The employees were amazing. So nice and ready to help with anything! They help hold my stuff and had it all ready and rung up so I just could pay and go! So many fireworks at a great price. Did I say the employees were amazing yes they were! All kinds of New Mexico Souvenirs!

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Normally, I love this trading post. The people are so kind and the service is wonderful. However, one of your workers, I believe her name is Kelci or kelsie I dont remember quite how she spelled her name, has been extremely rude and disrespectful to myself and many others. When I asked for her help getting something off the top shelf because I have issues with my back, she rolled her eyes and scoffed like I had the AUDACITY to ask her, an employee, to help me with something. I noticed that she was playing with her phone the whole time instead of helping her coworkers and other customers. I am unbelievably disappointed and shocked that Bowlins would hire someone this disrespectful. It really says a lot about the company.

Saw the cool signs and decided to stop here on our way through New Mexico. It was a pleasant surprise. The people were super friendly, the bathrooms were very clean, and the store had a lot of great stuff. Souvenirs, clothing, trinkets, etc. Definitely worth the stop!!!

Loved the place. Great place to buy souvenirs for the entire family. Cant say the same about customer service. Restrooms were out of service but not blocked off in any way or matter to let people know they are closed. I went in and was accused of going in there without permission. All kinds of profanity used amongst employees while kids were around. Very unprofessional and rude. Last time I stop and shop there.

Probably bigger selection of fireworks in other stores but Wills knowledge of the fireworks and help definitely made up for the small but still very good selection.

They also have great items to buy for home or to take as souvenirs! We love stopping at this neat little shop. The restrooms are immaculate. They are always so friendly and have some of the best fudge in the state. Today we bought cookies too and they were yummy! The store has a large collection of authentic native American Indian products as well as niknaks from all over the world. Full of fun quality t-shirts, blankets, fireworks and moccasins its worth the stop.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Picked up some nice souvenir cups and bracelets with precious stones. We enjoy the authentic silver jewelry and traditional knives but the prices were a bit high for us this trip. Maybe next trip!

All associates were extra welcoming. They kindly let us know what things were available and where the restrooms were located. If I ever come through here again, I will be stopping by for sure. I recommend this place to anyone. Its kid friendly.

We came in for a drink and to use the restroom. We were greeted at the door and were amazed at everything they had! We thought it was a roadside souvenir shop, but they had snacks, drinks, souvenirs, gifts, fireworks, jewelry, and tons of other stuff. If you’re out this way, STOP HERE!!

In addition to being a cool place to stop and visit while taking a break from driving, the staff at Bowlins literally saved our cross country trip from being a disaster. After flying from Hawaii to LA, we were driving to our new home in North Carolina (along with our dog and cats). After stopping at Bowlins, we hit the road again and put in a couple of hundred more miles before stopping for the day. At that point, my wife realized she had left her wallet in the restroom at Bowlins. Since all of our cards are joint accounts, we were facing the possibility of needing to cancel all of them in the middle of our trip. I called Bowlins and they had her wallet. Big shout out to the good Samaritan or employee who found it and turned it in to the manager. An even bigger shout out to Corey Douglas from Bowlins who volunteered to mail the wallet to our new address. He did this at his own expense (and time) during the holidays, and repeatedly refused to accept compensation for doing so. Our trip was saved, my wife was spared a nervous breakdown, and my faith in the goodness of people strengthened. The only negative impact was that I had to do all the driving across the country because her drivers license was in the wallet. :-) Again, I cant say enough good things about Corey and Bowlins. It is clean, interesting, welcoming, and obviously run by honest, caring people. Best wishes to them, and they all deserve a fantastic New Year in 2018.

This place is the very best for fireworks, do yourself a favor and skip the bogo ripoff stands and just stop by this Bowlins around the 4th or New Years. Killer selection, bottle rockets, roman candles, saturn missiles, mortars, and all the classics. Top brands and knockoff brands for any budget, fair prices all around.

If youre looking for fireworks this is the place to go. Tom was super helpful, friendly and is passionate about the concerns and needs of his customers. I recommend stopping here if you are passing by!
