. It took an hour of this obnoxious atmosphere to get up to the desk to get our bands and buy some convenience items. Then we got on the bus to go up the river. I thought we were going to die. This lady was driving this big ol bus like she was in a sports car. We get to the river where she drops us off and then gives us no further information. There are about 50 people waiting for inner-tubes because theyve run out and we have no idea when there are more coming. We just happen to find three of the tubes we paid for out in the woods deflated but not popped so we blow them up ourselves. These people have no concept of good business and instead have crammed as many people into the river as they possibly can. Theres no casually floating down the river because the whole trip is like playing bumper cars with our tubes. There are drunk douche bags everywhere blasting their music with no regards for anyone else in the river. Theres trash everywhere including beer cans, jello shot containers, and popped inner-tubes.There is no beach area to stop and swim or enjoy what bit of our food is not ruined because the beach area is loaded down with drunk idiots all blaring their music and being obnoxious.Between the massive amount of people and the tree limbs the river was not easily navigated and was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience in the slightest. If there was some way to demand a refund I would have but they make it clear in the beginning they do not give refunds for any reason, even if you pre-purchased tickets or purchased tickets that were supposed to include something they have run out of. At best they give you a voucher for a free return trip. I will not ever waste my time or money here again and I suggest you dont waste yours either.

This was not an enjoyable trip for us. The tube pricing was disappointing, there was so much trash along the river, rocks cluttered the beaches, FULL of drunks exposing themselves and jumping from insane heights, and what was worse was how shallow the water was. We literally had to get out of our tubes most of the way and PULL it. I only wish thered have been some warning that the water was THAT low...
