As a general rule I don’t give much weight to Google reviews, as I am in sales myself. But I had such a good experience here I felt the need to comment. Went to the store yesterday, probably their busiest day being a Saturday. Looked around at various guns in glass cases. This being my first firearm purchase, admittedly not knowing what I was looking for, I was approached by Chuck. He took time to discuss my wants and needs, all the while explaining the process of firearm purchase with the patience of a saint. Ended up purchasing a gun and booking firearm training class. Again, overall great experience on a daunting purchase. Thanks again Chuck.

Go someplace else!!! The customer service is terrible! Maybe they are writing their own positive reviews? We have bought at least 20 guns from this place and every time we go there they don’t give us the time of day. Today was the crowning point and we’ll never be back. My husband Roger bought a gun and went to shoot it and it wasn’t working. We never took it out of the store. When we went to pick it up they accused my husband of neglecting the gun. That’s a joke. We take excellent care of our guns. But it has remained at their shop under warranty! They charged us 40 to lubricator the gun. They shrugged their shoulders and that was that! No customer loyalty. Go someplace else if you want to be treated with respect and like you are a valued customer. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I’m a 78 years old & Nov 12th; 2020 I purchased a gun for protection.the sales person named Caleb, was great, he took his time to give me great advice which was great. I am now going to use the range to get comfortable with my new protector ( 38 caliber). For all the females that are stressed of being assaulted in their own homes should purchase a gun. If you can open a can of beans, swat a fly you can use a gun. I am also sleeping better. L.D.

They just dont quite treat you as nice as other gun stores do. Id recommend going somewhere else if you can.Response: That wasnt funny even in the slightest. I thought higher of you. I Was there for a one hour introductory course.The instructor Jason did an outstanding job.It was my first time using a firearm in a long time.He made me feel like I knew what I was doing.I didnt miss the targets once.

The only two words that come to mind are arrogant and pompous. While they do seem knowledgeable to some degree I cannot get past their mindset and attitude. I found it price has to be on the higher side of the market when compared to others on accessories, their rifles on the other hand are close to twice the price you could find them anywhere else. I will admit that they did have a huge selection of weapons and accessories, along with plenty of ammunition. I personally will not be returning to the store

The reviews about customer service are true. I guess they may be stressed from being so busy. If you dont mind the weird attitude its a decent place.

Bought a number of firearms here and a suppressor. Look for the great deals amidst an amazing selection... always fun to browse anyway! Worth it.

Mike is great purchased a suppressor about a month ago for a firearm that I hadn’t received yet. As soon as I got it went up to the shop and they added the muzzle decide to it even though they where super busy knowing I live far. He took care of me that day. On top of the fact that he was able to find the suppressor I wanted that nobody else seem to have. Highly recommend

First time going there and I had a great experience. They were super friendly and the price to shoot is affordable. I bought the yearly membership and I could not be happier. Very good deal. I would also like to thank the gentleman that helped me when I was having an issue with my AR15. It was my first time alone at the range and he helped me. Good stuff!

Went in to use the range. Had never used an indoor range before in my life. Process was fair priced and simple. Would recommend the use of this range to others.

Was at the range today. Great experience, Jason gave my mother a basic training class 1 on 1 and she loved it. She said he was knowledgeable and very patient with her. I used the range for the hour and after running out of my ammo purchased two boxes from then for under $20 each. Thats a steal for buying at the range. I know other places that will charge up to $30 for their ammo.Even though I have closer ranges to my home Ill be sure to come back to Delray just to visit this place. Thanks guys!

I purchased an F1 AR15 from them... i believe the price was fair, i believe the red dot suggested buy the guy that sold me the gun was a little bit overpriced only because I believe it’s not really worth it, but not necessarily a problem (I am not a gun expert). The reality is that the guy that sold me the gun knew nothing about the gun or how to make a sale, I believe I was his first customer but he was cool. A second guy got involved (I believe his name is John) and everything went smooth from that point. Overall was a nice experience, I will definitely go back and buy another gun soon. Oh, and by the way, this was during the pandemic so ... again, I was happy with the outcome.

Great range, well ventilated and very clean. The gun store also has a great variety of firearms including custom builds. Now if only I could get those stubborn Dawson precisions sights properly zeroed on my Glock....but thats another story.

Top of the line shop, service and overall experience. This was my second purchase here years apart and still the same level of service.

In 2020 I took the concealed weapons class and bought a gun here. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

I can’t register online.It just read url was no good.They of course are such a bad establishment they blame the customer. Look at their responses. Give your business to those knowing how to treat a customer. They are just not good people.I can only conclude their site was down due to not paying their bill.

