They need to refinish their floor. Its hazardous. It peels. My son fell and had floor chips all on his arm. The staff is nice. This price is affordable. I just cant get past how rough the skating floor is. They do have an arcade and clean bathrooms.

Overall good time. Staff was extremely professional and nice. Place was clean and you can tell that for the age of the building, they do the best they can to maintain it at a low cost. If there was a proper investment here, could be an amazing business. Proper marketing after and this place could be a major profit generator for someone. DJ is not a professional DJ but energy was a 7 out of 10. Music was the classic rink music. AC was good, food is limited. Prices are a 7 out of 10.l for admission.

Its affordable but I must say the floor has a couple cracks and wear-and-tear to skate on. it does have a bounce house on the skate floor but also be ready to share it with preteen kids who think they rule the rink

Ive been driving by for the past 5 months and the sign on the building said it was permanently closed. I decided To check and googled if it was true. Appeared to be yes. The place is permanently closed. Come on guys. Cant you update the information in a timely manner for others convince? Thatd be great !

Love this skating rink! I love the large concrete floor and the owners really invest in keeping it up to keep this a local hang out for teens and family

Best place ever! The staff is so incredibly friendly and caring! The managers are always helpful & cater to their customers. I enjoy being at the rink & the best part....THE PRICES!!! Its the best place for a birthday party & the DJ there is amazing! The pro shop is so cool & it has several different skates. The arcade selection is massive! Even free classic arcade games available! Definitely recommend for anyone to go!

Its a fun place to go to skate for a while they have mini games every once and a while. Its a great place to go for a birthday party. I like it.

Kids have fun when they go here. Skates are old & the Djs could be a bit more energetic on the Mic. My main concern was that it was make out city & after telling the 2 ladies up front about it, they really didnt seem too concerned. I was told that usually on Fridays they have 3 extra people because of that. Really? There are little kids trying to learn to skate & have fun w/their families. Teens that want to make out need to hide somewhere else. I dont want to spend my hard earned money on an establishment like that. No thanks.

I love it! I had a birthday party here. Although I dont exactly like how people are acting here. Several times, I have been cut off by people going halfway around the rink and going through the middle. Ive also had to run into walls for people going the wrong way in the rink to get to their table by the bounce house. The teens are a bit crude.Other than that, my skating experience was good!

Pleasantly surprised, but issues exist. Its a great place to bring your little ones to burn energy and have some fun, and they feature everything from video games and ski ball to a bounce house! The negatives, however, included the fact that the staff were all young and (while kind and helpful in general) were not always immediately available, and the general cleanliness of the place was a concern. Add to this the fact that multiple paid games stole quarters and didnt work properly. A staffer addressed it, but its still a pain. Overall, a good value and safe venue for a visit with your kids, even considering the flaws.

The actual rink is very dangerous & not smooth. Also, it appears The Rink is ran my children. One of the girls got extremely annoyed when I politely asked her to WASH her hands before preparing my pretzel since she had ran her fingers through her HAIR twice in the kitchen. She then proceeded to say very rudely we use gloves before touching food. I wont be back.

I usually go to Skate and Shake, which is by far, my most favorite rink. But The Rink is refreshingly different. I like the DJ and the staff. The games are way better at the Rink, but the floor for skating is a little odd. Also the skating experience is pretty new. There are teens wobbling around and then we have teens rocking. Most were regular potato skates. Its pretty crowded there as well, but its always a new and FUN experience.

Had a nice party for an 8yr. Old. Jessica helped us the whole time. She made sure our party had everything we needed! Kids and adults had a blast!

Love this place for my kids! Price is good and includes entrance fee, skate rental and bounce house for $6. Staff is nice. Music is kid safe.

Staff is friendly and the rink is well managed. The only negative is the floor is cement instead of wood; also it is due to be resurfaced next month. Entry is less expensive than other rinks in the regional area. I will definitely be returning.

Looks like a warehouse from the outside, once inside it looks very dark, your Dj needs to be a little more energetic and interactive on the mic... Music selection is great! A little more TLC inside n out and it would be a very inviting place to be.

Has potential but not there yet. Skating floor was rough and worn. Skates laces kept breaking. None of the arcade games worked. If they fixed it up and put some money into it it can be a great place to take the kids.

Trash. Overpriced. Floor is in nearly 3 uneven sections and needs MAJOR repairs. Games need major matience. Song playlists need major updating. You’d think for the price they’d be able to afford keeping up the place... nope. Teenagers no older than 14 cursing, being crude, touching and kissing each other inappropriately in front of the children, even after staff (who did nothing but glance up from their phones) were told multiple times. No adult supervision or regulation. Staff are all more interested in chatting with each other and scrolling through their phones more than actually doing their jobs. Take your business somewhere else... unless of course all of the above is appealing to you.

