I have rented for over 40 years, and Shroyers is the absolute best place to live. The park is extremely well maintained and managed. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful not only for the different seasons, but for every holiday as well. The owner and staff go beyond what one expects as a tenant. They will definitely exceed your every expectations.

The park itself is well maintained. The trailers that are owned the park are not well maintained or fixed in a timely manner. I would never rent from them.

This is a gorgeous quiet neighborhood. The whole community is invested in keeping it that way! We love it here!

I went and looked at a trailer and they had somebody else interested in it and because my credit was too low they We’re really rude