BE CAREFUL! The employees are very sleazy. I encountered multiple false advertisements. The phone recording states every other lane will be used to insure distancing between customers. This was furthest from the truth, every lane had a person occupying it, and multiple lanes had multiple people. Which brings me to the next false advertising, price for people sharing a line. The website states that the prices for people sharing a lane is $15 per person. I bought this up at check out along with the website on my phone when they tried to charge me $20 per person and the only response I got was “Its $20 per person” repeatedly. The third false advertisement was the amount of time on a lane. The website states that the you pay per person and says nothing regarding time, but the employee stated after the fact that the price given is only for an hour. The range has poor ventilation, you can see the smoke/dust just sitting in the stagnant air. The target hanging system is very primitive. Good luck trying to hang up a full-size silhouette or any target wider than a sheet of printer paper. I will not being doing any more business here. I would feel required to read all the small print and double check my bill just to make sure they werent trying to pull a fast one. ** Update** They changed their website after I complained.

The manager needs a lesson in customer service. I put in a deposit for a firearm in APRIL ($500). The manager let someone else purchase the same firearm before me. Fast forward to today. I transferred said $500 deposit for another firearm which was in stock. I drove 40 min south to this dealer who then let me know they sold it prior to my arrival. What a complete joke. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.Addendum: The reply to this review is a desperate attempt to save face. Mikes “new employee” stated he had, in stock, another firearm in which I was interested. After that statement, I asked if the deposit could be transferred. Mike was not present during the phone conversation where one of his employees gave misinformation and is obviously poorly trained, probably by Mike himself. Good luck selling Kimbers as a lying business man, Mike.

Picked up a Daniel Defense M4 amazing service.

It was like I was invisible. And the one guy That talk to me acted like he really didnt want to talk to me. Did three laps . Check 3 prices on shotguns . Asked about 223 ammo before asking about the shotgun. I understand only sold with purchase of one but i already have one . I regret bringing up the ammo cuz your sales guy basically brushed me off and then I did 2 laps and left . Next time a customer asks for something you Dont or wont sell maybe you ask if they might want something else . Because they might .

Earlier this year, my friend dropped off a gun to be worked on. When they hadnt contacted him in over a month he went back and was told that his gun was going to be sold since he didnt come pick it up in a timely fashion. He explained that nobody had called him and demanded his gun back. The employee drew his firearm in response to being called out for shady business.This is a bad business being run by an owner with a superiority complex and delusions of grandeur.

This is the worst place to go! The employees and the owner have terrible knowledge on firearms. The service sucks and the range is low level. Do not waste your time here.

Went to the store to purchase ammunition for my .223 rifle. They stated that you must purchase a firearm in order to be able to purchase ammo. That’s absurd! What kind of business are you running?? Wouldn’t give them a penny! Lake worth shooting center is by far a lot more reasonable and better priced. Don’t waste your time...

Never had issues in the past until now. Lack of guns in the US right now and drive up in business must have caused a breakdown in customer loyalty, meaning repeat customers aren’t that important since business is booming. That or they are so busy and hectic the service is just getting sloppy. Management and employees seem to have some communication issues.

The range are great not too crowded during that day. Ammo are little pricier than other places that I been to and during that time that I was their for the range I look around. They have lots of inventory specially rifles but not much help from the staff. They are well staff but not engaging with you as a customer more like engaging with each other. I was in the market for another pistol but asking them for help to see an item is like asking for a favor to do their Job. So I went to PJ ammo by sample pompano store to purchased one. It’s actually further for where I lived( Boca Raton ).

As a relatively new Rifle enthusiast, I decided to check this place out for two reasons, shoot my new rifle and to shop for a 6.5 Creedmore along with some better than average glass. As I walked in I was met immediately by a gentlemen who almost instinctively read me up and down and had his pitch all ready. Looking to fire a rifle sir, ah, yes, rifles are for members only. Its $250 a year and bah blah blah blah blah is about all else I could comprehend. So we have not even dated yet, and you want to get hitched. I didnt want to even waste my breath about the Creedmore and glass at that point. Why, I knew at that instant I would never be back, never mind, drop $3K there. But hey, that,s just me, if its working out for you, more power to you. Frankly I prefer to date first, so I will continue to date Gator Range and Archery in WPB whom have no such policy, and frankly, are just a little less full of themselves. lol.

Great place to shoot! I had rented my first time. Second I brought my own g43. Was a great experience both times. Awesome huge selection of rentals and firearms to purchase.

Wish I could leave a 1-star review so I could get a funny snarky comment from the owner. I enjoyed reading the responses lol. I bought my optic and ar-pistol here about 1+ year from Mike JR who was very knowledgable and helpful. Albeit, the gun had some issues out of the box (Not their fault) but they were quick to get it fixed and running again. Since then I have shot 1500+ rounds without any issues and love it.