Kids enjoy the competitions and games the staff put together to make it a fun night for all.

28 phone calls attempting to locate a childs birthday party, but they dont answer. Just keep hanging up over and over. What a way to conduct business! If I could give less than one star, I would! Unfortunately, there is no way to give a negative star rating!! But what a way for someone to be introduced to the new business. I havent been there yet, wish I could avoid it, but there are two children I would disappoint. There is no way to get any business from me after this after 28 hang ups. Finally got through after posting to Facebook ... Kid said the music was too loud for them to hear. Well, princess, after spending 26 years answering a phone in bars with music, your excuse doesnt hold water. I am so angry right now I cant see straight. But I am going to smile and take my little girl there. I assure you, I am not finished with this.

My kids are here all the time. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. Gage the floor staff has taken the time to teach my three boys how to skate and evwn some jam skating. Great place to spend time withh your kids.

If you want to skate, you can skate here. The floor is sport court, with other various surfaces throughout. Not a lot of music variety on a Saturday night. Concession staff was very nice and friendly.

We planned a birthday party for our two boys at The Rink. The hostess was kind and very attentive throughout the entire time there for the 3 hours we reserved. I would recommend having a birthday hosted here.

If youre looking to have a little fun this place will suffice. Theres a good crowd (not too many ppl), and good music, but the floors. There are dips and patches all over the place.

Filthy but fun! The rink and floor surrounding is in disrepair with dust and dirt everywhere. Even in the lockers. Rink could be very dangerous even along the walls it is uneven and patchy. I choose this Rink because it was my daughters first time and didnt want a huge crowd. Staff helpful, good music and overall good time.

Good prices and great staff. But the flooring is in dire need of repairs. Also, I suggest the staff working on the rink use whistles to direct traffic, when skaters go the wrong direction and some guests walk on the rink.

Old! Very expensive for parties! The customer service was great so it made my visit worth it, but they need to renovate and allow more hours for their party room.

Great place kids loved it hope to come for many years to come. I go here on a regular basis. I am pleasantly surprised at the changes done to improve the experience each time. The floor is is fine to skate and I see they continue to work to make it better.

So reading that they said they had renovated, I ask, what? Very dirty, but that floor, is the worst skating floor ever, tape all over it, ruff spots, chip paint and concrete. Very hot inside as well. While its probably a cheap day for families it is very old and in bad condition

I live near by and go as much as I can. I love it but it would be great to have one night a week or even a month where they played 80s or 90s music the same songs gets on your nerves...you can only hear Levine so many times

Pizza is disgusting and the skating floor is really bumpy. Do not recommend for newbies or beginners. And some games dont, there are always spills on the floor and they arent picked up for awhile. Other than that though, its a pretty nice hang out place.

We had a birthday party here on May 6th. Let me start off by saying due the weather we did arrive late. By late I mean the room was reserved for 1:45pm and we arrived 2:05pm. However, we did expect the hostess to help the kids with the pizza. Of course no fault of her own that she had to prepare several pizzas for the next party at 2:45. The 2nd party at 2:45 orders a large amount of pizzas (15-20). This was the reason the hostess gave our party.This left myself and my family members to host the party. She did apologize, but I don’t blame the hostess. Therefore her gratuity was not affected to due this issue.However on a positive note, the hostess did come back once the 2nd party started. She reserved 2 tables for our party in the snack bar. Other than the issue with the hostess the music,pizza, and staff were great. I have booked and participated in several skating parties,but this was at the Deland rink. I’m not sure if the rinks are affiliated, but the difference in the birthday parties can’t be compared. Overall my daughter and her friends had a good time and that’s all that counts.

Its a great place to take a little one to burn energy, but the facility was filthy this morning. Trash in the carpeted areas as well as the rink floor. Including smooshed candy and a few dead palmetto bugs. No toilet paper, no hand soap, no one seemed to be assigned to clean. Manager on duty spent the morning leaning back against the skate counter. Place could be so much better for just a little more effort.

The place is lit and awesome Ive been there 10 times cuz it’s so fun

Currently under renovation so Im trying to not harp on it. Half the games/machines took the money without working, floor was uneven causing people to fall every few minutes when heading to the dining area, and the food was way over priced for how bad it was.

The rink was clean and people were polite.

Only skating rink around so it gets 3 stars for that however the place needs a thorough cleaning and a make over. Really bad shape.

Main issue is the floors need to bed redone. Everyone was friendly, had a good time.

Its boring now. like it used to be fun and now its just like blah. and the dj never really plays what you ask so how are you going to entertain like alot of teenagers, adults, and children if you simply dont compromise and play the music they like.