Had a good experience. Changed my mind on a purchase, walked right in and the gentleman fixed my order to my liking. I was in and out in 15 mins? Being my first gun purchase they made me feel good about the purchase. Will return in the near future. As a side note the owner adjusted the price to their internet pricing. Good business

I took the class and the instructor was AWESOME. I learned alot that I didnt know about the law. I dont know if the price was high because I didnt check and i thought they were reasonable.

I recently posted a review about my father being over charged for a box of .223 ammo & wanted to provide an update. Apparently it was simply human error, not price gouging - the box was mislabeled. Once they were made aware of the matter, they went above & beyond to make it right. Member here for almost a year now. Great selection of weapons and staff extremely knowledgeable. Professional staff, plenty of firing points, and accessories for weapons. Only place I go to purchase weapons now.Ive had two occasions within the past year whereby my custom G19 pistol had an issue; they took it, fixed it and didnt charge me a nickel. Ive purchased 3 guns here in the past 3 years and have always been treated with respect.As an active duty military member of 23 years, my primary job is a firearms instructor and armorer and I can tell you, these employees know a heck of a lot more than I do which impressed me right off the bat. You can trust them!

Place is a rip off! Way too expensive. Was there for half hour with a friend who didn’t even shoot, brought my own eyes and ears, and the Bill was still $70!

I’m in there once a week. I don’t know how anyone in the area goes anywhere but here - Their knowledge with firearms, training, pricing, and every thing between is spot on. Mike HC is the rifle master.

I have bought 90% of my fire arms there. Every time I went in asked questions they have helped. They have helped me and sold me what I wanted and needed. Also, I have walked in there with a concealed carry weapon and never had a problem. I can not see why anyone wants to bash this establishment. I want an AK47 and the guy preached about everyone and everything and wasn’t bies!!!!!! Great place and Great ppl!!!!!!!!!!

Asked them to ship a couple guns to me from Florida to Colorado, horrible packing job. Box split open. They were sliding around in the box the entire way here. I am surprised they made it to me.

Worst place in south Florida to buy or shoot. Snarky staff edgy not good at sales over priced and have only stayed in business because of PBSO. Ppl have actually died there.

Great selection with some unique firearms and customization options. Spent a few hours waiting on FDLE background check (because of COVID) and spent some time talking with the staff. They were knowledgable, and understood the nuainces of each customization option. Overall a great buying experience for a collector.

I had an Arsenal AK47 (purchased elsewhere) I brought in with some concerns. The guys quickly helped me out, did a check on the FSB cant, rivets and trunions and confirmed everything looked as it should in typical drunken Bulgarian fashion. Really friendly squad and I appreciate them for helping me out in a situation where there was no financial gain.That experience was a while ago but want to give props to our LGS for staying open during this situation. Their selection was absolutely awesome as well - classic store loaded with the sweet IG rigs everyone, including myself, drools over.

Website lists price for a shared lane as $15, we were charged $20 a person. Someone came out of the range with their gun in hand and stood behind me. He had a question about his gun, but employees didn’t even notice his unsafe behavior for several minutes. Very small space, brass flies over from the lane next to you and hits you while shooting, rude employees, and false advertising. I will not be returning.

Called to see if they had a Springfield Hellcat which they did. Wouldn’t quote me a price over the phone but said they were very competitive. So I drove a half an hour just to be greeted with attitude. Showed me the gun and told me the price, $619 ($20 over MSRP). Told him that I was told you guys were competitive, why are you selling over MSRP. Said thats our price. Told him that I have purchased guns from them before, can they do better than $20 above MSRP. Nope. I would not call that competitive, I would call that price gouging. Even though I could afford to pay more for the gun, I was just offended by the cavalier attitude of the sales person trying to charge me more than the manufacturer is recommending. As I said, I have purchased firearms from them in the past, but never again! Follow up: ordered from Midway. In stock, shipped out in 2 days. $40 less and free shipping.

I bought a firearm from DSC few years back and used to shoot at the range on a regular basis. After changing ranges (to one closer to home) I have noticed that the other range is renting and selling guns to a lot of inexperienced shooters. When I got home today I looked up Delray and read the reviews. I love the fact that DHS isnt providing firearms and/or allowing inexperienced people to shoot in their facility. Nice to see an organization that isnt willing to sacrafice safety. Ill be back to DSC!

Overpriced merchandise, rude service. Its as if they dont even wanna work there. Be careful dealing with them as they will only give you the time of day if they think youre gonna spend a lot.
